Terrible Customer Service. I ordered shoes in October and received them in March of the following year. Had to return them since they came so late and didn't get a full refund. I called Customer Services and they could careless. Very rude. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this site.

I’d be happy if it only took five days to receive an order. I’ve ordered several times from them because their prices and free shipping cannot be but but don’t believe anything they tell you about ship dates. Even when it’s a date weeks off you can plan on getting the shoes a month or more later.

This online shoe store has a nice selection and good prices however they never answered their phone on responded to emails. I ordered a pair of shoes on 7/2 and they arrived today 7/16. 14 days from shipping to delivery. The shipper was FedEx. I have never had a package take two weeks to arrive. I will never order from this company again. Wish I had read the reviews on this site before I ordered. Horrible. There are so many good customer-centric online stores we certainly don't need to put up with this .

I read the reviews and took a chance, that since I knew the exact size and model number of the shoes I wanted, I would get what I ordered at a great price plus free shipping. My New Balance sneakers arrived today, as I was told they would (by tracking) and they are exactly what I ordered. So happy to give a five star review.

The website states delivery in 5 - 7 days which they do not back. I spoke with a CSR and 2 supervisors. Both the supervisors were rude and condescending and neither need to work in customer service.
I sent this email to their company, so let's see if they respond. The best thing we can do as customers is to tell every not to use Shoemall. I love Brooks running shoes and know the shoes are great, but I will never get them from Shoemall again.
I am reporting your supervisor, Samantha, who just hung up on me when I was telling her that my order,#74850451 placed on June 27th would not arrive until July 10th was passed the 5 -7 days stated on the website. I suggested she pass along a correction to the website as she was telling me that I needed to understand that I couldn't count Friday, July 28th as the 1st business day. Your website clearly states if order after 11am CT the shipping starts the next business day. This was the second supervisor I spoke with, Keelie was the first who counted the days off and then when she said it was over - oh well it doesn't matter.
What happened to corporate responsibility and accountability. The supervisors need to be fired for leading such a poor example for their staff or at the very least retrained. They have horrible customer service skills. Samantha came on the phone talking over me every time I stated a fact as if I was interrupting her day. I finally had to ask her to stop so I could finish my point.
If you continue to hang up on your customers, how many customers will remain loyal?
This will be my first and only purchase from Shoemall over what. Lack of customer's service skills, neither of the supervisors offered empathy or apologized for it being late, is a simple fix. Hope you tape your calls and use this as a teachable moment.

Rude Customer service! They sent the wrong size. I called customer service. I was very nice about it but the woman was very rude! Answered the phone by just saying hello. Ended up talking to s supervisor who was also short and rude. Just hung up when we were done instead of asking if I needed anything else or at least saying have a good day. I’ve never been treated this way. Especially when I was nice the entire time.

WARNING!!!! FRAUD!!!! Return Label sent with shoes has no postage paid to the label.
They're easy return process as follows ..
1. Fill out return/exchange form.
2. Attach return label to your return/ exchange package (Please note that a $6.95 fee is charged for the use of the return label)
3. Leave return for US postal Carrier.
There is no postage on this label... I had to pay $20.04 to return their package.. Called to speak with a supervisor and she told me that shoes were sent from The manufacturer themselves so there was no return available to me... I see this as a problem because I wasn't dealing with anybody but shoe mall.com
Shoe mall.com does not back their product for RETURNS!!
WARNING!! ...Make sure you want what you ordered because it will... COST YOU!!

Received the wrong shoes (wrong brand, color, etc.) and ShoeMall would not refund my money until I got emotional on phone with supervisor. Shipping took twice as long as guaranteed. I’m supposedly receiving a return label in the mail and I will have to drive across town to drop it for delivery. These were boots for a trip abroad and due to late delivery and wrong item I now have no option of finding boots in the summer locally for my trip.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I am handicapped and always liked using shoe mall because I can't go store to store. I've used them several times in the past and been very happy. But this time 2 pair of shoes were supposed to be delivered in 3 days. 5 days go by and I check my e mailand nothing. So called. Well it was cancled because of pay pal issue. Never let me know. So I called Shoe mall and explained to a supervisor who made arrangements for the delivery in 2 days.(I needed these for a wedding that weekend.)
So the delivery came and only 1 pair arrived. So I call again and they ran out of 1 of the shoes. Well she checked before sending them out and said they were both in stock.
So no shoes for wedding!! No time to go any where else. Customer service is horrible. I will think twice before I ever use them again.
They used to be great company so dissappointed they are going down hill.

