What made me look was their price - Some of the lowest on the net for the boots I wanted. The first bummer was as soon as I added shipping, they were right at the same price as all their competitors. Not a deal breaker but not the savings I expected. The final straw was while shopping, I placed the boots I wanted in the "shopping cart" and continued to shop. I came back, finalized the order and sent it. When looking for my confirmation email, I saw that while my cart was in limbo before I placed the order, they sent me a discount code. Of course, it was too late to use it since i hit send already. The next day I called to see if they would add it to my order. After being transferred around and put on hold to discuss it with a supervisor, my request was denied. They said I could use it on another order - if I save it a year or so until I need another pair of boots - Right....... Why did they not just put that discount in my shopping cart? I would be happy and they would have gotten a good review. It was not a large discount, only 5%, but I feel it is going to cost them more than that when I (and possibly other readers) buy my next pair of boots elsewhere. Customer Service IS important. EDIT!!!! Less than 2 hours after posting this, Security Pro USA emailed me that my boots were on back order and a refund was coming my way. Do you believe in coincidence?

I buy two different kinds of armor plate sizes on their site both say they are in stock. Two days later I get a very unprofessional looking email saying one of them was not in stock and if i want two of the same plates that is in stock. Of course I dont. I wait a full week then get back on their site to see that the other plate is in stock, I email them and they say its still not in stock. Really need to update their site is what Im saying. Also should say that their Hesco plates are rebranded.

Ordered a product from this website. A week goes by with no shipping confirmation. I call them to get order status. They say theyll call back. Instead got a shipping confirmation dated four days prior and its UPS ground and not the USPS Priority Express that I paid for. I paid for a service and they shorted me.
I dont know how or why this happened, but as far as im concerned, costumer service is not a priority to them.
