My sister ordered a jacket from here and accidentally put in wrong credit card info, our mistake. While we were speaking to a representative - she was very rude, with no sense of customer service, even when we told her she should be a little nicer and more welcoming by the way she sends her emails. It also took a lot of back and forth emails to understand what went wrong and you could tell she was pissed having to repeat herself. What keeps customers are the way staff treats them babe, just some advice for you. If the store wants to know exactly who this was contact me. We shop a lot and buy expense clothing. This store definitely lost a few customers from this situation (me my sister and family members that were close to buying).
To everyone else thinking of shopping here, if u find a style you like just go but it on another website to avoid bad customer service.

I've had good experiences shopping here. Nothing over the top amazing but nothing bad either. Their website isn't spectacular and I hate all the photos of celebrities wearing stuff but, whatev. I usually find something somewhere else then see it on sale here and buy it.

I used to shop Singer and they have been writing to me to return ever since. My first experience was great, and the item was exactly as pictured (but I had seen it in person). They have changed their terms of service (TOS) and it is a win win for them. I can no longer shop with singer22. If I order a defective item I don't want to be stuck with a credit at singer22.

DONT purchase from this company. I bought a pair of jeans that did not even look like the photo on the website once they arrived. I returned them to find out that I am now stuck with a $200 credit! Customer service was the most rude experience I have ever encountered. The girl I spoke to actually said "it's your problem not ours" and then hung the phone up on me. I now have to buy an overpriced piece of junk from them that I am sure I can find much cheaper from a more reputable company with an actual return policy. NEVER AGAIN!

I placed an order for an expensive pair of jeans 7 days ago and still have not received a confirmation email or a tracking code.
UPDATE: although I never got tracking or confirmation email support emailed back very quickly letting me know my order is on its way. Super excited! I would purchase from them again. Thanks:)

I had the worst experience with this site a few years ago and it still makes me so angry. I don't know why it has taken me so long to write this, but when a company acts so unprofessionally and treats you like garbage you don't forget it. I ordered a dress for my birthday, I had put the apartment number in the wrong place so it didnt show up on the shipping label. I tracked the dress and it simply got returned back to their warehouse. I called to make sure they had the correct apt and it was put on the shipping when they resent it out, but they claimed they never got the dress. I sent the the tracking showing it was returned to them, but they said it was my fault for putting the apt on the wrong line so they refused to refund me or send the dress out because they "never got it". This girl on the phone was so unbelievably rude and kept putting me on hold for long periods at a time and then would return and say things like "i dont know what you want, this is your mistake" " why is it our fault if you put the apt on the wrong line" "that would be really stupid of us to refund you when we don't have the dress" ...then when I would point out again that the tracking number they gave me shows a confirmed delivery to their warehouse they would say "well we don't have it so you can deal with whoever shipped it". I am very good at keeping my composure and I know when I'm not getting anywhere so I asked to speak to the manager. After being told "she's just going to say what I said" she put me on hold for almost 20 minutes (yes I still remember because I took a screen shot of the wait time) a girl who sounded just as young as the other one picked up the phone and said I heard what happened and you are in the wrong and we don't have to do anything to help you, stop $#*!ing bother my employee, call the shipping company.. and then HUNG UP ON ME!!! Their customer service consisted of two spoiled, ill mannered little girls who have no idea what it means to be professional or accountable. Avoid this "company" they do not deserve your business.

I bought two Canada Goose jackets off Singer22 with expedited shipping. The items came quickly and in great condition. Unfortunately I didn't realize one had been a return and someone had worn it with the tags still on it, but I found trash in the pocket. I called Customer Service and received a response shortly after with an offer to either return the sold-out coat, or a partial refund and to keep it. I was very impressed and I will shop here again.

Ordered a top, didn't fit, returned it the next day, paid the shipping fee back to them. They just emailed now with a store credit only, said because I used a promo code, could not get my money back and deducted $4.95 shipping! I will never shop from them again. There are so many other great websites to shop from Revolve, Net-Porter etc. that don't put you through this stress!

