It's been 4 days and still no delivery, they told me to contact the florist however didn't mention just exactly who the florist is. I thought that was why I had to include my number and recipient number on the form, what a joke!

I ordered flowers on a Thursday for a Funeral on the following Saturday. Then I ordered a plant on Friday and called them to confirm both orders. They assured me they would be delivered "on time". Saturday morning, 20 minutes before the ceremony time. They said they needed more information from me in order to deliver the plant. To make a very long story short, I called them back at the time the ceremony was to start to be sure everything had been delivered and was accused of ordering it 20 minutes before the ceremony was to start. The person I spoke to was extremely rude, talked over me and did not listen at all. He had no idea what he was talking about at all. After being on the phone with him for 45 minutes he gave me a refund for the "plant" but turned out to be the flower amount. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I asked him for a refund confirmation number and he started yelling at me and questioning why I needed a number. THANKS for the 45 minutes of my life I will never get back.

I placed an order from Arizona for delivery to Michigan on Friday 9/20. Where do I begin......First off this order was to be a surprise for my fiancé I was having delivered to him at work, mistake #1, the local florist contacted him asking to deliver the order the next day (Really???). Surprise ruined..... for this I was offered a 50% refund for the inconvenience, next I received an email Friday night 9/20 saying the my ordered was confirmed delivered on 9/21 (huh, how do you send delivery confirmation on a future order). Fast forward to Saturday 9/21, I was told the order was out for delivery at 12 noon, @2:30 the flowers were still not received. Lastly, order finally delivered and it was nothing like what I ordered and the flowers were wilted and dying. I'm done.......Who does business like this! (see pics below, first pic(Tower Roses) is what I ordered, second pic is what was sent.

The website is misleading - told me they could deliver flowers on Sunday. After placing the order, then received an email saying they couldn't deliver them until Monday. Finally got the flowers and the arrangement is about 1/2 the size that I had ordered. Calling in didn't help at all either. DO NOT USE this company for ANYTHING!

Took me an entire day place an order,first time was successful and I got an email an hour later saying there was a hold on the order. I had to call back in and was told I wasnt authorized to place the order ( i Told them originally that I was doing this for my boss as hes assistant) had to track my very busy boss to tell them the same thing on the phone. I was guaranteed delivery same day. An hours later I got another email saying that they were no longer able to deliver same day ( this was all before 12pm) and once more I had to call in and do the whole things, the rep on the phone said " Im so sorry for this, I wish there was something you can do" I had to ask for her supervisor at least 5 times with her saying " shes just going to tell you the same thing" before anything could happen, long story short I was able to get a full refund and never got to talk to the supervisor. Of course another hour later, got an email saying that the order was one again on hold because they didnt know what balloons to get... All in all, will NEVER use this service agian.

I ordered balloons for my 7 year old's birthday because I couldn't be with her on her birthday. Order was placed in the AM and all day, I was wondering how she liked her balloons. I get an email message at 6pm telling me that they could not be delivered and they would try Monday. Now my daughter thinks that I sent her nothing for her birthday. I was also under the impression that this was a local company because that was what came up when I searched the Gainesville area. This company needs to be put out of business. If they couldn't deliver, then my order should not have been taken and at the least, I should have received a call back immediately so that I could have ordered elsewhere.

I called my mom at 4 pm pacific time and her flowers had still not been delivered on her birthday. I called this company and was on hold for 15 minutes. I finally got someone on the phone and it was apparent that this company outsources their calls to a foreign country because whenever I asked a question that was off script, they did not know how to respond. I have always used 1-800-flowers but decided to try a new company. NEVER AGAIN!!!! They told me that the delivery time was 9 am - 6 pm. Great, so my mom spends the whole day thinking that I did not even do anything for her birthday. 1-800-flowers always delivered before noon. I placed this order two weeks ago to be delivered TODAY not TONIGHT. Never again. I hope this place goes out of business.

I will admit I ordered from Send Flowers because the price was $20 cheaper than another site. Once seeing the reviews I was scared she was never going to get her flowers. I was so satisfied that they were delivered same day as promised and also with the presentation of the flowers when I saw them on her Facebook page as I pick the 19.99 arrangement that was the Florist Pick. I will use them again as the arrangement was absolutely Beautiful. When I called customer service so was so helpful.

