I've ordered a necklace and returned it the nextday, they sent an email they received it after a couple day, but 17 day later still haven't get the refund , email ruelala but they didn't even bother to check, I called the customer service and they said will get refund in 7 to 10 days, today is 17 days and I still haven't get it, do they know what they talking about ? email said they received but in my account still in transit!!! I want to know if they received it and where is my refund , the customer service was so rude on the phone, this will be my last to shop with them

I wish I read those reviews before shopping with them. The longest shipping process ever, even during COVID period. I shopped from China, it took 7 days and it was not express. I shopped from New York and it took 5 days UPS! I have placed my order on 6/5 and today, 6/24 still no show. The items where shipped from the US. The customer care person said to me, there is nothing he can do! Oh boy. Really not smart as a business practice. People will keep away from them just like keeping away from a plaigue. Don't shop there

This place sucks a big fat one! I ordered a 6 tier pot rack for my dad's big day on July 4th. Been waiting on it to deliver and called customers service just to find out they cancelled my order due to fraud! I was upset and asked her why? Because my billing info and shipping info didnt match. Its not supposed to if your shipping product to surprise someone for a birthday gift!!! I told her that's why there's a place for billing info and shipping info they both dont necessarily need to match as long as the info is right. Well she told me again it was fraud! So now my dad isn't getting his gift cuz of this stupid place that cant even get there $#*! right!! Dont recommend this site to anyone stay away!!!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!

Horrible service! I'm from Canada. I was so excited to see no duty fees on my order, when I was shopping. I ordered clothes for $1200. Delivery was nice and smooth. I wanted to return one item out five I ordered.
Guess what, I can't do it! All these items are Final sale! It was no sign on their website about Final sale! I found it out with the packing slip they sent me with my order!
How can it be more ridiculous then that! What you do to Canadian customers is unacceptable! There is no phone number to call from Canada, only email address, which I use for my multiple emails, and keep receiving the same answer with your stupid apologies!
Shame on you Rue la la! Look at your reviews! Do something about it!

I bought a pair of pandora earrings for my mother for Mother's Day and it lost a Piece of the rose metal. I contacted Ruelala to return and get a refund or credit and I was told that I would get &15 instead of $39.99.i asked why and they said because they ate not accepting returns. I am definitely not buying at Ruelala any more .

I've been ordering for weeks and each time my order gets cancelled. I speak with customer service and they assure someone will call back in 1-2 business days. I never got a call back. Just thousand of dollars tied into the account and items that I'll never get. BEWARE

I got suckered into buying for the 1st & last time. My credit card got hacked about 2 hours after my transaction at Rue La La. I sent an email to them notifying them that they had a security problem & all I got back was a bot answer.

I order on January 17, 2020 a pair of glasses instead they sent me rain pants. I had to return the pants and the glasses were not available anymore. I requested a refund and today is February 21, 2020 and i still have not received it. The operators read you the same script every time i call. This morning I woke up to an email notification from FedEx that I was getting a package from Rue LaLa, and I was perplexed because I did not order anything from them on Dec 31, 2019. Anyway, I immediately removed my credit card information from Rue LaLa. I notified my credit card company of a fraudulent purchase because I know that I did not purchase anything from Rue Lala. Nevertheless, I contact Rue LaLa about the item that was purchased. I just received an email from Rue LaLa saying I placed the order, and I know that I did not. They informed me that I viewed the item at some point and wanted the garment but was not in stock, and apparently, the g came in, and they never notified me but instead charged my credit card. I would never order a dress from Rue LaLa for $250.69.
Moreover, this item was $250.69, a brand that I don't buy. I don't usually order from Rue LaLa unless it's from Trendy by Wendy. Nonetheless, I did not authorize the purchase, and I am guessing they did not meet their forecast sale for FY 2019.
Anyway, if you have your credit card information in Rue Lala, remove it immediately. Moreover, it's apparent if you like something and it's not in stock when the item does come in Rue Lala will charge your credit card and ship the item to you regardless with no notification. I won't be shopping at this site again, not even Trendy at Wendy.

