Samsung Refrigerator/Customer Service Fail
I purchased a Samsung 4 Door Flex refrigerator new and had it professionally installed. A few months later I found water pooling under the crispers. Samsung sent a repairman who "fixed it" by replacing the water filter unit. Several months later same problem, water pooling. Samsung sent a repairman who did the exact same "fix". Now, after owning it for about 20 months, same problem for the third time, water pooling under the crispers.
Samsung told me it's no longer under warranty. When I pointed out it was the same problem they attempted to repair twice before, under warranty, they relented and made a repair ticket. A week later I got an email from Samsung canceling the appointment with no reason given.
My advice is to avoid Samsung and purchase another brand from a company that stands behind its products. $3200 for a pile of junk!

We bought a Samsung Refrigerator on 4/17 for just over $3k. It is now no longer repairable due to am intrusion somewhere in the system. Seems the life cycle of these refrigerators are 5 years at best. Samsung's executives and customer care reps really could care less about customer concerns and did nothing to help address the poor quality of their unit. Please be mindful that Samsungs refrigerators are not reliable which categorizes the company's culture as well for all their customers.

Current update to my Sumsung G 20 has…
Current update to my Sumsung G 20 has totally screwed up my charging of my phone.
Everytime I charge my phone, when the phone is at 30% or lower charge, it would take an hour and a half to totally charge the phone.
NOW, the charging claims 7 hours for a full charge after the last update by Samsung.
So far after 2 hours, the phone went from 36% to 49% after 2 hours and 20 minutes.

Samsung's USA delivery partner RXO first attempted to deliver a gas range 87 days after my order. I disputed my Chase credit card charge just in time, Chase issued a chargeback, I received a full refund from Chase, RXO agreed to return this no-longer-needed gas range to Samsung, and Samsung provided a full refund to Chase.

Recently bought a TV + Soundbar. TV has been great (mostly), but the remote lost sync and they had to send me a new one. Warranty rep on the phone was quick and efficient. I did not have to wait long for an agent 5-10 mins. Got the new remote within a week. Excellent support (albeit warranty supported), so-so hardware/software.

I'd love samsung if it had 1 app. I was trapped in fishing boat & my phone was right in front of my face. I'd love if youd allow folk to be able to speak to their phone & I coulda said " google, call police, but I lay there, upside down for 14 hours, when I was found I was retrieved in 2 mins. I suffered pneumonia as lungs filled with liquids. Doc said I had no more than half hour to live. Please allow this app. Obv a 4 digit password u say when asked to prove its u. But even if not, if ur calling EMT no security needed.

I'm not sure about Samsung phones or tv, but I bought a used Samsung laptop and I honestly love it. It is touchscreen, which I love. I gave 4-star because the charger is a bit wonky, but it works well even for its age. I'm also proud they are moving so many products out of China. Please get all production and all parts not coming from China, that would make me even happier. Apple, well, I hate Apple, they are rotten.
