Very bad experience. They do not honoured warranty. In addition we were refuse the term and conditions of our warranty and they also refused to provided any safety glass certification on the product. PS; they refused to talk in English.

I placed the order of a sink faucet on 27th Feb. On product page, it says"Levertijd: Voor 12 uur besteld, morgen geleverd".
First, they sent the wrong address to delivery company which caused me not having the product on time(my construction team was waiting for the faucet to test the water).
After I contact the delivery company myself(Sanitairkamer told me they couldn't contact the delivery company because they wouldn't get any answer), I corrected the address and the package arrived on March 2nd.
The product I received was not complete. Mounting parts are missing so I still can't test the water. I immediately contacted them. They told me they couldn't do anything during weekend but only sent the product on Monday(4th March). then I would receive it on 5th. I asked them for compensation because their mistakes caused extreme inconvenience to me.
Today(4th March) they told me I would only receive a new package on 6th Mar. And they won't compensate me even through their mistakes caused so much inconvenience to me. And I should read their Terms and agreements.
According to European consumer law, consumers have the right to claim "Price reduction or full refund if repair or replacement cannot be completed by your business within a reasonable time"
I request them to comply with European consumer law.
