My experience with Tim Murphy and the rest of the sales force started July 3, 2013.I paid in full on that date for a 300cc Motorscooter Trike. I was told to ge them an echeck (that was all they would take) and as soon as it cleared, they would send me the Trike. That was going to take one week I was told. I paid and heard nothing, so I called and was told it would take two more weeks, but it was "in stock" unlike their competitors. Two weeks passed, so on a follow-up call, they said it was not "in stock" but back ordered, and it would take about three months. Tim Murphy refused to return my money when I asked them. Mr. Murphy called about two weeks ago to tell me that I would have the trike "in my hands the first of this week." It is now Friday afternoon and no bike. They are not answering my requests for a tracking number that is promised in their literature.
I am not sure whether I am the object of a swindle. Needless to say, my relationship with them is contentious.
