This has been the worst service I had in my whole life! They've lost my boxes, then "found them" and told me they will send it back to my previous address instead of the one I paid for.

After several weeks trying to deal with them, they don't even answer the chat, emails or phone calls. I feel completely abandoned and frustrated.

I'll have to bring my lawyer on to this issue, which means more of my time and money. Definitely do not trust them! Be careful, they give a good price but if that means you'll loose all your things is quite expensive mistake.
