After 2 attempts at contact, via website (no customer service telephone number, so your at the mercy of them replying when they find acceptable) I still have not received item nor refund. It has been 10 days since my package apparantly was delivered to 'reception'.

I ordered a play suit at about 5 o'clock Sunday evening (8th january 2017) and payed extra for gold next working day delivery as I need the playsuit urgently and my parcel has still not arrived and it is now wednesday (11th january 2017)? If I pay for next day delivery I expect to receive it!

Ordered a dress for my birthday a week in advance, said it would get to me in 3-5 working days which was fine. On the 5th day it's not here so I contact them, only to find out there was an error with my order and the dress was actually out of stock!!! Had I not contacted them asking for them to track my order I wouldn't have been told of this! They've told me i'll get a refund but who knows how long that will take. These mistakes shouldn't be made and I am beyond angered that I now have to look for another dress which I need for tomorrow, because I relied on such an incompetent company.

I had the exact same problem as everyone else seems to have. I ordered dresses for a Christmas work party which arrive too late, returned them on the 17th Dec 15 recorded delivery, which they signed for and received on the 18th Dec 15.
I received the automated reply from their email saying they were returning to the office on 29th Dec 15 (in Jan 16) despite receiving daily emails telling me to order from their sale!
After a few emails to Rare and no reply, and posting on their Facebook page (which can be accessed through their webpage), the only way to get some form of response is to share your experience about how awful this company is on Twitter (which can also be accessed through their webpage). They reply fairly rapidly then!
I've had a Tweet from Rare today telling me they have processed my refund and it could take up to 5 days! We will wait and see if it turns up in my account! They've had my money long enough!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, and will never deal with again! I have shared this through various social media avenues to try and warn others. I have also written to reputable companies that sell Rare dresses to inform them of exactly the customer service they provide and how they keep their company going by keeping everyone else's money in their account!!!
Rare London you should cease trading and save everyone the hassle of dealing with you!!! 👎🏼😡

I have had exactly the same problem with this company as the other women reviewing on here. Ordered dress which took a long time to arrive & when it did, it was broken. Tried numerous times to contact them via email as they have no phone number to no avail & doubt I will ever see a refund from them. They sent automated email on 9th jan saying their offices were shut until 29th December!! Think twice before ordering.

Sent 2 emails but keep getting an automated out the office til 29th Dec, it's 6th Jan now!

I wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered from this company! Exactly the same problem. Ordered a dress for my work Christmas party next day delivery. Received it on 15th December. Sent this back the following day recorded post for a refund and now it is January 12th and despite chasing numerous times I still haven't received my £56 refund! Absolutely livid. Disgusting behaviour no response from the online for and no response when emailing the customer service email or info email. I will be going to trading service especially after reading all these posts they definitely should be shut down! Sort it out Rare London!

I have had the same experience as many before me. I have sent back two orders for a refund, totalling just over £200. I paid for recorded delivery on the 6th Dec and haven't recieved a refund!! I bought these on my credit card and a paying interest because I don't have the money to clear the balance. I have sent an email and have had the same automated email back!! I'm furious with the and I will be contacting trading standards too!!!! 😡

I bought a dress from rare london on the 4th December and got it delivered on the 5th. However, due to a faulty zip I had to send it back. There was no returns form in my bag just my invoice. So I emailed Rare London to explain this and to find out how I return my faulty dress, and that i would just like an exchange. I was sent an email stating that it would take 14 working days for my return to appear on my account and that they couldn't tell me if my account was credited which, is not what I asked and didn't help me on how to return my faulty dress. I then took matters into my own hands and sent the dress back with collect +with the faulty dress inside and my invoice so rare london would at least know who the dress was from. I also wrote on the invoice that the dress was faulty so they knew why it was being sent back. I then bought the dress again because I loved it so much. I then received another email to say that they are sorry about my dress being faulty and it was being looked at by quality control and and to please fill in a returns form. I have kept my receipt and I have proof from my collect + app that my dress has been returned to rare london
I just think rare london is quick to take your money but take forever to give you your money back. I'm still waiting on rare london to give me my money back. I won't be going back to rare london and if they had a facebook page I would let people know that there customer service is a joke. Just give me my money back rare london.

