We love Soda Stream. I was an early adopter, having one of the first Penguins nearly a decade ago. My family and I are thrilled with our latest soda maker, and my recent queries to customer service are answered promptly and thoroughly and I am so grateful - I wish other companies were as helpful!

Great soda stream and great support from the company.
I have recently bought 2 of the electric soda streams and all 3 fizz strengths give a substantial amount of fizz. It is just your own preference as to which you use. The bubbles also last several days but we drink it and then make fresh so cannot fully answer longevity of fizz. We are reducing our single use plastic and this goes a long way to help in our home along with a mains water filter tap for still drinking water. Refillable coffee machine pods and bamboo toothbrushes also in use. Plastic spoons, straws and more are now items of the past.

I love the idea of Soda Stream but so far the customer service has left me underwhelmed. My first order didn't contain any labels to return the canisters which i paid a £10 returnable deposit on. When querying this with Customer Service I was told that i should just use the labels that come with the next order i had placed. Um, why? What about the canisters in that order that will need sending back? Why not just apologise for the mistake and arrange to send out the labels missing from the first order? Customer Service? Joke.

Any review above 1 star is fake and not to be trusted. Sodastream the company that sells the means to make sparkling drinks yet have not had any flavours on their website for well over a year! Coming soon? Its not coming soon is it! I rang up last summer and was told new flavours are coming soon. Yet there still are not. They dont even provide any flavours at all!

Three weeks ago we bought a SodaStream, which unfortunately turned out to be faulty. Stupidly - and rather unkindly - I posted a negative review before getting in touch with them. I emailed my complaint to them, and their customer care could not have been more helpful; they were brilliant. They telephoned to talk me through the issue, agreed that it was faulty and immediately sent a replacement, which arrived two days later. I was left feeling that if all companies were as good as they are, the customer world would be a far better place.

Excellent customer service from Molly, who was fully committed to resolving the problem I was experiencing with my machine. She provided helpful troubleshooting advice which solved the problem so there was no need to return it for investigation, though this was offered as an option.

After several delays in organising replacement of a faulty soda stream I achieved contact with Kayleigh Cowan. A wonderful, customer centred representative of SodaStream. Kayleigh's communication skills are outstanding. She provided customer sensitive information in a timely manner and responded totally effectively to any queries raised. Kayleigh is an exceptional advocate for SodaStream which I hopes gives her due recognition for turning round what could so easily have become a complaint about Soda Stream customer service to one that cannot praise sufficiently. Kayleigh you are one of those wonderful shining stars in what at times can be a rather murky sky. Please accept my son's and my sincere thanks for all you have managed so effectively in enabling us to achieve a more than satisfactory resolution.

I bought my Sodastream with Amazon and when the cylinder was empty I wrote Sodastream to know how I can send back the empty cylinder then they asked me the order number so I sent back the Amazon order which they can't find it in their system and can't help me. I ordered 2 more cylinders on the Stream site to make sur I got a right order number then I can send back the empty and I hear that we can send back now up to 10 cylinders with the same Label return.
An imprvement has been made with Sodastream but at this time I did not have chance to send back yet any empty cylinder since I bought my Sodastrem. Now I have to find a right box to put all my empties cylinders with the same labels.

Love the product. Really glad we use SodaStream. I was skeptical at first but I think the fizzy water is amazing. Also, brilliant option to recycle the canisters. Have had to reach out to customer service with an issue once—brilliant outcome. Really quick response. Helpful and polite staff. Easy solution. Would definitely recommend. Worth the money.

My soda stream Pure was leaking gas when I tried to insert a new bottle. I emailed Soda stream a picture and they confirmed I'd lost a washer and offered to send me one. This came the next day with a lovely note. All fixed now and bubbles galore again in our house! Not a disposable plastic bottle in sight. Thank you for keeping the Fizz. 😁

I have had non-stop issues with my machine. It is temperamental to say the least. First of all the machine struggled to seal properly, it was very hit and miss no matter what I tried. However the dispense has decided to stop working all together, it just makes a clicking noise when pushing the button down and a small amount of gas comes out until eventually stopping altogether. I have emailed Sodastream several times but still no response. I have also called the free phone number but it states technical difficulties with receiving calls so they can’t answer! This is for over a week now! How can their phones be down for a week. Very disappointed!! I loved it when it works and like the environmental aspect. The machine is only just over a month old so within Warranty. Sort it out Sodastream and respond to customers please!!