I've been shopping at singer22 for a few years now. I've never had an issue until recently with a return. This was my first or second return by the way. The CS rep, Lara stated the returns team had to run the security cameras to the time they were packaging my order because they didn't believe they made an error packaging my order. WOW!!!!! Really???!!!! Ultimately they sent me the wrong pair of Frame denim jeans. All that trouble to get them to believe they actually sent the wrong me pair of jeans. Was it worth it Singer22?? You lost a loyal customer due to your handling of a return which you guys were negligent for. Oh and the return, I was given store credit so I'm forced to buy something to get what is truly owed to me. Mind you I've spent thousands at their store. And finally regarding the products they sell, I think they leave it in a rat infested warehouse because their clothes always had a strange stale odor. Good riddance singer22 I won't be shopping at your store again. You just lost a loyal customer. See ya.

I ordered an item using a promotional code which apparently made it impossible to get a
refund in my original form of payment. They told me it was on the site when I checked out.
It must have been very SMALL!
Customer service did not care at all.
I will never ever shop at the site again.

This website is the worst! I bought a dress in November of 2011 and when it arrived the quality was AWFUL - definitely nowhere near the $299 price. I paid duty & shipping to the UK which I anticipatd I'd have to eat, but it was only when I went to return it that I was informed they did not accept refunds. I tried to argue this with singer22 as it looked nothing like the photo (cheap hem, cheap material, horrible fit) but got nowhere. I tried to argue this with my credit card company as well and wasn't able to resolve the issue.
Only now a few months later did I go to buy something else to use my credit note and have now been informed that my credit note has no credit against it!!!! They are an absolute scam. I am now having to flag this up with my credit card company to try and get a refund. I am absolutely appalled at this website and surprised that they are still in business after reading all the horrible reviews.
I recommend shopping with Shopbop.....better product and better customer service!

Stay far away from this Site. Purchased sweater and returned it because it was damaged. I really wanted sweater so they said they fixed it and sent it back to me. It was still damaged! Received an email saying that they gave me a full refund but when I got my statement they took out extra money saying that they were holding money back for shipping costs. To make it worse they help back a substantial refund for 30 days. I had to call to get my money back. They are breaking the law with there business practices! I will never buy again! Beware! The Better Business Bureau should look into this company! Too many negative feedback scores! I was shocked when I saw this companies feedback. Wish I saw it sooner.

Doesn't get worse than this! What online merchant carrying contemporary or designer brands doesn't refund returns?? Maybe in 1990, this would have been passable. I am so regretful purchasing items from this store and a store credit only lasts a year, I hate to break it to them, but I believe that to be illegal.
Very strongly recommend against buying a single thing at this shop.

Lousy service, rude staff, horrible return policy, way overpriced merchandise. I really hated the way they treated me. No wonder they only earned a C+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. They had multiple complaints. Check the link to see for yourself. I'd NEVER, EVER shop there again!!!
I purchased an expensive top through Singer22 and it arrived completely fuzzballed, worn, and covered in someone else's hair. Disgusting. Not only that, but I suspect they are incorrectly labeling sizes. I ordered an XS and it fits like a tent. It is literally three times the width of my body and is unwearable in public. Will never shop with Singer again.

I ordered a very expensive pair of shoes (Tibi Amber heels - $365) that I have been pining away for months... they came USED from Singer22!!! I am so disappointed. Please save your money and shop at reputable stores like Nordstrom where you can return items easily without hassle (and where you receive BRAND NEW items as opposed to used shoes -- gross!)

Wow, I'm glad I searched for a review for this website before I proceeded to the checkout. They almost had me when I saw the additional 40% off of clearance. I went to the checkout and it wanted my credit card info right away, along with my billing/shipping address, and also I had to choose the shipping method. It was all on the same page, followed by "Complete Order" at the bottom.. I realized, if I was to press that, I wouldn't even have a conformation page to even see how much the shipping was.. It would have just charged my card. Ridiculous! Right away it felt like a scam. Soooo glad I saw this!!

STAY AWAY! I'm really disappointed with this website. Yes, they do have some great stuff, but had I known about the non return policy, I would have stayed clear. I'm an Internet shopper, have been for years. Never have I not been able to return for a refund. Yes, I know that I didn't read the return policy, but I never even thought that was possible, being used to internet shopping g and never running into any problems with returns. Now, I have an item that is on back order till mid July and if I try to cancel, they will still give store credit. No other place charges you for a back ordered item until it is being shipped out. Very sneaky!
