At first the service was okay not the best, but I just switch to Spectrum mobile and so far I love it! Way better customer service when I had a problem I got to speak to a supervisor right away unlike sprint I was on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak to a supervisor. They are so neglecting to there customers when it comes to information about questions so I can say never again will I go back to or recommend anyone for sprint service

I wish I could leave negative stars. Never have I ever been dicked around so badly by a company before. My girlfriend and I spent 8 hours in the Verizon store trying to switch our phones over and Sprint's customer service lied repeatedly about the phones being unlocked, tried to blame us and Verizon for the issue, and absolutely refused to allow us to speak to a manager until we got Verizon involved and their rep demanded manager assistance. My girlfriend still doesn't have a working phone because Sprint is refusing to unlock it and gives excuses as to why the phone cannot be unlocked. I will never in my whole life step foot in another Sprint store and if you're reading this, under no circumstances should you join their network.

I have been a customer for years and they keep getting worst every year. I’m going to cut off all ties with Sprint. I had to return a phone as part of the 30 days guarantee. I returned it with another phone and they received one but not the other. Strange since I handed over the exact same time. I kept getting harassed by sprint that they will charge me. Once I would speak with someone on phone they promised I didn’t have to pay yet I kept getting harassed. Finally called UPS to see what their deal was for not handing the package over they said they were going to open an investigation with Sprint and as soon as they say that and contact Sprint; I get an email saying Sprint warehouse found my phone! Unbelievable! They are liars and cheats. So WARNING to everyone who wants to return an old or new phone to sprint: Take pictures and video of everything. Turn it into UPS and get your receipts. Also a big thing: leave Sprint as soon as your contract ends.

If I could give a 0 I would! I had to change my service from a different carrier- It wouldn't work in my office, and I use my phone for work! Thought I should give Sprint a try, I was told that the services worked in My office. Worse mistake ever within the first 30 days I paid them Over $300 bucks! They added a line when I only had 2, I set up the service on line, paid $97 bucks for the phone, then received an email the next day that it would be 2-3 weeks before my phone arrived, that was not worth waiting(again I needed it for work) so I went to a store, got a different phone, because what I ordered "wasn't in stock" sold me on a different phone, told me that it would cost the same, I then paid another $170.00 in store to get one activated, then they told me to bring my husbands phone number over, because we have had the same numbers for over 10 years, so we ported them. I was told in store that he would need to bring in his phone by Sunday 09/08/2019-because they"had a special!" that wouldn't cost me any more money! Went to a different store to hook his up, he got the phone that I had original order, The guy was awesome in the store! Still had to pay$65 to Port his number, and get the Phone There services didn't work in my office. So I cancelled, took the phones back, sent back the phone that I cancelled, within 2 weeks! Now they are trying to collect $1300 from me! For phones that I returned, Services that I have tried to cancel- we switch to T-Mobile, The rep that I informed that I was going to cancel, shut my phone off! Then informed me that I would loose the phone number that I have had for over 10 years! I have called many times to try and get this resolved, only to be hung up on many times! They have the worst customer Services I have Every experienced! I used to work in a call center that Only dealt with Angry people, and I would Never talk to Anyone the way I have been talked/dealt with! Instead of fixing the issues, and refunding my money, they only transfer me, and then hang up! Unbelievable! The service that I switch to isn't the greatest, but at least they have good customer service! I want a full Refund SPRINT! And this to be resolve!

I have to agree that Sprint customer service agents aucks! They are NEVER on the same page. They kept me on the phone for 4 hour just to change carriers for my child's phone. They told me some BS about have an over due amount of $4.20 .Are they F****** serious. The funny thing is they own my for paying that small amount twice. Some of the agents from other countries , are hard to understand and they all talk like they are robots reading scripts. They do not value their customers and I would rather pay Verizon more and know what to expect then Never knowing what to expect from Sprint. Sprint is some garbage. They keep you on the phone as if you have nothing to do but hold the line for 4 hours for they to not come up with a positive solution to the problem that they create in the first place. Hear me loud and clear, do not switch to Sprint or you will be sorry. Sprint is 💯 💩 and I don't mean poop but Shizzz! You get it what I mean.