So I ordered a dress Monday 16th with next day delivery! Tuesday the dress didn't arrive, Tuesday evening you informed me you had a technical issue and that it would be with me within 48 hours. Fine things happen! So got to Thursday - still no dress! Friday came still no dress (i needed the dress for this evening) I've sent you an email asking where my dress is - no reply, SHOCK.
Saturday morning - nothing. Saturday afternoon it finally arrived! I have a dress now I no longer need , even better when i opened it - ITS THE WRONG COLOUR!! How does your company run??
So now I have a dress that I needed Friday so it's useless to me and also the wrong colour. How can you get black and red mixed up?
I've emailed you 3 times now and tweeted you. NO REPONSE! shocking customer service.
I'm going to warn everyone I know not to use you.
I'm hoping you can actually reply to me so we can get something sorted!

I still have not received a refund, have email again and again and no reply, apart from an automated reply which states their office is closed until 29 December 2015! Ordered a dress online 209024328 on Wednesday - paid for GOLD service next day delivery. No email sent with tracking number - low and behold dress was not delivered. Emailed four times for tracking number and to establish where dress is - website shows order change from shipped to completed..... Still no dress or tracking number - all I know is if they have completed my order it has not been delivered to the correct address! They have ignored every contact I have made other than a generic response with "Love Rare xx" at the end - hardly appropriate when you are complaining.... very poor customer service, quick to take your money though I suppose that's a plus... right???

I literally do not know how this company is still going?!?! how is it that they have not been shut down, looking at all of the terrible reviews! I so wish I had seen them before I ordered! it has now been a month since I sent my order back and I have heard nothing. I have sent 5 emails and tried a number I found randomly on google although just a dead line! SHOCK. I have had no reply from my emails apart from an automated message saying they are shut until the 29th December 2015!! good one Rare London - just showing your Incompetency even more! I have never received service this bad which is why I will be reporting them to Trading Standards with quite a few others I would imagine! I will also be telling everyone I know to AVOID like the plague!

I ordered a dress with the Ref number of #209002769 on the 16th of July and I got a confirmation email that it's been shipped by the 21st. It's the 4th of August now!!
I tried tracking the shipment on myHermes but it turns German for some reason. I sent them an email about this but I did not receive any reply yet. I'm so frustrated and angry.

I have now been waiting on a refund of my return for 14 days. They are an absolute shambles of a company and never get back to you when they say they will. I will 100% never EVER be ordering from them again and will be warning everybody off them too.

I received my order Saturday 1st August, and sent it back the same day. I since then have emailed, Facebook messaged, Facebook posted and tweeted to this company regarding my order and over the course of 3 days have had NO reply!! I checked my parcel tracking and they received it on the 5th! So a week later and I haven't heard anything neither have i received a refund!!! I strongly advise people to avoid this company. I am absolutely furious with the poor lack of service I have received.

I ordered 2 dresses from Rare on the 7th of June and decided the next day they were not suitable and so sent them off to be returned. Ive still had no confirmation to say they have recieved my order and after 2 emails with no reply i am still waiting to be refunded.

I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs they are a complete fraud!! Dress was supposed to arrive yesterday, tracking information has not been updated since 26th June. I have emailed company 3 times to which I have received no response. Emailed myHermes who are the chosen courier who were unable to help.
I have paid £50 for a dress that does not appear to be coming to me. Customer service is shockingly non-existent. It is unbelievable that reputable companies such as Topshop deal with such a shameful company! Being that I originally saw the dress I chose on Topshop I barely gave ordering from Rare a second thought. Only now do I wish I had saw these reviews beforehand. They are a disgrace and want shutting down before they defraud any more customers of their money!
They fail to respond to emails yet have dedicated staff continuously updating their Twitter page? It's beyond a joke.
