Ordered makeup brushes back in May 2020. It is now July and nothing. Send several emails and got same generic response about it taking 12 to 24 business days. Asked for refund and got no response. Do not order from them.

Don't buy from them. I ordered 4 pack disney masks but they sent fairy elsa instead of mickey. I didnt want 4 pack of marvel or fairy or princess. And I had paid for faster shipping and delayed with no tracking. They wouldn't do anything and said should of just ordered mickey if wanted that.

Ordered a PHONE CASE a month ago, even paid express shipping (ordered it May 29th) and it still hasn’t came. I continuously email them everyday, they don’t seem to have a number or else I would call them everyday too. They respond to my emails with “it takes up to 24 days with extra delay due to covid” do not order or you will never recieve your package! I will try writing another review next month

I did NOT get my order. It says delivered but was never delivered. We have private mailboxes that use a key so theres no way it was stolen.
Update..now it says shipped for the last 2 weeks with NO tracking # or updates. Buyer Beware! If I actually get this package..(its been one month since I ordered) I will update
