Worst company ever. I ordered something as a gift & they shipped it to the wrong place. They shipped it to the billing address, then blamed it on me. I had to pay $150 to ship it to the right address. I called them & asked for that back, they said no this is your fault, not ours. Talked to me terribly. Rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Terrible company.

Never again. Ordered the part on the website. Customer service called to confirm the order. Sent the wrong part and told me I was responsible for paying the return shipping to get my refund. Never sent the return authorization after they were proved wrong.

I will no longer buy fro Rocky Mt. ATV. I have spent 1000's of dollars with them. My last order I forgot to add a needed wrench to replace seals. My bad. Called CSC to add and it was too late to put with today's order. Asked if they would send it with out shipping since I've spent a ton of $$ today and past few months. They wouldn't send it with adding a shipping cost more than the item. Just didn't feel right or very customer service friendly. Done with them.

There goo until theirs an issue. Their system " flagged " my orde and they were acting like the system was a third party vendor not their issue.
Shipment was said to be shipped next day as I missed the deadline. Not a problem , but two days later I had to call. And find out it was just leaving because a mistake on their end. I explained the order was time sensitive as I was leaving on the machine in 4 days.
Was Nicky told their was nothing they could including expedite ship. They don't guarantee it will be shipped by the time promised..
RMATV has lost the customer service they used to have.
Revzilla has them beat now.
If you need parts on time, or within 3 days.... don't use RM , they have hired some bad management now..

I've shopped with a lot of online motorcycle parts dealers and I have found RM ATV to be quite a disappointment. When I had motorcycle parts stolen from my front door after being delivered they had no intention of replacing the items or refunding them. That same day I had a large package from ProCycle get stolen as well. ProCycle not only refunded the stolen items they were able to get some replacement parts the next day so I could do my ride. You would think a large company like RM ATV would invest in some insurance or customer service like their competitors to protect their customers.
I am going to go with ProCycle and Rev from here on out. I don't need to spend my time or money with Rocky Mountain ATV if this is their business model.

Horrible sevice! Used to use another site wich took a little longer to deliver. Little did i know these guys need so much info only to find out now they need a wire transfer! After already taking my money on a online payment! After 3 days of issues i decided to cancel and go back to the old site! Too many issues for these guys!

Great price on the helmets I wanted and they were in stock! Paid the extra to have them overnighted and placed the order. Got online the next morning to check the status and found it was "backordered" so I called in. Not backordered, they won't ship to an address different than the billing address! No where on the website does it state this! What if I wanted to order a gift for someone?! So I cancelled the order. Three days later I get charged for the helmets. I call back in, and they explain that they can't really cancel an order, so they had to charge me once I cancelled it and I'll receive my refund in a few days. Again, no one said anything about this procedure! Terrible communication and awful business practices. Catch up with the times! I'll never order from this company!!!!!

Placed a $500+ order and expected it Monday, only to find out they kept it from shipping “to protect me, because it was an expensive order“. The worst part was they didn’t notify me of the delay. Instead I had to be the one to call them. That put me behind a day to be delivered Tuesday. Well now it’s Thursday and still no package. 3 day delivery my @$$. Horrible customer service, as well as horrible shipping company (OnTRAC). RMATVMC used to be good... disappointed.

I have ordered a great deal from this website and have only had good experiences. I am confused by the bad reviews that I see in here because the worst thing about them for me was waiting on the phone for customer service, who always end up being very helpful and friendly. The return policy is also much better than revzillas and I have exchanged hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise with no trouble.

Tires in stock, check. Ordered and paid, check. Three day delivery, maybe. Sitting on my order for three days before shipping, no notice of delay, no offer of options, nothing, no way for me to know I should adjust my plans, F you! You set the expectations and you can't deliver to your own marketing. You deserve to lose as many customers as possible.

Order tires,wheels and lugs spending $900 roughly. I had 3 lug nuts that would not thread on by my own fingers. I e-mailed there customer service 3 times about this. Like I'm trying to screw them over. For $1 lug nuts. Seriously!!

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC - your company is now pathetic. You won't overnight to an address that's different from the billing address on the card used but you WILL ship regular shipping to a different address. You ship same day either way - how exactly do you plan on retrieving a package that's already en-route? Tell your CEO I'll be taking my dollars elsewhere and I'll make sure I let everyone else know not to order from you either. Support your local shops and you won't have to deal with this bs.

I was discriminated for having poor work skills, poor experience due to the fact that the dude interviewing me did not know what Asperger’s syndrome or autism was. He simply said I wouldn’t be hired because my skills sucked.So thanks. they’re really about their money. It’s all b.s. I didn’t even get the job.
Lack of experience — that’s all was said.
This is a great company, they say, but don’t expect to be hired if you have aspergers.

Outstanding service. Everything arrived as promised. Ordered two tire and wheel packages plus a spare on Monday and they arrived mounted on Thursday. Since this was my first purchase and the amount was over $2,000 I had to call and confirm my information but I prefer that they honor their customers enough to confirm large purchases before sending.
I had another $1500 in my cart but thought I would see how this first transaction went first. Now I can order the rest of my wish list.