Not sure what happened to Rue La La. I was a member for over 10 years, and they had wonderful customer service, however, my latest extremely negative experience caused me to cancel my membership.
I had an issue with an order. I called 6 times. I emailed 4 times. Nobody could resolve it. I spent close to 2 hours of my time, mostly on hold, trying to get assistance. I spoke with a supervisor, and when we were disconnected, she didn't bother to call me back.
They gave me an incorrect number of the company the purchase was from, to speak directly. I finally got the correct number through an internet search and the company was lovely and helpful, unlike the incompetence I encountered at rue la la.
There are great deals online found easily these days, no need for Rue La La.
I have canceled my membership and will NEVER buy through them again.

Ordered a watch and Spanx Jean-ish 0 both in one order, same order number, but they were shipped separately.
When the items arrived, way later than supposed to arrive the watch had a different color and the Spanx were larger than usual.
When returning the items they withheld $ 9.99 for each item for shipping!
Now that is a great business model to make money!
We will NEVER EVER EVER use Rue La la again! Ever!

This site is horrible. I ordered some UMA lamps and received some cheap knock-offs from another company. Granted, UMA is not a high-end brand, but the knock-offs from a company named Cosmopolitan, were very cheap-looking and poorly made. The lamps were listed as a "FINAL SALE", which is very sleazy. I was able to get a refund and in addition they graciously gave me an online credit for a future purchase. I used the credit to purchase some Colonial towels and once again received a much cheaper, flimsy set from another company. I will never order from them again..

Ordered Louis Vuitton handbag at RueLaLa and I received a fake Louis Vuitton!. In description it says:Accompanied by a generic dust bag. It arrives without authentic dust bag. The bag was visibly fake not with genuine leather et.c. Looks like cheap copy selling in china town. I was able to return the item it took long time though to negotiate and receive return labels. This is not 1st time I receive fake designer item listed as authentic. I believe Rue La La doesn't check items for authenticity (compare to The Real Real) and mostly sells fake designer items. Don't buy any luxury designer's items from Rue La La - most of them or maybe even all are NOT Authentic!

I ordered a bathing suit which came and didn't fit. Called to find out how to return it. The woman on the phone said that she would review the return and get back to me in 5 to 7 days. She also said bathing suits are non returnable. All the tags are on it and I have never worn it. Just tried it on to see if it fit. I found out how to print a free postage label and sent it back today. If I don't see a credit on my charge after they receive it, I will call my credit card company and dispute. Will never order anything from them again. Terrible company!!!!

Saw a few items mentioned on the Wendy Williams Show and decided to check out the site. I should have gone with my better judgement and stayed away. Maybe I've been spoiled by Amazon but this company is absolutely horrible to deal with. I'm a first -time (and last-time) customer. I ordered over $300 in products, all of which will arrive a different times because they come from different vendors. Ok, no biggie. My order was placed before Thanksgiving and some items will not ship until the week of Christmas. Annoying, but still no biggie. So first item arrives and considering its a metal canister of loose leaft tea, you would think it would arrive well packaged in a decent box, no, it arrived in a ups flat box, thank goodness it didn't get dented (part of a gift). A few days later the next item arrives, only it didn't. Let me explain. I ordered some hair perfume (another gift), came home to a padded envelope that was on my porch but there was a hole in it where it was obviously ripped open. I know no one came on my porch because I have a motion cam. The package was thrown on porch. So somewhere between the vendor and FedEx, the fragrance was taken out. Notified delivery company as well as Rue, surprisingly Rue offered replacement. They then followed up advising the item is no longer in stock and advised i will be refunded. I looked on site and it shows item still in stock. Same day, I received an email advising that a dress I ordered is no longer available and the order has been cancelled and I will be refunded. So now I am getting annoyed and I decide to just cancel everything that has not been shipped. I go through online chat, agent is pleasant but states there is only one item that can be cancelled at this time (this was item due to ship week of Christmas), everything else is on the way. They also offered a $20 credit for the inconvenience that I don't even plan to use. I asked the agent about the hair perfume availability. She confirmed its out of stock but could not explain why the site shows it is still available.
All of this to say, save you time and don't shop on this site. It is a nightmare. You know how it is, see A clothing item you like online, take your measurements to order the correct size based on the designer. A lot of the items were holiday gifts and now I'm just hoping they show up. I like to online shop because I'm a pretty busy person and love the convenience. This site is definitely a NO for me.