giving one star as it is not possible to give NO stars!!!
it's not the people you talk to... it is the company that sucks!!! It doesn't matter how helpful the individuals try to be if the company does not support them...
outsource it to the Philippines if you like... pay them as little as possible... Spring sucks... and it is ALL about the company...
I just arrived in France from the U.S. not the first time... in the past, turn my phone on, get a text from Sprint indicating that I am international roaming... do I want to pay a little more for a week of better service...why can't that be an automatic option? I don't know...
Regardless, this time... my new iPhone.. turn it on.. no message... I appear to be roaming with voice as I can make calls... but don't have internet access...no data!!!
Go someplace I have wifi access and call Sprint (800 number won't work, 611 obviously won't work either... so no other way of contacting support)
I speak to the first agent... turn your phone off and back on... why? didn't I do that already when I flew to France and got off the airplane? Okay...but we will get disconnected as I am calling you on my phone... Agent: "I will call you back..." Surprisingly, she does...
We go through basic (and useless troubleshooting steps) I still do not get an International roaming message, I still do not have internet access (without Wifi)... "reset your network settings... I will call back" I do... she does not....
Now, I have to call them again and explain my situation to another agent... All over again... no, I do not wish to redo "basic" troubleshooting steps...
"um...by the way... how many people coming from NY with a new iPhone are having this problem...???" "Am I the first??? Seriously???"
More troubleshooting... still not working... "I need to talk to my supervisor... I will call back..." she does not...
I am not calling back to talk to a 3rd person... "It would be better if I can call you on another line... so we can troubleshoot without disconnection..." Okay... so I "borrow" my French friend's cell phone.... but... he cannot call me... he doesn't know how to make an international call to another cell phone... "we google... calling to France from the US..." Um...except he is located in the Philippines!!! I have no friggin' idea how to tell you to call from a Spring office there to France...
After MANY hours... of customer no service... he pushes out an update... it seems that I now have "crappy" internet service... no message to upgrade to better service for a week... it will have to do...
(I am writing this from my laptop as I still have crappy service on my phone)
Sprint Sucks... they always have... and have not shown any signs of improvement... why keep 'em? I have no friggin' idea... where am I gonna go... should be the Sprint motto... "we suck... but so do everyone else!"

We switched phone services last year because where you moved our phones didn't get any service. We were customers for over 10 years. However despite us not having a contract sprint refuses to cancel our service. Every month we get a bill saying we owe them money, every month I call them and let them know we no longer have their services. They check the account review everything, pass me to several people who all verify we don't have sprint, credit my account and tell me they have canceled the line. Then next month the exact thing happens again. I have to spend an hour on the phone proving I don't have service. The call always ends with we have canceled all services and you are no longer liable with sprint. Next month repeat the process. This has been going on for over a year. Sprint is pulling some shady stuff and I'm sick of it!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Back in March I bought a set of SIM cards online from them. When they arrived I called to activate service on my unlocked phone and was told that they weren’t compatible with my phone. I immediately drove to sprint store where the lady used the exact same SIM card to activate my service. A month later I convinced my husband to get a line with them on his unlocked phone (unlimited Kickstarter/$25 a month with autopay). They had trouble porting in his number so they assigned him a new number, but put him on a $65 a month plan. Month after month our bills are outrageous due to him being on the wrong plan plus being automatically enrolled in programs that we never signed up for (Lookout and safe and sound or something like that). Got some money refunded once and were told problem was fixed. Fast forward to today. Realized we were overcharged the past 2 months for the same issue. Called sprint and they said that they were not able to put his line on that plan because it requires porting another number and also that they would not be refunding our money because they said there’s a note that the guy at the store tried to call my husband and left a voicemail about the mistake when he activated service. Lie. He’s never even had his voicemail set up. I cancelled both lines of service,

The only reason I am giving Sprint two stars is because they have great customer service. Their service is the worst. I live in one of the biggest cities in the United States and I can’t service unless I’m next to an open wi-fi or my home wi-fi. Forget ever getting any cellular service, there just isn’t any. As soon as I’m five feet from home I have no more service anywhere. I can’t wait until my contract is up and I can go to Verizon. I know I’ll pay more but at least I’ll have service again

Sprint is the Worst cell phone company !!! After trading in my cell phone for a new one for switching to sprint. 18 month later they decided to charge for the phone they gave me. Sprint said I never turned in my old phone. Frustrated I decided to go back to the store from where I got it from hoping to speak to the person who helped me open my line. Of course he was not there. I asked an employee there what happened to him. She said the employee was terminated for stealing phones. Mad I decided to call sprint again to tell him the fraud I went through. I escalated the issue to upper management. Sprint supervisor promised to call me back but never did. Instead they sent me to collections ! Please don’t ever sign up with this company. By the way! Their internet sucks big time!!’

