Feel like being fooled
Reduced from £60 to £30, I thought it would be a 150ml size but nop, I received a 50ml smaller size, if u Google it, the original price for a 50ml is around £30, so why u marked the price higher, making people confused that it was a bigger size. Left of the pic is what I've got from other web for £40(150ml), right is what I have got from Sephora for £30. Would not buy from you again.

No to Same Day Unlimitied in my area

I made the mistake of trying the Same Day Unlimited free trial just before Christmas 2022. I did not cancel in time and was charged for the year and they do not let you get a refund. This is my bad and so were some of the reasons I found out the hard way that the Same Day Unlimited is not that helpful. I am in a metro area and near an even larger metro area, so I don't think I should see too many issues on availability, but I did.You need to make sure you clicked on the Same Day shipping option while adding each item to your cart. After an order arrived later than I expected, I realized this. So next time I tried to use this feature and I clicked the option, I found that almost all items I needed were not available for Same Day shipping. So it is cumbersome to use and not as useful as you would think. I think I'll keep my fee for using on the 6.95 fee the few times they area available to get that fast.

I reached out to them on IG social media and it was sorted immediately. So I am pleased and thank the team for helping.

Inexcusably terrible

One star because there is no option for zero stars. Among the worst websites I've ever used, certainly the worst one I've used in years. Couldn't complete the order on any device, with multiple payment methods. Two banners cover the cookie banner. Laughable.

Best price for Estée Lauder products and a very good free gift. So despite negative reviews thought I would take a chance using PayPal for protection incase it went wrong. No need to worry full order arrived using the free to you next day delivery at Asda! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Will definitely order again.

Order arrived quickly which was good. Disappointed by the packaging as it came open! The DPD driver just dumped it on the floor with no care. Not impressed with Sephora for not properly packaging the items I ordered. The daily emails are so annoying that it is not worth signing up to it. Only reason I ordered is because they were the cheapest place to get what I need and offered free delivery. Would possibly order again or consider a slightly more expensive competitor just to know my parcel is safe.

Slow dispatch, due to one of their partners

Order took a while to get dispatched, but the issue was with the partner seller, not Sephora. I contacted the customer service via webchat (very easy to find and get through to someone), and the agent immediately sorted the issue. Even the partner, Mashco, was quick at responding to my email. I am happy with my purchase.

Not as bad as it used to be

I used to spend ALL my money here, everything was extremely overpriced and never had sales. After realizing I was paying for overpriced makeup and paying for the CEO's mansion and life luxuries, I stopped shopping here. Now in 2021, majority of their products have significantly dropped in price and they have sales quite regularly. It brings me pure happiness to see people not struggle to afford makeup from sephora. It's about time customers stop having to pay a ridiculous markup for middle of the road quality.
