Reef European store has zero customer service. Bought two pairs of flip flops online and realised within an hour that the sizes shown online in UK were USA sizes! So I tried emailing customer services, but email came back undeliverable. Contact form online was ignored. Twitter was ignored. Telephone didn’t connect. Had to receive them and return at my expense. Would have been zero stars but I liked the product.

mail order like in 18th century

order placed on 31/05 morning items received on the 6/06
friday not beeing a day of the week, order are process only on monday
-communication is a concept
put on the kettle if you call as it will take some time before someone pick up
if you send an email you will get a mailer demon
if you reply to their email you will get a mailer demon
exhange is also a concept
you have to send back the items and pay the return shipping
Then wait for refund
then order again and pay again for shipping
ended up ordering from a surf shop in california!!!, quicker and cheaper than from the manufactuer in ITALY

I bought Reef leather thongs for $70, thinking by paying this much they would last for at least a couple of years.
They fell apart by the 3rd wear. The glue was poor quality and the leather was patchy and poorly made.
Reef basically didn't care, even after I raised the issue after owning them for only 2 months, providing pictures and proof of purchase.
Will NEVER buy Reef again!!
