One big scam! They stole my radio, after promising to repair it free of charge as the product was less that 2 days old. Now they want 60€ for a repair we never agreed on should cost anything. So now i've used 110€ to buy a radio that broke two days later, that i then send in for an exchange or repair for 30€ in porto to send it one way. If you like owning the stuff you bought yourself, then i would strongly advise against using this site.
