I order some boxing shoes on cyber Monday, still haven't received it, and they lied and said they delivered it, but didn't. Don't buy from this website, girl on the phone sounded sleepy and didn't give 2 $#*!s about her job.

Perhaps the most frustrating company you will ever deal with! For what ever reason they hold onto a requested refund for an Extraordinary amount of time. WHY? It just ticks off their customers.
Defective shoes returned, and still charged a restocking fee. I would never choose to deal with this company again. Shame on their attitude and how they train their's customer service representatives.

I ordered a paid of Timberlands. I received a cheap looking and feeling version of the Timberland boots from this place. I returned the Tims before Thanksgiving and have been calling since for my refund. They said they received the item and would process my refund after multiple calls. I called today and was told my refund was just processed yesterday! [email protected]!!! You had your package back for a little over a week now! I want my money back and will NEVER shop at this place again!!!!! I would not advise anyone to buy this company's cheap looking and feeling shoes and forget about wanting a refund! They take your money out instantly but take weeks to refund your dam money!!!

I have enjoyed the service and promptness so far. The prices are very reasonable and return policy is reasonable , unlike some that say " restocking fee" It's posted in return policy, take time out to read vs writing bad review. I bought like 5-8 pairs so far and happy with most and returning a couple. The " Zoots" ( which I never heard of) are the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on my feet. Thanks Shoebacca

The shoes sold by ShoeBacca fell apart after two days of use. The seller refused to issue a refund. As many reviewers indicated, it is a very shady seller who knows nothing about customer service. Stay away!

I will NOT order again. The shoe sent is too narrow for me! In order to send it back I would need to pay the restocking fee! I should be able to get an even exchange. This is ridiculous!

I ordered shoes on Amazon that were erroneously charge sales tax. When I tried to submit our tax exemption for for reimbursement, the customer service rep explained to me that they do not participate in the sales tax exemption program. This is not an option for the company I work for so the only option would be to return the shoes and cancel the order completely which would cost me as much as the sales tax. If I would have been informed of this optional inflexibility up front, I would have been more attentive to the vendor I was buying from.

SCAM business. Bought 2 pairs of shoes, they were faulty pairs. Returned the shoes, with tracking no. shoeBacca, denied they got the shoes. Then I provide them with tracking, got email that they will not refund my money. Finally they refunded one pair and denied that it was 2 pairs, where the weight on postage shows I returned 2 pairs. I will have to report them to BBB. I do not want this company cheat other people. Terrible bussiness,

The shoes were as expected and delivered on time. Very good. There was a small glitch with the online system. Purchasing as guest then creating an account for some reason did not work smoothly. I could not track the order. A phone call helped with that, I was given the FedEx tracking number. So, all worked out fine.

This new order of shoes also came in. These shoes are exactly my size, in perfect condition, original and they came in exactly 3 days. This website remains undefeated.

I placed a order for two pair of shoes. it was said to take 4-7 business days to arrived. on the day my shoes were to arrive, usps sent me a notice online that my items would not be delivered and would be sent back to sender. once I spoke to usps they informed me that the address from the sender was incomplete and I would need to speak to Shoebacca to resolve. I logged in to my account on shoebacca to get the customer service number to inform them on what happened. I told them that the address they sent my shoes to had an incomplete address, I also looked at my address I had on my account which was correct and let the shoebacca rep know that it must have been a error in there system because my account profile has the correct address on it. I asked them being that my account profile has the correct address and it was shipped to the wrong address, once my items are returned could they accommodate me with a 2 day or overnight shipping for my inconvenience. The rep told me that they could only refund, I would have to do the entire order over. She basically blamed me for the wrong order address, I told the lady I was looking at my correct address on the shoebacca site. the rep kept going back in forth with me saying that I must have put my address incorrectly. That was ludicrous being that I was literally looking right my computer screen seeing the address I had on file. She said that there nothing they could do to help me even though it was there mistake. This was my first time shopping with shoebacca but will defiently be my last time, I cant wait to get my refund and take my business else where, I also would never refer anyone to this site. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

Their 110% price match guarantee is totally false. Had 3 different people contact me with 3 different excuses. The item was sold by its actual branded website. Tho sizes were limited & they were out of my size I found them here. They gave the run around & only email contact. So they lost this sneakerhead!!!

Tried to place an order online for sneakers, totaling about $45. When I added my ship to address I noticed that sales tax was being charged in error. Called customer service and was told to submit my order and call back for a refund. Told the representative I would not be placing the order but was offered no alternative, so did not order.
I live in New York City, NY and there is no sales tax on an item of clothing or footwear that costs less than $110. An item of clothing or footwear that costs $110 or more is subject to the full 8.875% tax rate.
Appears to me that this is quite a significant error in Shoebacca's online order processing system. Wonder what Shoebacca is doing with all the sales tax erroneously collected.
