Wrote them three times before and no reply! I returned parcel almost a month ago, they recieved it 14 days ago and I still haven't got my refund back!! Terrible service, do not order form them!

Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. The list of how awful they are is sooooo long I don’t know where to begin. Do yourself and favour and buy elsewhere. Life’s too short!!!

They have the WOOOORST customer service. After ordering shoes 5days prior my vacation, It didnt arrive. It clearly said that the shipping will take 2-3 days, i had 5 days so i thought it would be okay, it didnt arrive until 8 DAYS. So i left for my vacation without the shoes since im unable to pick it up from the post as im on vacation. I wanted to just return the shoes, i wont be needing it anyway because it was intended for my vacation. I told the post office that i wont accept the package so they can return it to the sender, I notified sarenza customer service about my return. ITS BEEN A MONTH. I HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I GET AUTOMATED EMAILS. ITS UPSETTING. I am constanly sending messages to them i even contacted paypal so they would atleast give me some attention, but NO. NOTHING. until now i dont know if they received the shoes and if they intend to give my money back. I CERTAINLY WONT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN. THEY WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE.

I recently returned my purchases amounting to ~1.200 Danish kroner. I used the return label provided by Sarenza, and obtained a receipt from Post Danmark to prove that I have indeed returned the items.
However, Sarenza claimed that it was unable to track my returned parcel, and therefore refused to issue a refund, even though I have taken a photo of my postage receipt and sent it to the Sarenza customer service.
It has been almost 1 month since I returned my purchases, and I still haven't received my refund. I am really not sure how much longer I have to wait.
Overall the experience is really unpleasant and I am not sure I would ever want to shop at Sarenza again. It is risky to buy shoes online and if I cannot be assured of a refund even after returning my purchases, why would I want to continue shopping there?
EDIT: I finally received a reply from Sarenza today. The staff lied to me and claimed that I returned my purchases to the wrong address. I responded to them by attaching a copy of the return label they provided, to prove that I have indeed returned my stuff to the correct address. I hate not getting my refund back, but above all I REALLY hate being fed bullsh*t. This is truly unprofessional behaviour and I strongly recommend buying your footwear elsewhere.

I was a bit worried when making the order, cause I saw many negative opinions. In order not to make a mistake, and not be forced to return or change, I actually over analyzed the purchase and bought the bigger size of shoes that I wear. It turned out to be too big, so I exchanged for smaller size. Both deliveries were on time and absolutely no problem. Fantastic service!

I have bought a pair of shoes from Sarenza.Almost two weeks have gone and my shoes have not arrived yet. I have contacted Customer Service and they dont know where my shoes are. They promise that they will contact me. But I get no information from Sarenza Customer Service ..

Placed an order on 28 January. After already complaining due to my order being cancelled and shoes going out of stock, customer "services" explained how the error was not their fault and how it was MY error... Inexcusable.
Now, 17 March, I still do not have the shoes. Apparently this was also my fault as I gave the address incorrectly... However I used the same address with almost 10 other on-line stores since and received every single item ordered...
Conclusion, despite other appearances, this company is not set up to handle their workload. Think twice before ordering and also be prepared to be told how any company error is actually your fault. Proof of this will most likely be an answer to this review with an explanation about how busy they are and how my address was actually wrong to begin with.

So far since I fell into the trap of actually trying and purchasing a pair of men's Sketchers I am completely spoilt.
First they are light in weight, then inside they are soft and flexible even their boots are so comfortable.
Also the styles reflect today's trends.

Thanks for my order and free shipping.
My only request would be for faster delivery, but since the delivery was free; I can't complain because I can't wait to weather proofed my Uggs before I truly can enjoy them and know that they have been Ugg weatherprotected.

I found very good deal - converse shoes where I saved around 300 DK.
Wonderful price !!!
Delivery was very fast and it was FREE!!! Love it !!!
First day at delivery I wasn't home , UPS as provider did wonderful job .
I got my shoes day later.
Shoes quality was 100% converse, nice safe packed.
I do not have any complains.
