I have been trying to log into my account for the past 15 minutes, resetting my password over and over and JUST CAN'T LOG IN FOR GOODNESS SAKE. WHAT A DOUCHEY WEBSITE. And the password strength NEVER changes regardless of how tough you make it.
I just needed to enquire on WHERE my package is as it's already past the 72 hour wait for status to show up on UPS but NOTHING.

10 days and still no order... absolutely the worst cust svc. They ship via ups and then ups sends it to usps. but, there are a lot of companies that do that. It's the way sigma has it set up. It is pushed to the BACK of mail. USPS told me that. In other words, our purchase means NOTHING

Customer service is non existent. I want to know status of my orders. Your comosny kerps sending out sales and coupons yet you cant fullfill your orders or give status after you have charged the order.

They indicated nowhere that their prices were in US dollars, which I maybe should have expected but nonetheless it's pretty easy to indicate simply when someone is placing an order from outside the US the cost will be different due to currency exchange. Even the receipt they sent me was in US dollars, indicating nowhere on it anything about currency exchange. I think typically people like to know what they're paying for a product before they're charged. My credit card bill came in almost $25 higher than the final cost on my receipt. When I contacted Sigma about this, they replied blaming it on shipping costs that have nothing to do with the company when I had clearly stated that I was upset they couldn't simply indicate that they're prices are in US dollars. Customers shouldn't have to work to know how much a product costs, worst expereience I've ever had ordering anything online. I just hope my brushes get here fine.

I ordered one brush from them. All the coupons give you 10% off. They gave me a tracking number but UPS can't find it. So where is my order?? I tried to do a live chat with someone and they can't find it either. They are so unprofessional. If I don't get my order I better get a refund. She told me, "Typically, we do not offer refunds for lost packages and would offer to resend the product." That's what you say, but will you do that? I'm just gonna stick to Morphe or buying brushes in store. Morphe is an AMAZING company and you can track your package without being stressed out. I only got this one to go with a highlighter.

Its a complete scam if you are doing an international shipping. I ordered products worth $200 which I have still not received; they keep telling me to wait. WTF?
Its a shame that such a big company is actually such a thief and scam. Once you have placed the order, they refuse to cancel it. I checked all negative reviews and thought may be it was once in a while thing but honestly, DONT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, you will never get it.

I placed two orders during their semi-annual sale. I was expecting a delay in the shipping since there were obviously going to be a ton of orders placed. My second order was shipped out promptly, but the tracking stopped working after a few days. I gave Sigma a call and they were so nice and made sure to help me out. My first order didn't ship out as quick as my second one, so they sent it out with priority mail. Overall, amazing custome service. I'm sad to see all of these negative comments, but it's obvious that some people are just impatient.

I open the box: no paper, no gift as they promised. Just 4 lonely brushes in the box instead of 5. I took them in my hands and noticed that 3 of them were with stickers that were taken out and put on again, I clearly saw the scratches that these boxes were opened more than one time, one brush was definitely used, maybe all of these 3 were. Terrible experience. I hope I will get a refund. Never again, they are scammers.

I ordered $75 nzd worth of makeup to be ordered at the end of November 2016 it is now January 2017 and I still have not received my makeup. I have contacted both my local post service and sigma. And my local post say they cannot find it and sigma told me to wait and that it may take over 31 days to arrive. I waited that long and emailed again and they then said it could take 8 weeks to process at the facility to ship. I am appalled at their service as it is now just becoming a joke and I believe now that it may never arrive and that I may have just wasted money that I can't afford to lose as I am a student who doesn't earn much and I am not able to even afford to pay for my sisters hens party which is a real shame.

Still waiting to received my Very expensive purchase... was Told that It is sitting at some "Hub" as they had a "Bad address"
I've never had issues like this before... Very weird... Still waiting, was told to call back Monday... Have asked them to Call me directly... they will not call... will only communicate via email!!! Very frustrating... I will never Order from SIGMA again.... I have a very upset daughter who has saved all of her Allowance, Birthday and Christmas money, and is Very disappointed...

Sigma 4th of July Sale: I placed an order 5 days ago. After I entered the finalize transaction click, I got a message come up on the screen saying "order in review". Not sure what that means. So far, I have received no emails confirming my order is in process, much less ready for shipment. No idea what the status of my order is.It seems like my funds have not been withdrawn yet. Hopefully, I won't get a message back saying that it was out of stock and that I won't get my brushes on sale as I was hoping.

Brush cup holder they sent me was broken, so they said they would send me another one. Each response to my email took about 2 days, and eventually when they said they would send me another, I waited a month before emailing them again, and having to wait at least another 3-5 working days for a response this time.
When they finally responded, they had no idea what I was talking about and I had to recount the whole history again of what had happened, and why they were going to send me a new one and ask why it hadn't already been sent.
Took another month for me to receive it and when I finally did, it got lost in the mail and they refused to help.

First of all company doesn't have a phone number. Placed an order (on a Friday) but didn't receive confirmation despite the funds been taken out of my account. Emailed and had to way 3 business days for a response which I thought they would have fixed after advising me of a glitch in the system. Asked them for tracking ID. Had to wait another 3 business days for response then they respond with we refunded the money today all our brushes are out of stock. Because of the usd to aud conversion rate for that day I ended up loosing $40 when they simply should of emailed me and asked if I wanted a refund or a store credit to get other brushes or to wait until they are in stock again. I then places the exact same order again after creating another account and surprise surprise all in stock still. Re contacted them and asked for priority shipping on my new order (I figured that I pretty much paid for it anyway with the $40 they stuffed me around with). I get a response in three business days that's sarcastic which links me to a conversion rate website as if I'm somehow uneducated about the difference in currency - even though it was their fault to begin with to rerund me without communication. I have asked for a phone number several times to sort this out as I can't keep waiting 3 business days inbetween responses. Each time I've asked they have replied to the rest of the email and not that part. Sent an email two weeks ago just asking for a phone number and no response! Website is a scam, customer service is a joke, prices are too high and seriously not worth the drama! Next time I'll be purchasing my sigma brushes through the Sephora website rather then directly through them

Worst customer service! I placed an order, it got cancelled without notice. Placed a second order, got cancelled again. Placed a third order, again cancelled. All with no prior notice. My emails went unanswered. Horrible experience!

Placed an order for delivery to UK, paid full shipping, when it arrived I had to pay an additional £14, because they neglect to tell you that European shipping charges are to Germany only, shipping from Germany to the destination country is extra.
Do not order unless you are aware of this undisclosed cost

These brushes really are great, I have not been disappointed by any of the brushes I have purchased from this website. The only thing is that they are expensive, to me they were worth it due to the fact that I had the mindset of getting brushes that really work and will last me. I have had the brushes for about 3 years and they still work wonders. You have to keep them clean and don't forget to wash them and take good care of them. If you are serious about makeup and can afford it, I highly suggest getting these as opposed to other high end makeup brushes like MAC. They work the same, I like sigmas makeup brushes even more.
