I’m 70 and ‘Covid Shielding’. Phoned R.Lauren customer services to explain I didn’t have a printer to print off a return label and couldn’t get a print off elsewhere because I am ‘shielding’. Customer Services actually cut me off!! Not what one would expect from any company!! Eventually my son who lives 40 miles away printed off my label and posted it to me!! Such a performance for all!! (not for R.Lauren)..
My husband dropped off the package for UPS collection on Friday 29 Jan.. We have no receipt for the item and have received zero notifications. I telephoned the shop at Ael Y Bryn, Cardiff and found them most unhelpful..
I have no tracking number⁉️

I ordered a birthday girt for my friend. Not delivered on time. After 2 weeks from purchasing it still no delivery. I spoke to 4 customer service representatives, all of them did not resolve the problem. Last woman I spoke to, Eliza, was extremally unhelpful, refused to put me through to the manager despite not being able to help me.
I will not buy RL goods anymore, I will not recommend any shopping with RL as the representatives are powerless in resolving upcoming issues. I will be rising a dispute with my bank without waiting for a refund from RL.

Ralph Lauren seem to think it’s okay to tell customers they need to go find a printer to print return label in the middle of a pandemic! SHOCKING customer service.. told no other way to return faulty goods, just go a get return lable printed up. Avoid using the brand unless you want to deal with that kind of response.

The worst returns service I have ever experienced. Downloaded the returns label from their website which apparently sent item to the wrong warehouse. Took 8 emails, calls and three weeks to finally refund my £300. Quick to take your money and it seems intentionally slow to refund!

Paid for express delivery and was informed it would arrive on Monday. It is now Thursday and I still don't have my item and the delivery is now showing on the tracker as being for next Monday. This is not what I call express delivery. After reading all the other reviews I now have severe doubts about my item arriving at all and wouldn't have even ordered the item had I came across these reviews first.

Really bad customer service. I purchased an item as a present for a member of my family. I received an email saying that there would be a delay in me receiving the item with the tracking number. I then received two emails asking me to review the item, when I hadn't even received it! When I chased to find out when I may receive it, I was informed that my order had been cancelled. I was never notified about this.

The Ralph Lauren men's store and mansion is by far one of the best, friendly and inviting retailers on the block. It is massive yet extremely spacious and well designed so whatever you are looking for their friendly employees and staff are happy to help and show you where xyz is located. They are all incredibly professional and dressed to the nines. Ralph Lauren definitely has put in the effort to have this store and their employees provide the utmost level of surface whether browsing or shopping. Everyone is in well fitted I assume uniforms that they did not hold back on providing high quality, stylish, let alone knowledgeable and able to answer basically a simple question to where something is located to specific details of an item you see and are interested in. The manager of the store David is probably one of the only managers on the block compared to the other luxury retailers that will genuinely go above and beyond for you whatever it is you ask him or pass by and ask. Wasn't aware gentleman I asked when browsing was the manager and he set me up and provided great advice and opinion on what pieces and labels I would best be suited for after telling him what I was browsing around for getting ready for fall/winter. With that said there wasn't a single employee I interacted with that didn't provide knowledgeable, upbeat and friendly service. The store also takes the COVID-19 protocols in act very seriously which was comforting. With the store being so large, employees all wearing necessary PPE along with the store coordinating employee PPE be stylish and pleasant to look at versus others who have their employees wear basic cheap blue 3-ply. This even made a difference in the entire experience. Even having shopped here pre-covid every visit is a new and enjoyable what I can only label as experience. Highly recommend. While prices range - whatever you may be looking for it seems they can find something to fit your budget and leave confident and happy with your purchase and quality of item.

My wife purchased an electric chandelier from Ralph Lauren using their online ordering system. She missed the little note about it not being returnable. It is about 3" too long for fitting over our dining room table, so it is useless. The Ralph Lauren company has a terrible help line, that repeatedly hung up on our call, and ultimately refused the return. Avoid purchasing from them if at all possible. It is very unscrupulous for them to refuse a return of a non-discounted item in the original packaging. We will never purchase another Ralph Lauren product, and recommend that you do the same. N. I placed an order for overnight shipment. Never got it delivered. Went back and forth with the store and fed ex. Point is... needed this purchase for a funeral. My mother's funeral. Took public transportation to FedEx and back. Was on the phone with ralph lauren and couldn't even get a provional credit. I called FedEx to ship back to shipper. RL IS NOT RELIABLE! I will not be purchasing from your store again

What an absolute shambles of a company,I order a £229 green jacket for my girlfriend and get sent a £49 blue t-shirt,they don't do exchanges only refunds,and I was advised to order the jacket again to avoid disappointment,so I did,now I'm told I might not receive that either,currently £458 down,and I've got nothing other than the f***ing hump,I won't be dealing with these circus clowns again once this is resolved

Yes Ralph Lauren is very very tight with their money they they close the plant for election day but yet they work the heck out of their employees on Thanksgiving and all they're going to give them is a simple little Thanksgiving day meal and an hour break I mean what kind of business does that it says all over the plant we love our employees the only reason they love the employees is because they can work them to death and not even pay them time and a half on a holiday I would not recommend working there I would not recommend buying any of their products anymorethey tell their employees 2 days before the holiday we're working the holiday so all the employees that have plans have to change their plans what kind of place does that

I have recently contacted RL UK to complain about their RLX waterproof golf jacket. It is advertised as a technical golf product, retails at over 300 pounds and mine leaks through the seams and has no breathability. I simply asked for a replacement item from current range and have been fobbed off appallingly by 3 separate customer service staff. Their main defence appears to be to deny my claim as I bought the jacket from Mr Porter who they say are not an authorised retail parter ( who knew?!)... Come on Ralph Lauren, you have designed a product that is completely unsuitable for purpose and now try to wiggle out of your responsibilities with wishy washy excuses. Man up, replace the jacket and do the decent thing...

I spent £105 on a Ralph Lauren Technical Hoodie, the quality is awful, the material bobbled up on the first wear and the elbows have gone shiny already, I've only had it three weeks. It now looks like something you'd pick up in a charity shop for a £1.00, a complete rag. Based on this I'd never buy any of their products again, very dissapointed indeed. Absolute rip-off avoid!

Recently I bought some items (different styles and sizes) online with them using a gift card and paid the rest by creditcard. After returning the items I didn’t want to keep, I was expecting the refund to be made to my creditcard, but to my surprise they sent me another gift card, even though the items I kept were more expensive than the balance of the gift card. After complaining they say this is ‘policy’. So I then propose to return the other items for a full refund so I can reorder what I want using the gift card. They refuse this because I already removed the labels. Even though is no legal ground for this, they seem adamant to escalate toward conflict rather than customer satisfaction. I went from brand promotor to detractor in about 2 emails from them.

I have bought online (South African Polo clothing) on sale dress paid for it, but couple days later found out that order was cancelled however money gone from my account. I have contacted them whole month there is no response no refund. I don't know what to do.
