They say 6 months warranty but the customer service is a joke. They take 3 to 4 days per response and then tell you it's not covered. My g baby Priv kept leaking after a month or so and I ruined my clothes, and spent a lot of money on e juice however their customer service told me that the tank is faulty and to get a new one. I had a spare tank so swapped it and same thing happened. The mod is good but the tanks leak badly. The customer service is terrible. All they do is keep asking for photos just to fob you off. I would never buy a smok product again based on rubbish customer service.

Do not purchase from their official store. A shipping label was created with a FedEx tracking number though it never shipped. Customer Service is useless for they paste the FedEx tracking page showing that FedEx is still waiting for the package while stating that it shipped and it takes 5-10 days. We are past that and after numerous calls to FedEx and emails to Customer Service, I will now have to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Supposedly their products are shipped from Taiwan to California to a third party that clears it from Customs. The they put the FedEx label on and ship to the consumer. Do not waste your money and time!

Used numerous Smok products over many years and reliability is hit and miss. I have an x cube 2 that is now 4 years old and still chugging away but also had a Nord that gave up after 1 month. What I will say is that my experience when making a warranty claim from here in the UK was fantastic! Sent all the required pictures of box receipt and explanation in an email to smok.e.u they answered in two days authorised a replacement and i received TWO in the post 10 days later

I bought a Smok Priv 3 about a year ago. It recently, out of the blue stopped working and will always come up with “check battery”. I called Smok and tried a few other things as well long story short they basically screwed me. Nearly $100 for their newest mod out and it doesn’t last even an entire year. I won’t be buying any Smok product ever again. I hope they go out of business. If anyone wants something way better try JayBo, the one I’ve had has lasted almost 5 years and still works perfectly. I’ll be going back to and sticking with that brand.

Smoke price has connection issues randomly turns off or don't recognize battery butty input. they offered to send me a new in 2-3 months once they received it. It cost 30$ to ship to you! It cost 40 to buy a new one! Seriously...

Buy SMOK product at your own risk, especially new products. Both my device NORD bought 4 months ago and Trinity Alpha bought 3 weeks ago had issues with charging. They stopped charging completely. After i provided proof of purchase and scanned the product barcode, THEY START IGNORING ME. NEVER RECEIVED RESPONSE AGAIN. They claim offered WARRANTY but DO NOT TRUST THEM! Time for different company.

So to all you vapers out their....i bought a 3 packe of Novo pods burnt threw them in 2 day weird right....should last a week or 2 ! I called SMOK they said sorry can not do anything for you...basically SOL...This so does not sit well with me,as im sure it would not with anyone else...i know what your thinking take them back to the store of original purchase..they gave SMOK phone number and said they would help me....no help so im thinking better business bureau? Or start a boycott petition.....any ideas ? Let me know ehat u all are thinking.....

I use salt nic and have been using smok for about 2 years now, I had a novo at first and loved it but I went though them like crazy because they aren't very durable. Then I switched to a nord honestly the only reason I miss the draw activation of the novo is because the nord doesn't time out so the button can be held down forever and it won't stop until it's dead. I throw it in my purse and forget to turn it off and it's so hot I can't even touch it. It would be great if nords could time out before getting to that point.

Bought a Smok Majesty last Christmas, it lasted 3 months and literally fell apart in my hands into 5 pieces I could not believe how flimsy it was , there were literally no screws holding it together just moulded clips. It cost £54 and it was a total disgrace to consumer products, Smok are just ripping people off I threw it into the bin.

I bought a smok baby x lasted 3months due to not being able to charge it so silly me bought another now after another 3 months this one has gone and done the same thing . Been in touch with them for a replacement and not heard anything back .

All their pens are garbage. V22 leaks, then leaks more, then leaks the rest out. Weeks of this crap. Garbage. And this was the upgrade. New filter, old filter, this liquid that liquid doesn't matter. Gravity. Gravity and liquid. Leaks everywhere all the time. Unless it's bone dry it is leaking. Never buy one of these ever.

Can anyone help me i got the smok stick x8 and everytime i plug it in the red dot will show up for about ehhh 25 30 minutes then it will power off then when i power it back on it blinks white about 4 to 5 times is there anyway anybody can troubleshoot this for me

after sales service is the worst ive ever experienced full-stop 6 months of communication telling me to deface the old device and send proof and still no replacement of faulty device they're just playing games with no intention of replacing the device claiming been sent and asking me to contact service centre in Europe via phone to ask where it is.

I purchased my first vape about a month ago and the battery and the atomizer broke after 3 weeks. The limits on the warrenty and difficulty of getting a relacment sent was far to difficult. Do not waste your time or money. Buy a better brand and save in the long run. I will not be purchasing any products from smok in the future. The costomer service is poor and they are honestly not worth the hastle.

I bought new tfv16 tank months ago. I sent over my issue of leaking tank the day I got it. And now 2 month later still have no solution for me and no offering of replacement or money back. They take 6 days to respond to any email. Still going back and forth on my leaking tanks

I have been a Smok products user for years and always loved them, especially the new TFV12 mesh coils. Their products are great value and my experience with their after-sales customer support was excellent too.
One of the new Devilkin mods I bought 2 months ago was defective and Damon from Smok's team helped me get a replacement in no time after I provided a couple of pictures.
The defective mod I had seemed to have issues with the over-tightening of the screws which completely destroyed the plastic screw holes that held the mod together.
I would only recommend going for their full metal mods instead of the plastic ones for better durability.

I just bought a Smok Stick V9 Max Kit and I am extremely disappointed. First off,the thing is so hot I can't put my mouth on it. I played with the air vents hoping it would make a difference but it didn't. Second it leaks terribly. I have to keep a paper towel wrapped around it or else I get liquid all over my hand. The third thing is it spits hot liquid in my mouth. I have to draw in with my mouth above the mouth piece because it's so dang hot. I sent the company an email but they haven't answered me. My old device died so I needed one. Needless to say it's to late to return it because I had to figure out a way to use it. I went ahead and order one from Kangertech. That's what my first one was and I was quite pleased with it. I will never buy Smok brand again. Be warned !!!!!!

Was about to tear this company a new one until I got on here and realized everyone already has. Buy this product if you want it to look good, and function like absolute garbage. It’s cool though, at least when you get on their website and troubleshoot the errors you’re experiencing, their course of action is to try and market a new product to you. How can a company have this poor of reviews and still be around? Would have given zero stars if it was an option.

I’ve had a couple of their tanks. They always leak and the o-rings warp very easily. As for the coils, they’re incredibly hit and miss. I’ve had some that last a month+ and some that don’t work out the gate. It seems like the quality of everything they make is just poor. It’s a real disappointment.
