I purchased a sterling silver necklace engraved with very sentimental details and it turned out perfect and looks amazing. The necklace came with its own bag and authenticity card for the silver. It also came with a cloth to clean it. I am very pleased with the product and the service. I’ve ordered another for my sister in America.

9.25.19: This is my original review, for which I gave the company 1 star. Below, I updated the review, and increased the rating to 3 because they refunded my money after my review on this site was posted.
The charm that I ordered was defective. The glass that covers the photo was raised, so the edge was sharp and cut my finger. The policy states that you can get a refund within 90 days for a defective item. On the day it was delivered, I requested a refund. I also sent detailed photos of the defect. The company refused to refund my money or pay for me to return the charm. They kept ignoring my description of the defect, and kept stating that the 5 point shape of the star was normal (which had nothing to do with my complaint.) Even when I stated that I would file a dispute with the credit card and no longer do business with them unless they assisted with my return, they still refused to process the refund unless I paid a 30% restocking fee, which was outrageous since the defect was not my fault. I would have even agreed to select a different shape photo charm (to avoid this defect), but they didn't even offer that option. Ultimately, they went out of their way not to honor their return policy. I have purchased charms from them in the past, and was generally happy with them (except for one that broke past the 90 day period). But I post this so others know that (in my experience) they do not want to honor their return policy. So just beware if you purchase from this company, you may get the same experience that I had if you need to return a defective charm. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. But Soufeel's terrible customer service should be a word of warning to customers out there. One more thing--I tried to post this review on their website twice, and it did not upload, even though I verified my email address. It appears that they are blocking my negative review from being posted on their site, which, if they are doing this, is very dishonest.
AFTER I successfully posted this review, soufeel reached out to me. If you recall, they blocked me from posting this review on their website. Soufeel finally offered to refund my money, but ONLY IF I DELETED THE NEGATIVE REVIEW, and even gave me instructions how to delete it. I will not delete this review because it is truthful and others should be warned of my experience. They could have asked me to update the review to reflect their offer, but to ask me to delete it, so no one knows of the terrible customer service to begin with? Shameful. I have already received a refund from the credit card company. If soufeel had simply refunded my money from the beginning, I would never have had to post this negative review. I hope they learn to treat customers better.
10.1.19 Update: Soufeel reached out to me again to notify me that it processed a refund for my charm. I am happy with this outcome; it is just unfortunate that it had to come down to this back and forth and posting of a negative review to get my refund.
