Faulty trainers

I purchased a pair in store who were amazing and after 3 months there was plastic that came through the back of the heel cutting my foot. Emailed with pictures and stated my father's passing and been busy sorting that out so over 6 months, may i add 1 day as the email addresses i was given were either for usa or missing a letter, so went in store .they would not replace and only offered 50% next pair. Why would I buy another pair when it's not my fault they broke

I bought a pair of Skechers, and the right shoes has a crooked soul and it causes me to walk uneven. I haven’t been able you wear because it cause me back pain. I would like to return for another pair. Please inform me as to what can be done to make this right.

We are two senior folks who recently had a very pleasant shopping experience at your Manchester Skechers Outlet. We were greeted by your staff member Pam who had helped us with our unique shoe shopping experience of searching for a pair of shoes with two different sizes. Pam determined the best strategy and quickly found the two sizes with matching styles. She stayed with us optimizing fit and comfort of the Skecher sneakers until the perfect pair was found. We were so impressed with her helpfulness that we purchased an additional pair of dress shoes and casual sandals. She explained Skechers current sales along with an additional 10% savings for enrolling in Skechers Plus. Thank you Pam.

Comfy but slippery soles

I find Skechers shoes very comfortable. I have fibromas in both feet, so find the soft soles helpful. However, be very careful, as I have noticed after wearing several different types of Skechers, that the soles are very slippery on wet or damp surfaces. I fell and tore an elbow tendon as a result.

Slippery when wet…

I got my first pair of sketchers about 2 years ago, loved them, but could only wear them on days where i knew it wasn't going to rain, if i did wear them in wet weather it would be like walking on an ice rink, in short it was quite risky, even dangerous, so while sketchers shoes are really comfy i wont buy another pair until they do something about the soles of their shoes

Love skechers shoe, problem is when tread wears down they are real slippery, I broke my ankle 2 time wearing skechers due to slipping, I still love them, just saying maybe a tougher tread

Well the shoe size is off

Well the shoe size is off, ran a bit small. Bought a third pair that didn't fit so we ended up at the skecher store. Found what we were looking for a was able to exchange and actually got some money back.

We visited the store in 77063 and needed to use customer bathroom to be told ' bathroom not open the public '! We had to leave not to return for the hassle it caused.. We will call future Skecher stores to see it their location has a bathroom for CLIENTS !!
