I'll start by saying the F63 is an outstanding treadmill mechanically. Quiet, powerful, easy to use, and much nicer than my former treadmill. That said, the electronics leave much to be desired. My Iphone 6SPlus locks up playing music when I am anywhere close to the treadmill (interference of some kind) even though I have a strong router connection (wifi). So I cannot listen to my music streaming with Pandora, or Amazon Prime while using the treadmill. Nor can I use the bluetooth capability. I cannot use I-fitness or other health programs online while exercising. Big disappointment. My phone is using the latest updates and the bluetooth to the treadmill is not connected, still locks up the phone. Seems to work the same whether bluetooth is connected or not. I have to stop exercising, shut down the phone, then reboot the phone, start the music again, then resume the treadmill workout. What a pain! Service says doesn't know of a problem of that kind, can't help me.
It's a 6 month old phone and works wonderfully everywhere except when I am using the treadmill. If the treadmill is sleeping, the phone and music work fine, just when it's active that it causes a problem. Dah! Who doesn't want to listen to music or fitness program during a workout? It helps the time pass more quickly. Seems Sole Fitness is not willing to help in any way. As I said, the treadmill is nice, but don't count on any electronics, or bluetooth. It's like you are exercising out in the desert all alone with nobody near or no music. Workouts are tiring and dreadfull in length. Treadmill delivered to me on 7-9-19.
Also, the heartbeat handles are worthless (they will read 70 and my fitbit will read 120/130). Can't get the heart monitor strap to work at all, gave up trying after many attempts. New battery, different positions, upside down, off to the side, wet or dry, totally worthless. I love the treadmill, just hate the poor electronics performance.

I love the bike! I'm still trying to set up the seat for the most comfortable position but it's exactly what I was hoping for and more. Great quality and lots of perks. Even has a lip on top to hold my laptop for easy viewing while biking. Because of the seat struggle I knocked a star off but I'm still hoping to find a better position for it.

I love Sole products! My new treadmill was delivered today, the delivery and setup was flawless to say the least. The delivery crew was super conscientious getting the treadmill upstairs to its location and got it put together and tested in a very timely manner!!! Thanks Sole

bought the E95 direct--NEVER AGAIN!
Delivery "white glove" service were terrible-dragged the machine downstairs-chipped up my stairs etc
RETURNED-machine -even at resistance 20/20...was not enough!..called service department and they said "yeah that's a problem with newer models..."
and Sole did not refund the $250 I paid for assembly--only if I could re package it and get it to curb (read fine print)--YET when they came to pick it up--they left ALL the packaging materials in my basement!
Trying to get sole to refund me this $250...but no one will answer
very very disappointed --never again--proceed cautiously!!

When I ordered the SoulCycle online I did not receive an email acknowledging my purchase and I did not receive a receipt. I called the company the next day and they sent me a receipt. There was no logo for the company who I had ordered the bike from and no return address. The only information was the name of the lady who took my phone call, At least that is what I’m assuming. This made me feel very insecure that I wouldn’t even receive a bike. I haven’t got it yet but hopefully it will be here next week.

Enjoyed shopping on line with Sole Fitness.com. They were very knowledgable and worked with us on the correct fit and pricing. We look forward to getting in better shape for Skiing with our new E 25 Elliptical when it arrives and we have it put together. Did a lot of research on different brands of Ellipticals along with the need for good Customer Service. Sole Fitness kept appearing to be "The One" to buy. We are replacing our old NordicTrack. I'll write more later when we are off and exercising.

I purchased the F80 online on 9/15 and received it on 9/25. Pretty quick shipping and delivery of a product not using the typical channels! I did notice that the pallet the box came with (we opted for the free delivery option) was completely destroyed and actually a bit hazardous to work with (nails sticking out, broken wood). After we dealt with that, we were able to get the treadmill into our house no problem and assembly was really quite simple. It is up and running now and I couldn’t be happier! I bought this treadmill so I could walk and run in the winter months and I used it first thing for a quick run. It operated just as smoothly for me as a non-folding gym-quality treadmill. I can’t speak to it’s long term reliability but so far I feel it was worth the money. For comparison, I was originally considering buying a lightly used treadmill in the $800 range (Bowflex 116xt or Sole F80)

No issue, got a good price on a good bike. I also have the Sole 35 elliptical which is great.

Just got our E35 and already love it. Can't speak to reliably yet but it does provide a great work out. Low impact on my joints which was becoming an issue for me so I'll now be able to maintain a high level of cardio fitness without the negative impact on my joints. Assembly was a chore. Instructions were good for the first part but really lacking for all the plastic pieces. Assembly would be very difficult for the average person. Make sure you have pleanty of space, especially head room. Overall very satisfied so far.

F80 works great - mechanically a very sound machine - may not have some of the bells and whistles of competitive brands, but can’t be beat for a serious workout

Initial delivery indicated that the unit was broken (minor, but still...) The drivers repackaged the unit and returned it. Took about 3 weeks, but the new unit came and was in great shape. I assembled it myself and was not able to put the console onto the unit without help. I might have been able to but I didn't want to take a chance of striping the wires. Some of the parts require screwing in from the bottom and I haven't been able to complete that. I should point out that I am 74 years old and so younger people should have no difficulty. The instructions are quite clear and the You Tube videos are also very helpful. I have been using the unit for two weeks now and love it. Easy to use and program and good safety features. I would recommend the F65 to any and all.

