I ordered 2 dresses from this website, only received one and 2 months later still have not been able to contact anyone to get my money back or to get the second dress. Also, the quality of the dress I received was poor. I would stay away from this business.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I took a chance given their website boasts w money-back guarantee; however, when my dress arrived, it was a different color than the picture online, very cheap material, had no tags, and came with no packing slip. The address on the bag said it was shipped from NY. When I contacted the allegedly great customer service, first I discovered the email address in my purchase confirmation email was incorrect and I had to look up another address online. Next, they asked me to send them a picture so they could verify the problem. In response to me sending it, the customer service person told me it looked nice and that I could should consider keeping it. Then he told me they won't take it back because shipping to their warehouse in China would cost them something like $35. He asked if I would accept $3 to keep it. I referenced the "money back guarantee, but he didn't respond. Instead, a different person contacted me to see if I would take $10 to keep it. I haven't heard from them since I refused that. This is a fraudulent business, and I would rather report them than take their money.

RosyFairy or RosyFairys.com or RosyFairyonline.com is slow. I failed to check the credibility of the site when purchasing a few dresses I liked for an upcoming wedding. After a week of waiting for a shipping notice, I decided to email RosyFairy and check on the status of my order. Turns out the customer service email provided ([email protected]) does not exist and the only other way to contact the store was through their FaceBook page (which has all their comments blocked). There is no address or telephone number listed on their site or FB page. I was able to send a message through FB messenger and I have found out this is the ONLY way to contact them with success. Will update this review when items are received.
UPDATE: Clothes came in the mail a full week after finally getting a hold of customer service. Keeping rating at 1 star. Dresses are NOT as pictured, look and feel cheap, and just don't fit right. I guess this is why the clothes are cheap in price.
