FAKE. No way to refund. No human to help you.You will not be able to return most items. The website claims to allow retruns, but when you try to return, the "select shipping method" will not work, making a return impossible. YOU WILL NOT have any option to speak with a human. The "headset" on the webpage does not connect you with someone at all. They falsely advertise that they offer customer service. They do not. Shein - account blockedShein froze my account for some security reason that they cant explain. They then stated that my email server was blocking their emails. I cannot reset my password either. They responded on the FB page every few hours until pre Easter , and now they have not replied to 4 messages in the last 2 week. They said they were sending thru to IT and would get back within 24 hours. I now have goods I cannot return and an account that I cannot use !!! Excellent return serviceI ordered £90 of items and unfortunately many were unsuitable, I kept 2 belts and 3 tops the rest I returned which came to just over £70. Shein is what you anticipated it would beOrdered 2 of the same dresses an S and an M as unsure of their sizing, both dresses turned up separately but earlier than expected, I did pay extra for quicker delivery, the S dress was a completely different design and was falling apart at the seams literally, the M dress was a lovely material but was poorly made, it was so high up on my chest, and when pulled down to where it needed to be it didn't even fit the breast area right, it was stiched in a way that won't hug anyone's chest area or even fit right, there was padding and ruching that didn't help the shape either, this was my first experience ordering from shein because I just don't trust the brand, this order confirmed it for me, returns were simple and quick but they minus shipping insurance and delivery costs so I didn't get 9 quid refunded from thr order, anything I purchase regardless of where from or for however much you expect a level of quality and my experience didn't show me any quality in the products, the pictures they advertise try to depict that, they are heavily edited, the reviews left by other customers are a nice touch and very helpful, especially when comparing measurements and looking at photos if there taken at a good angle Date of experience: April 14, 2023 Dated: Sun Apr 16 Source: Trustpilot Sarah 
Cute but cheap quality clothingI really think their clothes are cute but extremely poor quality. I was so mad. I bought a clothes from them last week and one of them is already wearing after wearing it once. I ordered a romper from them a few years back for a higher price and it is still in perfect condition. I have had a few orders and it's been…I have had a few orders and it's been fine, but the last ones have not been delivered by Evri and they said that they couldn't deliver and for SHEIN to send replacement parcels. As per normal you can't get through to Evri and I got in touch with SHEIN and I didn't get much help. I won't be ordering from SHEIN again because of Evri and I won't be paying for the orders that are missing. Please check the couriers that are being used by companies and if it's EVRI, stay clear. SPAM on Instagram after orderingI have ordered a few times with SHEIN, prices have now shot up. I didn't mind paying the bargain prices before vs the quality but now it has gotten popular, up go the prices. Also after I just placed my most recent order I am getting CONSTANT SPAM tags on my Instagram account!!!! How did anyone even get hold of that information? NOT HAPPY! I prefer shopping 2nd hand but…I prefer shopping 2nd hand but sometimes one does need something too specific and Shein has so much variety. It is Value for money & have gotten some serious 'fits from shein. The environmental and human labor issues do trouble me but, even the more expensive US brands cause the same harm so... when in need...