If I could give sprint a negative rating it would be -100. All of the sprint employees are either idiotos or inept or both. They place untrained employees who know NOTHING about the business/contracts. I signed up for their 100% 30 days guarantee. I cancelled my plan within 30 days only to be told by the unfriendly, inept, untrained employee that I wasn't going to be refunded. I read her the terms of the contact and all the little words with asteriks (that's the stars next to the words that are referred at the very bottom-SPRINT) and wouldn't you know it. ...it said 100% guaranteed and all paid fees will be returned. But did this uneducated employee know what to do? NOPE! She then found it necessary to have her manager come to the store who also did not know the terms of the contract. WhoT.F. trains these idiotos? WOW! Now in dealing with their customer service reps on the phone was just as bad. Not only do they NOT understand simple English but they barely speak it. Well after a few phone calls I was able to find out that I WILL be refunded everything! I highly believe this is Sprints way of keeping their customer. ....to exhaust and frustrate them into giving up. NOT me man.......I work harder to get away. It is through experience that I have started recording all conversations when it comes to conflict with businesses. So bring it Sprint! I got something for you too.....a law suit!!!!!

I have been with Sprint for 14 years but finally couldn't take their poor "service" any longer. After deciding it was worth the extra $20/ month to switch to Verizon, I began going through the efforts to port over and switch the phones which I ALREADY OWNED. It has taken 5 different attempts and I still can't get Sprint to unlock a phone which I OWN!
I'm not sure how they get away with this type of activity. The last representative told me I haven't paid for the phone, even though I have a chat confirmation of my payment and another representative told me there was an IT issue and a 3rd representative flat out lied to me and told me it was already unlocked. I never write reviews, but I truly don't think I can say enough bad things about this terrible company. How they have stayed in business is beyond me. As I read through several of the other reviews posted, I think there are enough examples of outright deceit and theft by Sprint that some sort of class action suit is in order. Their behavior is beyond unacceptable.

I am very upset and disappointed with sprint. I would not recomend them for cellular service. MY mom and i have been using sprint since 2003. Satisfaction never guaranteed. I joined Sprint I think about 3 months ago and my god the service is horrible! My calls would get disconnected out of nowhere, "Call Failure" and all those minutes and hours waiting for any customer service is a waste. So I decided to switch my carriers and they guaranteed me that they will unlock my phone even though it doesn't require their prerequisites. They made me wait till three weeks for my phone to be unlocked and still is not unlocked. So I finally decided to take the matters on my own hands and paid online to have my phone unlock which also requires me to wait another 7 business days. Every three - five days I had different agents promising me that they will unlock my phone and end up extending the deadline. I have a brother who is in ICU and nieces to babysit whose parents just got separated. And Sprint just made my life more complicated for making me have no communication with them. I am furious. They made me pay for my phone bill for another provider this month for no reason and wasted my time. Had me running around in sprint stores and Apple, giving me stories that its the manufacturer's fault. Never get Sprint guys. Service sucks, data sucks, and customer service are polite but can never stick to their words!

Sprint is the worst service I have ever had. CUSTOMER service is awful. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and was just told today about a “Loyalty Program”, but was also told outright that it’s not something they will tell you about, you have to call in and ask to get any type of reward. So you are expected to call in about something you have no knowledge about? Sprint is always doing promos for unlimited phone plans that are MUCH cheaper than what I pay and have been paying. I called today to see if there’s anyway I can switch to one of the cheaper phone plans they are offering to other customers, I was told no and would have to stick with what I pay. I asked if I had any rewards to make my bill cheaper and after 4 years of service, all that was offered to me was $5 off. What a slap in the face. I would not recommend Sprint to a single soul. Do better Sprint! Treat your customers better.

