I've been waiting since February for an order I made. I have never once had a reply to my questions on where my order is. I also have a work colleague who is in the same boat, he has been waiting even longer. I have had other orders from other companies sending from China with no issues. Please do not use this website as you will pay for nothing!

I have also been scammed. Ordered on their website in January, 5 months later still no product and no response to emails or online chat. Avoid.

Joining the queue of scammed people who bought here. Placed an order Jan 19. 1st follow up got a response referring me to their website re shipping times. Since then repeated emails no response . Off now to see if PayPal can help get my money or at least stop others being taken

I wish these reviews had been on here a couple of months ago - I would never have ordered. Ordered direct on website on 6th Jan, received confirmation & then eventually a dispatch notice with a tracking code which never showed any info “that parcel is not yet in the system “ - sent repeated emails - got no response to any - and still no light almost 2 months later. Don’t buy from them!

No lights, no reply to emails, no refund , no money!!!! AVOID.

INSTAGRAM WOULD BE RESPONSABLE OF THIS FRAUD, THEY SHOULD TAKE CARE TO ANNOUNCE GOOD SELLERS

There is no response at all from this site.They are a suspicious site.
Have tried to contact many times.
Will be reporting as a fraudulent site
They have deliberately given a wrong email address

I ordered two rear bike lights from the smartbikelights.com site. That was two weeks ago and I have had no contact from the company since, despite two emails asking for information regarding my purchase. I'm starting to think this is a scam, and I just flushed $60.
I will edit this post if the situation changes, but based on my experience so far, I would say look elsewhere, and don't order through them.

BUYER BEWARE. you are throwing money away

Product is sub standard and leaks water with the smallest splash.
Company fails to engage with customers, ignoring all emails, Messenger and Facebook, they have no since blocked me from the later following my inline complaint
The warranty is worthless. I have not received a replacement for the faulty product.
Returns policy is worthless as it takes 6 weeks to arrive which is beyond the 30 day limit.