I don't know who is hating on these guys. I had nothing but a great experience. I went to a shoe store first and tried on what I wanted. Then I bought the shoes here for half the price. I love these guys.

I ordered a pair of K-Swiss tennis shoes from Shoe Mall I never received the package they told me three different times that they were sending me a letter to sign stating I did not receive the package then they told me it was a error in my address I asked to speak to a supervisor who was so disrespectful and rude to me and hung the phone up in my face these people are refusing to refund me my money are send me the item that I originally purchased the supervisor on the phone when I went to talk we'll talk over me and when I asked her to stop talking over me she told me she wasn't going to argue with me in hung the phone up in my face this have been going on for over a month they never shipped a package or mail me the letter I want my money back

Ordered shoes twice from this company and they cancelled the order
both times. I was paying through Pay Pal. I think that they probably afraid that Pay Pal would hold them to honor their sale. Glad they cancelled the order. They did not inform me of the cancellation. I had to find out through Pay Pal.

All is well until you make a return. If you use their label, it will take about 2 1/2 weeks to get there, then another 2 weeks to receive a credit. Wish I had known this up front!

Found booties for less than half of Nordstrom sale price. Nordstrom didn’t have my size so I googled them and came across ShoeMall.com. Exact booties! I was a bit hesitant after seeing some negative reviews. I couldn’t be happier! Ordered on a Saturday evening and had them by Wednesday. Came with a return label, that I will not be using. Nothing but a great experience and super cute booties!

I was super scared when I read all the bad reviews from Shoemall. But what I found is that they suck at returns. So I found a shoe that I couldn't find anywhere else and Shoemall had it!!!! I ordered it. Perfect condition and perfect size. I'm a happy customer. Just make sure you know your size and it looks like Shoemall will deliver and with a nice discount! #winning

Shoemall will never be used by my family again. Ordered a pair of shoes on April 8th to be delivered on the 15th. I understand things happen in shipping. I called Amazon which got a hold of Shoemall’s customer service and the woman I spoke with was basically passing the blame to FedEx instead of trying to help the situation. I needed the shoes for a trip today and did not offer any alternative. I would not even give them 1 star unfortunately had to press on something to start my review.

I placed an order Dec 15th 2019, they shipped the wrong shoe, called customer service and was told I had to send the shoes back before they can ship me the correct shoe, this was shoemall error and I should not have wait for them to receive the wrong boots to ship the correct boots. Now it's a week away from Valentine's day, they received the wrong shoes back from me, they never shipped me the correct shoe and never put the money back. Called customer service, she said they have the returned shoes but I have to call back monday to speak to a supervisor because they do not work on the weekend. What kind of business does not have a supervisor working during the weekend! Thanks for ruining my husband Christmas gift. Never shopping there again!

I had never heard of ShoeMall and these reviews made me nervous after ordering so I wanted to share my (great!) experience. So I needed boots FAST for an upcoming trip and I fell in love with the Chaco Sierra. Two problems: They were out of stock in size 8 everywhere I looked and they were $120 on every site I checked. I came across ShoeMall in a frantic search and not only did they have Size 8 in the color I wanted, I ended up only paying $85 thanks to their low list and a coupon I found.
They shipped fast and even with standard shipping they are here a week before I have to leave. They were delayed a day, but that's on FedEx. They're the size, color, and everything I wanted--plus they're brand new. ALSO there's a return shipping label included in the box, so I if did have to send them back, it doesn't seem hard.

After deciding to return a pair of boots my son got me for Christmas, I carefully packed it in a box, affixed the return label and filled out my choice for my even exchange, a cute pair of Naturalizer flats. I even called them to make certain there would be no additional charges to my sons card. So.. five weeks later here comes my box from shoe mall! FINALLY!! Guess what?!? They were the same damned pair I returned!! When I called to complain the twit on the phone told me I must have not covered the original label. Wrong! Complete different box sent to them AND RETURNED TO ME. She was so rude and then abruptly put me back on hold. After 20 min I called back and talked to someone different. Now I just want my son to be refunded but after reading these reviews I think he’d just be out the money. Guess I’ll stick with the original boots that I don’t particularly like! Don’t shop here!!!

Do not order from this company. I order a 7 Narrow boot and they sent a 7 B to me twice. They do not answer their telephone. They cut me off and I have had to wait an hour or so to talk to someone. I talked to a supervisor, but she said their service has suffered since they have expanded their shipping of shoes to other people. Totally unacceptable. I will never order from them again.