Ordered flowers for my wife five days ahead of time to be delivered at her work. Never heard from her the day that she was supposed to get them so I finally contacted her to see if she got anything special today. She said no. I called customer service and they put me on hold for 12+ minutes to find out what happened. It turns out they forgot to deliver them. Worst experience ordering flowers online I ever had.

Found the website offering same day delivery.... BAMB just what I needed. Placed the order around 10:45ish and at 4pm still had not heard from my sister. So I called the 1-800 number and got with a customer service rep. placed on hold for approx. 3 mins came back said that she was attempting to get with the florist it would be a few more mins could I please wait. Sure I said..... 37 mins later she still had not returned to the line... fuming by now got on the live chat and attempted to get an answer. This person was just as non cholent about my issue as the one that left me on hold. Asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep offered me an email $15.00 certificate for future purchase No thanks just want to speak to a manager, finally got that through to them. Was to get an immediate return call---35ish mins later a supervisor calls me back and my arrangement was still not delivered. Offered a 20% discount and the $15.00 certificate again..DO you really think I would utilize your service again? Told the supervisor I would give till noon today for the arrangement to be delivered and if not I would be contacting them back for a full refund. Mentioned the issues and stated that as a provider of a service to the consumers that they should be concerned with negative review/comments and that their CSR team needed serious training. Sad that a service is provided and the consumer is treated like they are of no value. Their staff needs serious training in.... manners, respect, time management and most of all customer satisfaction. if not then they are surely going to head into bankruptcy.... DON"T use this company unless you just have no other option.

I order a Rose Rosary for my Mother-In-Law that passed away. I place the order on 9/21/19 to be delivered to the Funeral Home on 9/23/2019 at 11:00am. The rose rosary was going to be placed to draped down in the coffin. At 11:30am I called because it had not arrived yet. I was told they will call me back no one did. I called the funeral at 12:30 the flowers did not arrive. I then call send flowers and the person who answered told me it was not going to be delivered because the florist hold the order and did not do the job. That I was going to get back 30% refund of the order. Not only was the job not done, never communicated to the customer and for sure no one cared about our pain. I finally was allowed to speak to a lady who heard my story told me I see the flowers were not done you will get a full refund. I can't not express the pain and how upset I and my husband are. This company should not be in business. There is no respect for the customer even at a time of so much pain for the family.

My son grandma sent balloons 10/17/19 for his bday. They were very flat and the ribbon from the balloons were completely tangled. Some balloons were even half way down and not floating high w the rest. Also ALL OF THE BALLOONS the next morning were on the ground.
I've gotten a bouquet from dollar tree that lasted 2 weeks until they hit the ground.

I needed to change the address of where my flowers were going. I was on hold over an hour. A person answered but then the phone gets disconnected the srvond they answer. On hold another 45 minutes and the person was so rude to me. I will never order from they again.

Sent get-well flowers to a friend and used this site for the first time. The flowers were not close to what was pictured - lots of greenery, few blooms. There is no way to pull up a previous order unless you create an account (I checked out as a guest). When I tried to find a photo of what I'd ordered to compare, that arrangement was nowhere to be found (and I scoured the site). It's difficult to file a customer complaint when you can't compare what was promised vs what was delivered, which is probably the point. I wouldn't recommend using them especially for an important occasion. :/

I tried to send balloons to my friend for her birthday. As an after thought I added a small bag of chocolates to the order. This is the only thing that got delivered. No balloons. I was so disappointed, since it was supposed to be the main present! The company refunded part of my order and apologized but I will never use them again. What a let down.

1st issues, once they sent a message stating the flowers were delivered, the recipient didnt no received them.. going back and forth through email, 2nd issue I've asked for then to be sent on 9/28 because I know for sure the person would be there. They send me a email on 9/27 saying your flowers were delivered on 9/28 wdf. I called and they told me they sent it on 9/27. I know for a fact the person wasn't there to receive the flowers. So they said can you ask if they received it. I told they are not there, I know they didnt receive them.