I'm so beyond frustrated with the lack of any kind of customer service with sprint. I've been with sprint since 2011. Never had to deal with customer service so I was oblivious to how horrible they treat loyal customers.
I use my phone's till they die. Which finally happened to my iPhone 5. Went to the sprint store close to me to purchase a new iPhone. In the process, I was sold a new plan that would save me some money. I decided on the iPhone 8 and a 60 dollar unlimited plan. I was told I would have a credit towards the lease as I'd been a loyal customer for 8 years.
I thought it sounded good. Got the phone set up and left. Flash forward to my first bill and it was not right. Was over charged and didn't know why. I went back to the store and spoke with another employee and asked him to explain my bill and he couldn't. He also said they hadn't changed my plan like they should have so I was still being billed for the previous plan. I asked him to adjust my bill as it was it was their fault, not mine. He told me he couldn't do that and I'd have to call customer care. Don't know why they call it that. They should call it. "customer abuse line" there is no caring that goes on.
I called and spoke to a rep with s heavy accent and was told why my bill was so much and even though it made no sense to me. And they wouldn't adjust. I decided then and there j was going to pay off this devise and go else where for cell plan. I went to the store and asked then if I could pay off the phone and my final bill to go else where. He said, "yes,I could pay off the phone and call customer care once again and they would unlock my phone. I paid over 600 dollars and went to call to have my phone unlocked. Spoke to another rep who said she would out in a ticket and it would take 24-48 hours to unlock the phone. I wait a couple days and went to sign up with metro PC's. They tried to switch Sim card and I was told my phone wasn't unlocked yet. I thought it may be couple more days but called to verify once again was told I hadn't waited long enough and by the following Tuesday the phone would be unlocked and ready. I didn't want to wait to switch so I went ahead and ported my number with metro and my plan came with a free Android phone. I could that phone for a few days and they update Sim card once phone was unlocked. I waited past the time the time they told me to make sure to was unlocked. Went back to metro to have them changed the Sim card. When they tried, it still wasn't unlocked. I called cs again in the store and spoke to yet another rep. She proceeded to tell me my phone wasn't going ever be unlocked as it's sprints policy that you have to have your phone active for 50 days before you can have it unlocked. Even if you pay it off. I was beyond frustrated I asked what reason could they possible have to keep my phone locked. If already changed carriers and I owed nothing to sprint. Was told that was their policy and nothing could be done. The only thing she suggested was for me to have them active my iPhone with sprint again and give me a new number and wait out the remaining 50 days. I told her she was nuts and I didn't want to have to pay for 2 phone plans for the next 20 days. She said, that's all she could do for me. She would call me later to find out if I wanted to move ahead with reactivation. I tried to explain that I had spoken to 3 different people before and not one informed me of this ridiculous policy. Infact told me they were going to unlock the phone. Had I not called, I would still be waiting for my phone to be unlocked.
I called back today to try and get someone else and see what if anything could be done. Spoke with yet another rep, she said "looks like all I have to do is out in a ticket for the unlocking and it will take 2 days and my phone will be unlocked. I asked her why the supervisor for the other night said she had put in a ticket and it was denied. That is if she were to simply repeat the process of putting in ticket for un locking, why would they change and do it for her and not the supervisor. She just kept repeating she was going to put the ticket in and it would work. I knew this was wrong and told her I didn't want to kept going through this. I'd already wasted hours repeating myself and not being understood. I asked or should I say begged to be passed on to her supervisor so I could make sure it would really be done. She didn't was to do no it, tried hard to have me just try her way and see what happens. I knew better and wanted no part of that plan. I did finally speak to a supervisor and she said" oh, I just need to escalate this and tell them to unlocked it". That I didn't owe them anything and they should unlock the phone in 6-48 hours. I said I tried the night before to argue the same thing to the other supervisor and she was not having it. Told me that was all she could offer and no way around policy.
I told her it was not right how I was treated. Felt like I was a prisoner and did something wrong. When in fact I didn't. They should have given me correct info so I could make educated decision. I've wasted hours trying to talk to someone who could help me. I'm hoping what she's promised will happen. She said she would call and update me on status and when they will unlock the phone.
I don't think I've ever had worse more confusing customer service interaction in my life. You pay your bill for years and once you decide it's enough and you want to switch, you're treated like a piece of trash. If anyone ever asked me, I will never recommend sprint to another soul. I can't believe with all the bad reviews, something hasn't changed. They only want your money. Could care less about you or holding your phone hostage. I know is s long post but needed to vent my frustration and warn everyone to steer clear of Sprint!!!?

I paid for months, for 4 phone lines and ONLY 3 G shared internet over $ .250 a month, in June I went to a store here in Naples (FL) where I live to change program (Unlimited) for $ .166 per month for 4 lines (taxes included), instead they sent me a bill of $ .460 !!! I have invested I don't know how many hours of my time to solve this problem and the only thing I managed to get today, after more than 3 hours of phone call that the charges they made me ($ .460 !!!!!) are correct ..... AMAZING !!! If you are thinking of using this company get ready! For me they were a nightmare !!!
