They are terrible never ever use RBHM Limited. they installed a boiler for me with Faulty valves and when asked for warranty they are asking 460 pounds for the valves as they are saying they have not charged for me in fact all paid in advance. Now after 2 years they are asking for the money, Really terrible service., as you mentioned, I contacted them and as expected the person is very rude and Adamant. Even though they installed the boiler and valves they say the don't provide warranty even within the warranty period. HORRIBLE.
