The delivery guy just took our food and left doesn't bother coming to the door. When as for my refund they don't give it they say due to policy only credit doesnt make sense if we arent fault.

If I could give this 0 stars I would.. tonight was the first time we ordered from them. We ordered out food 1 hour before the restaurant was supposed to close which we assumed would be plenty of time compared to doordash and uber eats. 58 min went by and we got a text from the driver saying she was with grubhub and was just assigned the order and was 45 min away from the restaurant and they close in 1 min did we still want our food... we ended up calling the restaurant and they said they would stay open long enough for us to come pick it up ourselves and we canceled through the service.... horrible first and last impression of this service.

This is the second time; food ready 4:20 (called its my local hangout and I'm sick so had it delivered) 4:50 driver picked it up. I live across the street literally 5:27 no food. Seamless can't find driver or the food. Resolution nothing but a canceled order, and a sorry. No credit for next time no nothing. Just sorry don't know what happened. Now I have to wait forever for it to be remade as the US Open is on and I preordered to beat the rush.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I have a baby at home so a nice anniversary dinner translated into ordering in. If only. Seamless told us the order would be late and then they told us it had been delivered. But we hadn't received any food! After spending an hour chatting with a bot and then 2 different people, we were told that they canceled our order and would give us a refund. That doesn't help 2 very hungry people very much, especially when it will take another hour for anything to arrive. Oh well. Time to heat up frozen veggie burgers and feed the baby. Too bad I spent that one precious hour with Seamless and not with my husband. Happy anniversary! :(

Tonight was the third time that I'd ordered food from Seamless and had them fail to deliver it. I called the restaurant and my food was waiting there, getting cold, and Seamless' didn't even assign a driver to deliver it.
The service is worthless.

I just order through seamless.com. 2 chilies. The delivered only one. When I called them, instead of redelivering the chili “, the credited my cc for the $10. But I’m still hungry. Now I have to order again and wait 45 minutes. What a lousy service.

I’ve ordered like 5 times and 3 times they were over 3 hours late and food was cold. Tried to call/speak with customer service and they hung up on me when I said I was having problems. Big scam. Drivers also complain about the company.

Ordered a large pizza for a group of friends. Delivery from this pizzeria is normally slow but after two hours I rang them and they said that they were outside calling the number the app gave them (not mine) but after 20 minutes they left. Waited two hours was charge $33 and when I asked for a refund from customer service they offered me a discount on my next order but no refund.

If there were a zero rating, I would have selected it. The quality of the customer service has greatly declined and it’s now taking hours to get food delivered due to a lack of drivers. When my food arrives, it’s cold. Seamless has become horrible and I will switch to Favor.

I put one star cause I can’t put 0, was waiting 1 hour 20 min my food , called the restaurant, with not answered about where is my food, the driver called me said she’s outside wasting 5 min of my time waiting for her she never went out there, called her she said she’s lost and hang of me, call her again and she said she got pull over and hang on me again ,call the restaurant and transfer me to another person cause they can’t expl me where was my food,I called seamless to cancel my order and was another 10 minutes process to tell me my money will refund in 5 days, was the worst day of my life this restaurant is the bad and worst service ever. And customer service of seamless horrible, not credit for any waste time. I’m so disgusting , restorant name :

Seamless saved a non-existent address to my account,and sent driver to an address without a street number.
When I called the driver, he was instantly confrontational.
When I called customer service, the first representative hung up on me.
I spent a half hour on the phone to get a refund.
God awful customer service on every level. Bye-bye Seamless - we're done!

Terrible Won't let the order go through. Asking for all this personal info before I can even get to ordering. Decided to go straight to the restaurant to order which I think is your best bet. I know some people swear by it but I think Seamless just sucks

Never received the order from Seamless, though I got a confirmation email and text that the food was on its way. When I called the restaurant, they have no record of the order. Went onto Seamless site and used the Chat functionality. There was 5 minutes behind each response to my questions about the order. ALWAYS order directly from the restaurant. Would NEVER trust Seamless again. Terrible experience with the service and the Chat messaging.

This is the worst delivery site I had used. I experienced twice if we order food through this app just be prepared you need wait literally for two hours .
If we contact customer care of them then he will say I will give 50% discount on next order sorry and he won’t re send the food.

I stayed outside for one hour waiting for my delivery to make sure they can get access and the delivery guy never came. I call 1 min after the delivery Eta and they say the driver couldn't find me?
pff, they offer me a %10 discount on my next order, besides the food I paid a delivery fee and $5 tip, their customer service is a joke.