Rocky Mountain ATV customer service - these people absolutely do not care about their customers.
So I was given a trail tech vapor for a birthday gift. When opening I noticed that one of the tabs on the box was opened but did not think much of it since everything looked new. I installed it the same day it arrived. The display was on with the internal clock which stays on all the time. Once I got it all together I rolled the bike outside and then noticed that the unit did not display anything. No time - nothing. I replaced the internal battery 3 times with new ones so at that point its defective.
I contacted returns department on 8/8 and was told to fillout a warranty form. and list describe the issue. Once I submitted they told me it would be up to 48 hours before I would get a reply. Saturday( No reply ) Contacted them on Monday was told Warranty Department is backed up sorry for the delay you should get one tomorrow (tues)
Tueday (no reply) So I contacted them again was told the same thing. Today I called and asked to speak with a manager. Rep comes back on the phone and says the SAME THING. Did not even bother to give me a manger or supervisor. 7 days with a dead device and they have not reached out ONCE!

I orderd numerous parts for my yfz 450, all parts did not fit at all. When I tried to extchange the incorrect parts for the correct parts they asked me to send pictures via email and when i did multipule times they gave me the run around on how they did not receive the emails or pictures. I spoke with ( Brock ext. 1726 twice, Tyler ext. 1571, Sawyer ext. 1682 and Drew ext. 1575 ) and I have yet to receive a shipping lable, let alone a refund *ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK*

Rocky Mountain ATV removes Negative Reviews from their website, so I'm having to resort to posting this elsewhere so the public knows how shady this company really is.
I paid good money to purchase a set of Tusk Wasatch wheels and they were delivered without valves stems installed (in the ad on RM ATV's webpage it says that they come installed). I contacted RM ATV Customer Service on 7/30 to get replacements, but they informed me that replacement wheels could not be sent unless I paid for new wheels and then shipped the old ones back. Seriously? The CS staffer "Luke" then suggested I bring the wheels to a tire shop and pay MORE money to have the valves stems installed and he would offer me a $15 gift card (that can only be used at RM ATV, of course) for my inconvenience. $15? Are you people serious? I cant even get replacement without dishing out another $400+, and instead of enjoying my purchase, I now have to cart my wheels around the city to find a tire shop that will work on beadlocks (no commercial tire shop works on beadlock wheels, folks!). And RM ATV doesn't even sell the tool to install the valve stems on their own wheels!
As someone that owns a business, everything about this transaction was wrong. They were late being delivered by OnTRAC. They arrived defective. Their Customer Service staffer literally made zero attempt to rectify the situation by doing the right thing and replacing these.
I want my money and time back. I should have purchased local from a legitimate wheel company, instead of these "exclusive" Tusk wheels that RM ATV wont stand behind. Don't let their online presence fool you - RM ATV's model is a sham. They don't respect their customer's time or our money. And I'd pay double through my dealership than give a penny to your outfit.
And the fact that they remove these types of reviews from their website only proves just how shady they are about their products. Buy elsewhere.

Horrible service. I ordered some parts, on the day I was to recieve them, they called and told me they couldnt ship me the parts because the billing address and shipping address we different. I verified that I was in fact the person who placed the order and yet they still refused to send me my purchase. Never again will I shop here

Worst experience I've EVER had with a company online! I spent my time going through looking for my needed items and placed my order. The next day I get a phone call telling me they don't want my money after all. I'm like what?! They said that after accepting my order and my credit card company approving the order that they cannot ship the product away from my billing address. I said I'm on vacation for the winter and no one is at my home address. So, I need the product sent across the country to where I am. They said no, sorry, it's just not our policy to ship orders to a different address than the billing address. So why do you have to fill out on the order form a shipping address and a billing address?? Would not ever recommend you waste your time with this company! Very bad policies and customer service representatives!

Been a loyal RM customer since the 90s- Recently bought a Fork compressor tool for my sons KX250f thinking that's what I needed tool arrived we opened the first box which was huge and you could at that time hear the tool moving around - opened the little box inside. This tool was in no way going to work . so we packed it up and paid to send it back. I pd 160.00 for it they gave me 105$ back - I Called and they are saying that I scratched it in two places. at that point I said BS and the rep said it is what it is and that's the amount you will get back.
I will never buy from them again I know that they will probably turn around and sell it as new.. going forward I will ALWAYS ck for scratches on everything now .. This tool coming from them was not packaged in a way that would have prevented damage in the mail and for them to charge me 55 bucks is total BS.
BTW they also sold my friend tires that were clearly passed the date - He learned to ck the dates on a video on their site

I purchased a piston a pro x piston it turns out the dirt bike was bored out and the piston didnt fit so i returned the piston like a month ago i call them and they tell me my refund will be in my account in 1 to 10 business days and it has now been 3 weeks with nothing ive called,emailed them several times with nothing to show for it .
