I've been ordering from this website for years and it's good. They have a large selection, and they occasionally offer great coupon codes. It's relatively easy to return an item if it doesn't fit although I did have an issue once.
I would say that I've had better service at revolve.com so if an item is available there, I will buy it there since shipping is also quicker. But shopbop is pretty good. I'll look to see if Revolve or Nordstrom is offering the same item. If not, I'll buy it from shopbop.

Shopbop’s customer service is appalling. I ordered a pair of shoes in gold in a size 6. The shoes I received was the style in pink in size 5.5. Since I could not wear them, I returned them as advised by Shopbop customer service. However Shopbop refused to reimburse me for over $120 that I paid for in customs and duties, meaning their mistake caused me a financial loss. I have never experienced such egregious service from a major online retail outlet. There are many other outlets like Revolve and Zalando that offer reliable services.

This is the only company I have come across which charges taxes and duties at source. I returned the item and was refunded the item cost but not for the taxes and duties. Apparently, they can take the charge they can't refund it. I had checked the refunds policy before purchasing and no where is it mentioned \explained that they do not refund this amount. Furthermore, I cannot apply for a refund from the Revenue department as they didn't charge for it.
This is a complete SCAM to take and keep money. BE WARNED.

I am so glad I read the reviews. Was about to order on their website from France and when I read all the negatives it is so not worth the risk! Especially the part about having only 15 days to return a product starting from the date of online purchase !!

They take absolutely forever to deliver products to you. While the app will say it has been delivered, when it hasn't even if you pay for a speedy-delivery. It's been over a month and still haven't got delivery for something that was supposed to come in 5 days.
The service is definitely, not worth the premium price pays for their website

A SCAM! I agree with the other reviews that they are selling second hand goods! I bought shoes and a necklace , shoes arrived scuffed and worn, necklace was tarnished. I called and got a very snotty person named Amy who keep speaking in a condescending tone and cutting me off every time I talked. Her condescending attitude left a terrible taste in mouth mouth. Will shop Revolve from now on where they have good service and don’t sell used merchandise.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased anything from shopbop.
I can’t help but think their purchase process is extremely misleading and having read many reviews many other people think the same.
I chose two items to purchase in $aus and entered a discount code. When I went to my cart to check out it appeared the discount was included. Fast forward a few days I just checked my bank statement and the amount was for way more then I purchased. I contacted customer service (which was far from a customer service) and they proceeded to tell me all purchases are in $us? At NOWHERE when making payment did it state that the price I was seeing was now in $us and not $aus as it was when I was shopping.
THE PRICE REVERTS BACK TO $US in your cart which when you’re including a discount is EXTEMELY deceptive.
I purchase items all the time online and this is the first time this has happened

This website It’s definitly a fraude!
I bought a dress from retrofete, payed for it and recive the confiration of the shopping, delivery details, etc...
I payed for a express delivery, (1 day) and still waiting for it.
After i e-mail them, asking if everything was alright they simple said that the shopping was canceled (only after i asked) and i was blocked from the website.
After i answer them again and the they blocked my e-mail but still sending the fake sale spam all the time for my e-mail.
I did not Get any answer, respect, or have the right to talk with the webstie because they simple blocked me because is easier than explain and solve it.
I never saw something like that.
So disappoitend and trying to figure it out for 1 week! What was supposed to Be a pleasent expirience turn in such a dissaponted and disrespectfull mess!
You cant trust them! Don’t buy.

Buyers beware- they are selling second hand clothing! Lots of lazy attitudes here company has gone down the tubes with lazy behavior. Received a second hand pair of denim someone had worn & returned they offered NO resolution Except a Ridiculous 10 dollar store credit which will buy nothing on their site and only gets you to spend more money! Such cons , and had such bad attitudes when I called to report the issue. They will post below the comments here “ we will be in touch” all a bunch of lies. So Many are not shopping with them anymore because of their terrible hassle of a return policy!

They sent me a used pair of pants that had broken snaps. I called right away and a guy answers the phone in a negative tone saying hello , not even saying this is Shopbop! So lazy. He was very rude and bitchy and refused to help w the issue even saying “your not getting a refund” I was shocked!. Such a shame this company has hired very lazy people who are nasty. My mom spends 20k yearly and said she was fed up to with the Wisconsin teams attitudes.

I had an outstanding experience with Shopbop. After reading comments on Trustpilot I was reluctant at first, given that I live in Europe, so I opted to make a smaller purchase. I was pleasantly surprised; my merch was shipped in a matter of hours with fee UPS express shipment, free of charge! I live in Southern Europe, and I got my merch in perfect condition five days after making an order. Of course, knowing the laws of my country, I knew that I would be paying custom duties. It was great to find out that the shipping cost was not included in the duty fees calculation. All in all, excellent experience with Shopbop, and I will be ordering more for sure.