I cannot stress enough my frustration with this company. I've ordered 21 Dior sunglasses & 3 luxury wristwatches from June to July and i've received everything but all in different colors (for sunglasses) & 3 completely different wristwatches. I've called the customer service & the response was "sometimes the photo on our website may be a little different from the actual item". And i was like, but the sunglasses that you've sent is obviously & completely different from what i've ordered & so are the wristwatches! I've sent an email to customer service again on Aug 8, sent them all screenshots of the photos of items that i've ordered (as posted on their website & as indicated in my order history on their website) plus a summary of all order numbers, the quantity i ordered for each order number, what i've ordered & what they've erroneously delivered. McKenna C responded on Aug 9 & said she's willing to help but she's having trouble verifying which orders i received the color. I responded by asking if she even opened the photos & summary of all wrong colors that i've originally sent since i've attached all supporting photos & summary & details that a customer service could possibly need to verify my purchases. As of right now, Aug 18, i haven't received any update on my complaints.
Next, I've ordered 21 more Dior sunglasses between Aug 1 to 4 (hoping that i would have a completely different experience this time). Before i ordered, it says on their website that delivery is extended from 13-15 days which is fine by me. 8 of the sunglasses i've received within 15 days, but the remaining 13 sunglasses have been further extended from 13-15 days to 1 MONTH!!!!! I wouldn't have ordered if it will take a month before i received the items. The worst part is 5 of the 8 sunglasses that i've received so far are AGAIN IN WRONG COLORS!!!!! I've ordered an all plain black lense Dior sunglasses & they've sent me 4 black lense with gold stripe and 1 black lense with silver stripe!!!! I just ordered 1 color & they've sent me 2 different colors other than what i've ordered!!!!! I will update my review if i receive more wrong colors after 1 month of waiting for the rest of my orders!
I don't understand how could RUELALA ALWAYS GET IT WRONG! I already asked them why would they post something on their website & delivered something completely different color or item to their buyers. And this is not just a one-off thing, it happened for my last 13 order numbers & for 30 items. And not because an item can be returned to you (& refunded less the shipping cost, for goodness sake!) does not mean that you can always keep delivering wrong items to your customers
If you can deal with receiving something completely different from what you've ordered then you can deal with Ruelala

Terrible experience! I finally were connected after 30 mins hold on line. This black woman was not speaking a word or greeting after she picked up the phone for about another 5 mins. She is completely in a phased out mode after I said my request then I had to repeat because she did not get it. She hanged up on me before I even finished! She should be fired! Will never return to shop again. Go bankrupt soon.

I ordered the hand bag of Nanette lepore. The picture was a good quality purse. When it arrived, it was horrible quality , Total Chinese made junk. do not get fooled in ordering on this site. It is not the same quality as designer real item in the stores.

If you want return something please be careful! They know how to do dirty tricks with your money!!! I did order 3 items together in one transaction , they charge me with tax( total tax was 21 or 22$ but it's ok) And when l called them( after 3 weeks l didn't get my money back) girl count for me money back without tax and she took 9.99 for refund each item!!! Sooo l paid for my order 425$ and she send email with refund 375 $!!! This is CRAZY!!! Please check your account after refund!!!!

I ordered several "Predire" products from them. They were all fake made in China. The packaging was cheap and looked fake. I also ordered "Secret collagen" brand products. Age defying lifting facial cream from "Predire" and "Secret Collagen" was in the same exact container. The manufacturer had just printed a different brand name on each container. The "Secret collagen" products said that they were made in China. Both of the masks that I ordered were rancid and the other had leaked out of the packaging. Product named Predire Moroccan liquid gold retinol smelled so bad that I had to throw it out. All the sales were final so I did not attempt to return these products. Rue la la double charged me for my order. I called about it and they say that they only charge when they ship, however, they charged for the whole amount and then again for each item shipped. Unless they refund the double charge I have to take them to small claims court. Avoid this site and save your skin, money and sanity.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for $500. The website said I could return within 30 days, yet you can't generate a return label. No one will help. They just give you the run around. Beware! Don't order from them. Such a scam! Update! I finally got a return label after getting to talk to a supervisor and threatening to file a complaint with NBC news consumer complaints! Unbelievable! The calls and run around were ridiculous!