It took 5 phone calls to receive a delivery. The chosen arrangement was supposed the Zen Garden. My mother has cancer and severe allergies, so this was chosen because there were actually no flowers. I spent $70 for it to arrive by Mother's Day It was two weeks late and when it arrived it was in a white wicker basket with the $1.00 price tag on the bottom. It was filled with cheap flowers from Lowes. The whole arrangement had to be thrown out. I called to complain. I was told I would get a partial refund and replacement. They did not honor any of that. Be warned to you will spend 45 minutes at least waiting on hold to speak with someone

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday online and all that went fine then I get an email about 30 minutes later stating that they do not have the flowers I hold her in stock. I emailed them back asking them what they were going to replace it with they could not answer after four or five emails I'm still getting nowhere I simply wanted to know what they were replacing them with to see if it was equal value. So instead of me getting to pick what I will sending my wife some floors randomly put together something and they sent it out. All of the customer service is auto response you will not get anyone on the phone don't waste your time with this company I ordered the purple tulips

This company doesn't deliver flowers. They find florists if they are available and can take your delivery to take the order. It was a Thursday night when my friend's mom passed away from cancer. Friday morning I ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral home for the wake. Friday afternoon I get an email to say yeah they don't have time to deliver my order that I need to call. I called and it's a nightmare. I give up and try again later. I get someone and they are like we need the name of the deceased to deliver the order...mind you that's not a question on their online form. I am promised it will be delivered before the NOON funeral on Saturday. Saturday afternoon I get an apology email to say the vendor couldn't comply and that I would be getting a refund. This company sucks and don't waste your time. Do yourself the favor and go with someone else.

I ordered balloons for a birthday girl turning 7. I received a call from this company wanting to talk to the cardholder which is my husband. I explained we work in different cities and he is in construction so he wouldn't be able to call but he is my spouse and we share finances. They ignored this and stated they would not process until he called but are open 24hours a day. What sense does it make to send balloons to someone the day after their birthday!!! I told them to just cancel and I would go elsewhere because FTD NEVER gave me this issue with flowers, so they tell me that they cant cancel until he calls?? What a joke! The CS representative switched me to another rep without telling me and then they refused to put my call through to a supervisor but instead raised her voice to me!! They clearly have a poorly run business if you see all the negative reviews!!!!!! DON'T USE THEM!

Ordered same day delivery for 09.27, didnt happen, they said it would be delivered on 09.30, still didnt happen and when I emailed today, they still dont know. How can you offer same day delivery if you have no clue what is going on? Ive also gotten the SAME email reply each time I have emailed to find out the status. This is by far the WORST experience Ive ever had with online flower ordering. I will be disputing this with my bank.

I am so lucky that I never placed an order with this business. I was close to placing one but I exited the tab as soon as the phone call with them ended. Thank god for my instincts. I was getting a weird feeling whilst looking around the website, contemplating on whether or not I should go through with my order. However, I had a minor issue which led to me contacting sendflower.com via live chat and eventually calling. I only wanted to ask one question but I was put on call with a lady who was placing the order for me. At first, I didn't think anything of it UNTIL she asked for my credit card details over the PHONE! That was the largest red flag to me and I ended the call saying I would fill out the order myself. After looking around the website once more, I realised how dodgy it looked with only FOUR set reviews on their front page and all of them being 5/5 and no specific reviews on any of the flowers, which can be found any reliable business website. I then went to their Instagram page and boy did that look dodgy as well... I am just glad that I was quite cautious and followed my instincts. Reading the other reviews on this site makes me feel sick! How dare you scam your consumers and never deliver their PAID orders, making petty excuses here and there. I hope that you are ashamed of yourselves and go out of business ASAP!

I sent flowers to my wife on her birthday at her work .For the $65 fee, I was expecting a more impressive (and larger) display. I chose to send a bouquet based on the picture displayed of the product on their website. The image really gave the impression of a larger display. Well, the final product delivered looked nothing like the picture in regards to the size of it. The whole bouquet looked quite minimized from the size of the stems to the number of bulbs contained within. This experience has completely turned me off from ordering off the Internet. Will only be purchasing flowers I see with my own eyes first from now on.
