please guys help me and be aware from this site
first i tried this site to trade StatTrak™ Glock-18 and everything goes good and i got my money in website but after that i tried to trade ★ Huntsman Knife i put it for sale for 2 days second day in 6pm i got offer someone to buy it and got message to accept the trade on steam guard but i got message say "you seems you are offline" i thought it's problem from my internet after that offer by 1 hour i got another offer but after i go to accept i saw the message again after that offer by 10min i saw that offer again i go fast to accept it and finally i accept it and go to website to check my balance found same balance as before and see State not complete again i say it's problem and everything is okay the trade cancelled or something like that and i go to check my steam inventory i didn't found my skin !
i contact support they say someone used my API steam key i swear i didn't give it to anyone but no support

There was a knife, I wanted to buy it, so sent them my crypto(ether) to buy the knife, when I toped up the balance on Shadowpay, they say that seller is offline and you don't know when he'll there.

Был нож, ппц как хотел его, у них был по норм цене, я решил закинуть крипотвалюту на нужную сумму,в итоге когда пополнил баланс, сайт выдает мне ошибку при покупке, мол продавец оффлайн,а узнать когда он будет, анриал, может вообще его не будет. Администрация не отвечает ВООБЩЕ!

extension got much better since my last review. sales work as smooth as possible, no hidden fees just 5%. never had any kind of problems. sold items worth 2.4k and got some money on cards also. money come on Revolut in few secconds after payment is approved by shadowpay.

To sum up my story, 1 month in the works. I won a crazy skin on hellcase, and after waiting over a week i sold the skin bc hellcase wouldnt send it to me. Then Hellcase tells me i have to extract my money through shadowpay. So i set shadowpay up, get the extension, and do the steam gaurd instructions and waited 2 weeks! Now shadowpay says i cant retreive my money because i sold the skin on hellcase instead of through them. dont use hellcase or shadowpay, you'll never get your money. I had 227 dollars sent of hellcase to shadowpay and now (after hellcase got an extra cut) apparently i just dont get my money at all.

High fees, the support won't answer when I ask for it.

Very high fees when withdrawal, the page just says the fees can go since 1.50$ to 1270, but... how much will the page retain for it? That's a lottery. Ask for it and you will not receive an answer.
I withdrawed around 10 times and all of it I have lost around 10% of my money (+5% of the shadowpay sell fee (total 15% or more)).
The idea of the method is good but I feel they are playing with our money for its benefit

Deposited and withdrew a $8 CSGO skin, then deposited $50 USD worth of ETH, my balance only goes up to $36.98 and all the support says "Your balance is correct" I have all the screenshots, transcation hashtags and everything!

Great website. Instant withdrawals and the customer service was fine. I had a problem and they resolved in less than 1 day.

i sold my skin but no update on balance.Then i contacted support and then they banned my ip so i got scammed by this site

Great place to sell skins. No much people know this site so it takes while. It would be great if they could make app for android! i just found out money keep disappearing every day from my shadowpay account

Not like other scamming sites using "Api key" trading methode. This is the most Trusted site I've ever used till now
I would extremely recommend it to buy/sell skins and even deposit on other sites using your skins through ShadowPay

I had a problem when i sold my skin because i misslicked and cancelled my sale but i did the trade with the buyer, so i contacted ShadowPay support and they fixed my problem by adding the money in only 2 days. I thought i lost my money forever but no, so thank you so much!! I recommend this app and good support!
