After having problems with my SafeScan Time Attendant machine, I contacted their customer services department.

I wasted my money safescan does not do any of the things a 75$ counter from Fry’s electronics can do. And yes I paid $295 plus tax and shipping and handling which is not free so not worth it. Don’t wast your money there customer service is horrible. I was hung up on numerous times. They do not care about the happiness of the customers. I Still waiting on a call back but please Safe Scan do not call me I will not remove my post I did not want to speak to you you are very rude and obnoxious. Thank you very much for stealing my money you guys are awesome this is not a legit business and they do not offer good to customer service please save your money go to Fry’s electronics way cheaper and they honor their word. I want to end this off by saying I am not an upset customer I just feel that my money was taken, but now I am over this counter. Thank you again for stealing my money. Never give my business fakes.