The treadmill arrived as scheduled and in good condition; I was able to set it up without difficulty. It runs well and my wife is using it as hoped.
I would be a perfectly satisfied customer except for one thing. When I was researching treadmills on the internet, I wanted to know what the maximum incline was for each treadmill, and the only information I could find on the Sole F63 was a vague statement that it had “15 levels” of incline. So I decided to call Sole directly to ask a company representative to make sure I got an accurate answer about the maximum incline—because I wanted a treadmill that would give the same incline as the Bright Angel Trail of the Grand Canyon (which is approximately 14 degrees).
When I called on Thursday, May 16, I asked a very specific question to the sales agent: “I want to know what ’15 levels’ is in terms of degrees? Is each level ½ degree?, 1 degree?, etc.”
The very clear answer I received was that each level was approximately 2 degrees, so that the entire range was from 1 degree to “a little less than 30 degrees.” Assuming that I had received accurate information, I decided to buy the treadmill.
The reality is that Level 15—the maximum incline—is only 7 degrees. So I was disappointed that I had received incorrect information from the Sole company agent at headquarters.
Overall the treadmill is working well after 3 months of use, but for any customers who want to know what “15 levels of incline” mean, the true answer is you can go from 1 degree to 7 degrees max.

I've had my 2019 model treadmill for a few months now and have had to have a technician out 4 times already. I've had problems from the initial installation to having parts shipped to me but never being contacted by the technician for the repair. It's frustrating to pay this kind of money for what seems like a "lemon" of a treadmill.
The Sole customer service has been good to work with, but when the parts arrive and there is no follow up from a technician, the frustration sets in as I have a few thousand dollars invested in a machine that doesn't work. When the treadmill works, it's great, but lately it's been not working, or not working properly more often than not. It might just be this machine, My hope is that when I call Sole to discuss, they are agreeable to swapping out machines totally. The technical problems I've had have been the mother board going out, the speed adjustment on the arm never working or not working properly (this has taken 2 visits to still not fully correct), and the heart rate monitor not being even close to accurate as compared to my wrist and chest based heart rate monitors through my Garmin.
As I have written- great machine when, and only when, it's working.

We are very disappointed with the E95S. We find the arm handles are not economical. Also, there is no resistance adjustment that responds to your heart rate. Finally, and probably related to the ergonomics, after about a month of using, my husband and I both found that our knees were hurting. We had never experienced knee problems prior while using our Life Fitness elliptical for 8 years.
Once we realized we were both experiencing knee problems and attributed them to the E95S, we quit using it, and felt quick relief. We have asked for a return but unfortunately, it is past the 30 day return period (about 5 months) and they would not change their policy, even with under 200 miles of use. We are very frustrated that we did not discover our knee issues in the time the company provided for the refund. They do not offer a refurbished offer to return even for a partial refund. Very irritating situation. We now have an elliptical that causes us pain that we cannot use. Buy cautiously.

I have now had the treadmill 2 months and I must say it is one of the better purchases I have made. Having it in my home allows me to use it when I am ready without having to go to the gym. Additionally, it helps me stay in shape more than a gym pass, as I find it more difficult to pass on using this very well made machine. I did a great deal of research prior to purchasing this SOLE F63, and I must say that the high reviews were accurate. I can say I have and will continue to enjoy this machine.

My wife and I ordered our sole f63 in late June and have both used it daily for the past month and a half. It has been a great solution to our problem of missing our daily exercise routine due to the summer heat here in the Mojave desert. There are no excuses, our workout is always at hand. We ordered our machine directly from Sole and are completely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.
The treadmill itself is extremely well built and does everything as advertised quietly and efficiently. We have little experience with this type equipment and did a bit of research before our purchase. We decided the actual build quality, motor and roller sizes for the unit and the warranty were better than other brands in the same price range. We still feel as good about the purchase as we did the day it arrived. It is large and heavy but folds easily and safely for storage. The build was not difficult and I am not particularly handy.
We would recommend this treadmill to anyone looking for a well built unit in this price range.

The treadmill I received was an upgrade from what I ordered. The Sole folks didn't want me to be on back order. How great is that. 5 Stars to the Sales team.
The treadmill I received had some issues and I've had to have some new parts installed. 3 stars for that. Probably Sole could do better making sure things work before they ship units. This unit had broken wires by the motor (pre-assembled), the Control Head USB port did not work, and heart rate monitor had issues.
Sole technical support was great. They fixed each problem quickly and without hesitation. They even provided additional guidance for the fix I did myself. 5 stars to the technical support team.
One recommendation is that if you are not mechanically inclined, paying a little extra for the initial setup is worth it. You have to pay attention to what you are doing when you assemble the treadmill and there are a few assembly details not talked about in the instructions. Sounds like a u-tube video could help.
