After some 15 years with Space Station, finally let my storage unit go due to moving to a totaly new area. Always had a positive experience with Space Station, hassle free and helpful when moving units within the facility. Would highly recommend.

We have been very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. There was no problem when I had to change the original unit to a larger one. Also, I had to take back some boxes I hadn't used. Again no fuss made, just a credit note issued.

We had to hire Space Station to move my sons belongings out of his apartment when he had to leave the UK during Covid 19. He had packed up but wasn’t able to get his things into storage due to the short notice of getting on a charter flight back to our home country. From the first contact Space Station staff were responsive and responsible. We sent pictures of all items, they collected and stored everything for 6 months. They communicated with us throughout on collection day and again when booking the return of the items they were on point. Everything was returned back to him when he returned to school on his move in day. All items were returned exactly as packed without any breakage.
I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic service , clean and fresh premises extremely secure, staff are so accommodating, the removal service was phenomenal. We shopped around and could not find the service space station offers. Elaina offered excellent customer service and went above and beyond for us especially during a difficult time. We highly recommend space station and the services. Thank you 😊

I was given a code which didn't work, letting me wait almost three our outside the space station waiting for a member of the staff to come and make the code work. After having had troubles with, computer, internet and different codes the person finally did let me in. Said that I almost forgot what happend and I referred the space station website to a friend which then got a locker. I was promised, as the website states an Amazon voucher for me and the person I referred. It did never happened and after having emailed the station I was told that soon would have been sent to both person. After 4 months nothing happened, so I assume that what was written on the website is not true.

Booked me a unit that was up / flights of stairs without asking/telling me, there was no light above the unit so was dark.
After I cancelled the unit they took another payment from my account and didn’t refund the deposit when they said they would so I had to chase them for it.
Every time I went to the unit the back steps and lift where locked so I had to go round and Ask for them to be unlocked

Very clean stores and efficient service from Space Station, Uxbridge. I would definitely use them again. Their removal service for putting the stuff into storage was very good and was included in the price. However, their recommendation for the paid removal out of storage was not handled terribly well, so go with your own removals company when taking your stuff back out of storage.
