Got vans for 30% off and they arrived in 2 days. Not sure why this site has such awful reviews. Maybe it used to be sketchy, but it's totally legit now.

I ordered a pair of original muck boots for my toddlers I choose to go with shoes.com bc the price of the boots where around $55 with free shipping and Amazon had them for $80. So I placed my order on a friday didn't pay extra to get them faster and they arrived on Tuesday. This is my first time ordering from them everything went smoothly. Shoes where exactly what the picture was and awesome. I would definitely order again. I felt it was necessary to write this review bc of all the negative ones. I had an awesome experience with this company.

I've had great experiences purchasing with Shoes.com. I'm actually shopping on there right now. Shipping is free to you, with no minimum purchase. The return policy is reasonable, exchanges are free and returns are too minus a $7 restocking fee-or shipping, you can look at it that way. You also have 60 days to do it. I've done one successful exchange. I bought a pair I didn't love but kept since they were so cheap. I can resell if I never wear them.

The search and filter systems could be better, considering how many THOUSANDS of shoes are available. But that's a good thing right? The listing for Old Skool Vans is pretty clear with sizing, by including a size guide and giving the women's and men's conversion for each size. I know this because I've managed to get my correct size. They offer a rewards system and you can rack up $5 rewards with every 2-3 purchases. Add in sales and occasional coupons, and Shoes.com has a lot to offer.

I've chatted with customer service in a pleasant way and am always finding brands I like. There's a wide variety and they're quality too, which is important to me. I'm looking at the Vionic Shawna as my next purchase.

So I OrderedFrom them some black leather vans randomly. when I was about to buy it from google, this site popped up and offered them with a $20 discount, I decided to give them a try. The shoes arrived in less than 4 days, and they are legit , exactly what I wanted. So I am glad I made the purchase with shoes.com .

My husband ordered my running shoes off this site, after finding an amazing deal. After he placed the order, and the money was immediately debited from our account, he still hadn't received a confirmation email, so began to research the site. Right away we started freaking out after reading all the horrible reviews. We made a call the bank and try to cancel the transaction, as it was after hours for the company and we couldn't get through. Our bank wasn't able to cancel, but told us that if we were unable to cancel the order with the company, or any other problems with the transaction, they would be able to open a dispute for us and get our money back.

The next day my husband was able to get a hold of the company and they sent a confirmation email right away. Still, we had all the reviews we read in the back of our minds, and still weren't too sure how this would turn out for us, but did take a gamble as we did read SOME good reviews. The shoes shipped within a day or 2 of placing the order. I've read other reviews that said the shoes they received were Chinese knock-offs', so I made sure to look up detailed photos of the shoe we ordered to compare when my order arrived, and my order actually shipped from Louisville, KY, so that also calmed our nerves.

The shoes arrived in the original Saucony box, and looked brand new. They are NOT knock offs. Aside from the anxiety from the bad reviews we read about the site/company, we had a VERY GOOD experience. We felt it was necessary to write this review, due to so many bad reviews that we did want to let other potential buyers know that the site is not all bad.

I ordered crocbands. Went to the local outlet looking for shoes and did not find any deals. I found some on shoes.com with my size and placed an order. Shoes came in within the week. Quite simple, I suggest you figure out your size so you don't have to deal with return issues. Find the shoe locally try them out, then if the are cheaper on shoes.com order them.

Bought some Skechers for work to replace the Skechers i already had and loved.They changed our code so now we have to have black shoes.Had to send a pair back & no problem on refund.Have been buying Skechers for quite a few years now with good mileage on every pair.Found Shoes.com to be helpful & courteous.Thanks folks.

I didn't read the Trustpilot reviews about Shoes.com until AFTER I'd placed my first order. I was a bit concerned, but since I'd had good experiences with other sellers who'd gotten negative Trustpilot reviews, I hoped for the best. And that's exactly what I got.

I just received my first order from Shoes.com, which came well-packaged and exactly as I ordered. Fast delivery, i.e. 6 days from order to on my feet.

My interaction with Shoes.com was good. I cancelled my original order by phone, which was accomplished quickly, and I received an order cancellation email a few minutes later. I then immediately placed another order. Also had questions, which were answered by a Shoes.com rep by return email within two hours.

If all you're ordering is a pair of shoes and no issues arise, then most of these online stores provide competent service. Issue resolution is, of course, a completely different matter.

Since I got what I ordered in perfect order/condition and in what I consider fast delivery (many online sellers such as Amazon take weeks to deliver), I would not hesitate to recommend Shoes.com to potential buyers.

I order my earth sandals on Sun 06/09/2019 and they arrive today Tues. 06/11/2019!! I wearing them to work they feel soooooo damn comfy. Also I have wide feet. Happy customer!!!

I read the reviews after I ordered. I was frightened. But I have to tell you, I ordered 2 pairs of fitflops. I got a confirmation email, I got shipment notifications, and a welcome to their site. The shoes arrived on their time and were exactly as i ordered

I was worried when I read the reviews after making my first order, but I just made my 3rd order from shoes.com and I can honestly say I have not had any bad experiences. I read the reviews to see if something runs large or small, I measure properly before ordering and everything ships promptly and fits. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit my daughter who has clubfoot, I have bought shoes for her as well. Overall, great experiences.

They did not fit my neice...called & was courtiously assisted by Havier...emailed a return label for (free) pre-paid return shipping. Havier informed me to print directly from a computer (no other device) for the most effecient results...no glitches.

People you need to read the fine print. 6.95 re-stock fee; most companies charge something, unworn shoes in original box, how hard is it to walk around your house.. I placed an order and received exactly what i wanted; in a reasonable amount of time. Very Happy SMH.....

I was never so happy with a product EVER!! I stand for a living working at my own salon. Hair Replacement 20 years! I thought I might have to give it up but now I have New Feet! I never write a review good or bad, but I felt the need to because I was so worried after I ordered my shoes and read all the bad reviews! I placed my order for my new Hoka running shoes on Sat evening had them by Wed morning they are perfect and they emailed my tracking right away. I feel like not enough people give a review when things go perfectly only when something goes wrong. I recommend Shoes.com highly and will use them again in the future. i was hesitant to order from them afer all the bad reviews but absolutley everywhere else was sold out of the specific dr martens i wanted (which was also a bit suspicious but hey i was on a mission). Because some people comlpained about getting their shoes late and also because they offered a 20% off coupon at checkout, I paid for 2 day air shipping even though didn't need them that fast. I got a confirmation email immediatley and my tracking number the next day. They were genuine docs, 2 days later as promised, right color, right size, in the original box and everything. not sure if when you choose faster shipping they are more likely to stick to the promised delivery time than if you do free ground shipping, but it's possible and something to take in to account.

I accidentally shipped my boots to my parents' house and, after realizing this, I emailed customer care asking if I could reroute them to my apartment. They called me the next day saying that they emailed and got confirmation from US that my packaget was rerouted. They also said that if I didn't receive my package by that Friday that I should alert them immediately and they would investigate it. They were very professional and quick to answere and correct my mistake- very pleased with my boots as well!!

I couldn't believe shoe.com came to me as a pop up on my phone. I had been looking for a trusted online site. I had a bad experience with online shopping in the past. I didn't trust online shopping ,but shoe.com put my trust back in online shopping. My Oder came quick and its exactly what I ordered right down to my size.