For a month already my order is stuck somewhere and all parties including Shopbop are pointing to each other and forwarding the problem back and forth. So I'm in situation now that either my order will simply gone stucked or I have to pay for sending it back. So they cannot ship order to me, but happy to get it back for additional money. That's a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t believe their shipping time frames published online. They need to say “we might ship your order in 2 days, we might take a week, we might never ship it at all” There customer service just gives generic answers. Hopeless. Will never buy again. Now to try and get my order that never shipped refunded.... this will be fun!

Order a new bag from Shopbop and I get a dirty, defect ( leather feel off), even there are stain at the bag. I paid USD200 for a used and defect bag. This is truly disappointed and I trying to email the CS, but there no reply from them too!

I received my 400 bucks boots today but it turns out to be used. It has winkles on the surface leather and the sole is worn out badly. I am really really disappointing with this purchase experience and gonna issue either return or exchange.

I was preparing to receive my order today but The DHL Express informed me that SHOPBOP had cancelled the shipping and asked them to return my prepaid order back.
The Shopbop didn't even informed me that something had gone wrong with the order. It is very disappointing
There is no information in Terms and Conditions that they have the right to cancel the already shipped order

After reading all the other reviews, think I have to speak out for shopbop. have been a loyal customers for many years I can only say the goods and services provided by them are excellent. though at only once or twice there had been small imperfection with the items arrived. In general they are selling terrific goods, brand new and pretty high quality. one word: perfect!

It takes 2 weeks to return and package and then another 4-5 to process the refund?? No thanks. Revolve clothing is free two day returns and delivery! Shopbop you need to update this.

I returned 3 items from an order I placed, one of the items was a large handbag that was over $700 (the 2 other items were sweaters). When I received the refund for my return no refund was provided for the bag. I contact several different customer service representatives over the course of almost a week and was finally told they "don't know where the purse is" and actually suggested I "forgot" to put it in the return box. The bag was huge and in a huge box, there was no way anyone could have missed it. Yet, here they are, claiming they "didn't see it" and therefore have yet to refund me the over $700. Do NOT trust this company.

Amazing, amazing customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and i was sent brand new pairs, very nicely packaged with return label in there . I had to return one of the pairs and my refund was processed right away. No wonder Amazon is world's number one company. A retailer is always judged by how it handles a return and shopbop is amazing with that. Highly highly recommended.

25 june I ordered 2 pair of shoes and a few weeks later 2 dresses. This all for a wedding.... it never arrived, it was send to the Netherlands, than again to the Netherlands, I have spend whole days about figuring out why the products did not arrive to my place 8000 miles away from the Netherlands. is seems that the ups dont deliver to the place where I live....shopbop should know.... but still did not learned because this also happened with my dresses. I was in close contact with UPS and shopbop and UPS said shopbop did wrong because the country where I live they do not deliver to.... shopbop said the opposite, I was in the middle... In between I got mails from the computer we are friends and everything will be solved within a few days.... nothing happened than I asked please send back the money, uptill now I have not received my 1300 dollars,
I mailed again, they said we have send over 750 dollar but not the whole amount it seems....
another thing happened, I got a phone call, the dresses arrived on the place where i lived, I did not wanted them anymore, but than... having no money, this was the best option to get something... So I went here to pick up the products. The bag has been opened, and I saw these dresses, not knowing if they were still ok...I contacted shopbop, they said I could get them but they have to charge me again because the money have already been send over (this is not the case) I said no, first see and than believe..... the wedding has been, I had to buy last minute other cloths and shoes, and really the service is sooooo bad, they drive me crazy.... They should have give me the dresses and than when really the money is returned they should charge me but now nothing is happening.... So shopbop is zero with zero service, a bad organisation just only money minded and nothing more....don't buy there you will get in big trouble. My next step will be a juridical one. And I will charge them for all my time and cost I made to solve this problem.

To my great annoyance I have to alert your European customers that you are cheating your customers! In short, I ordered an item. Your purchase terms on the website did not work. I tried to write with you but was received by a robot.
When I receive the item, I also receive a sms where it finally shows what is payable. I have to pay 108 dollars to receive the item and this is for a product that costs 188 dollars. Of course, I refuse to accept the item as I am not given any indication or hint of the high fees and I have not been able to read that T&C on the shopbop website, because the link didnt work on their site. After I refuse to accept the goods and send them back to Shopbop, I receive a threat email from their customer service stating their T&C and I as a consumer have to pay 188 dollars plus 60 dollars to send the goods back to the company! Of course, shopbop also writes that I should finally contact them if they can help, etc. They just don't help their customers! This company is full of scams and threats! Be careful and never buy anything from them! They cheat and deceive and write off all responsibility for stealing money from their customers! Be observant !! 🆘🆘🆘⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️🛑🛑🛑
I did have an EXCELLENT experience with Shopbop. I am from Bogota, Colombia, buyed from Shopbop twice, not cheap items, payed for the delivery service that is more expensive and includes taxes and customes payments, and I got my orders in less than six days in excellent conditions. I write this review because instead, I bought an expensive order in other different company from UK and it never came to me.
