I’VE PLACED AN ORDER online ON THE 25TH OF July.The order arrived ont he 30th of July, I returned one item on the next day, 31th of July.
On the 6th of August 40 working days ago, I received an email from RL, says they have received my returned item on the 6th August 2019 09:59:55 AM. A refund is currently being processed.
On the 7th of August I’ve got an email with an attached credit note corresponding to my refund that was processed.
On the 13th of September i wrote to Customer Service to give me some infromation about it!There is no answer!
STILL did not received a refund!!

Dont ever order anything from Polo. They charged me twice for the same order. Then sent it to the wrong address. Then the things I originally ordered were out of stock. So I could only get 2 out of the 5 items. They told me it would be overnighted to me. It's been over a week now and I still haven't received my stuff. Then to try and make things right they said I would get a gift card for the original purchase amount and instead they gave me a gift card for 75.00 to make things right. They continually gave me incorrect info and lied to me about it and tried to make me feel like somehow it was my fault. Me and my family spend thousands a year with them and this is how they treat valued customers. [email protected]$k them!

I ordered shirts for my son back on August 21st. I paid for 2 day shipping and they are still not here, although my delivery date was today August 26th. They only offered to give me a gift card or refund the shipping fee. That still doesn't fix that my baby will not have his clothes for his pictures in the morning. I spent $164 for nothing just to be told that they would call me in the morning. There was no sense of urgency and I will have to forever look at my baby's pictures knowing he didn't have what I worked hard for him to have in time. I was told I ordered it after the cut off time, yet even with business days counted, today made 3 even allowing a day of processing. I am completely dissapointed with the customer service. It is unacceptable and unexplainable. An apology cannot fix this experience, nor a return fee for shipping. I would not recommend ANYONE order feom them and pay expedited shipping, because I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I am. I even asked where my package is so I could go get it, but the sense of urgency was not there. If it's that important to the customer it should be important for Ralph Lauren.

For the first time in the 20 years I have been washing clothes I am faced with a torn Ralph Lauren baby onesie from the washing machine!!!! I put this in myself and checked the washing label so I know it was perfectly normal when it went in but it came out with holes near the collar and top buttons due to the extremely poor quality. The same wash included numerous other baby clothing items and onesies but none phave even a scratch of damage on them. This is clear evidence that I may be paying a premium price for Ralph Lauren babywear but the quality is extremely poor. This was only the second wash for this particular overall, which is even more disappointing because my baby did not even get to wear it more than twice and for a total of 3-4 hours!

I purchased two silver label suits from Ralph Lauren. Both of which fell apart in a few wears. Their customer service department forwarded me off to some 3rd party garment company that said, it was excessive wear that caused the suits to fall apart not poor quality. Despite my claims of limited use.
I have owned many suits in my life, none have ever frayed, and tore like these suits. Absolutely poor quality. The decision made by the organization is not to attempt to rectify the situation. Never again will I purchase a suite from these clowns.

Absolutely fuming. I decided to treat my baby daughter to some Ralph Lauren trousers. The reason I ordered these were so they were good quality.
The trousers split at the seam after wearing them twice! I contacted customer services and they sent a response saying they can offer me £10 off the product. I thought this was an absolute joke so I responded saying I wasn't happy. They could not even reply.
The customer service is terrible, you would really think Ralph Lauren would employ staff that were reasonable and would actually help!
Yes the clothes are beautiful but the quality is awful!!!! Extremely disappointed with such a well known and expensive brand.

Customer service of their online store is worse than appalling.
Quality of clothing was not as it looked on the website. Attempted to send it back as per their instruction and the parcel was returned to me as I later found out that you have to use their specific delivery provider. Prior to sending, they said I could use any delivery service!
I'm out of pocket and Ralph Lauren have done nothing to rectify their mistake other than blame me (despite their instruction being in writing!).

Their customer service is by far the worst I've ever received, spent over £300 on a bag that has a defect less than a month of wearing it full time. Only to be told I can either accept a £30 refund to keep it or a gift card! I emailed to say I wasn't happy with the offer and they have now decided to ignore all emails... what makes you think I want another RL product after this service, give your customers their money back when you make terrible quality items!

Terrible service. Bought a swimshort for my son while on holiday in Florida. After wearing it a few times (less then 5) the colour of the swimshort changed for blue to purple. I've tried to contact them several times (via chat for the USA and mail for UK, also saved the chat and mails), but untill today no response. Been trying this since the 27th of august. They promise to reply, but still none received. Worst service ever!!!!

We just had a another great shopping experience in Ralph Lauren Canary Wharf. My partner found what he wanted and was assisted by Natalia who was a great help as usual. The staff are so helpful and friendly, it makes shopping there a real pleasure.

Ordered a jacket a week ago. Still waiting for UPS to deliver it all the way from sunny Italy. Apparently because I paid for Standard Postage (I didn't require next day delivery - cost was extortionate), they deliver up to 7pm, which isn't much use as the office shuts at 5pm.
This isn't made clear when ordering.
If it doesn't arrive today, I will have to call UPS tomorrow morning and ask to redeliver, delaying this by yet another day. They gave me the option of collecting from our local depot, which is 32 miles way. No thanks!
I should add, I don't even know if this jacket fits yet. it has also sold out in the time it has taken to get to me, so I am unable to exchange for another size.

Ordered two pairs of trainers and they are great stitching and everything is perfect along with the three bags I got from there a few months ago. The only thing that lets the service down is the length of time it takes to deliver if you haven’t paid £15 for the next day delivery which is extortion prices for a delivery. Would advise ups to leave clear slips as it took me three calls to locate my parcel before being told it was at a neighbours house but besides that great products

Paid 20 quid for next day delivery, it showed up nearly 4 days later. Emailed them to complain and got an email asking me to verify my details then got NOTHING back from them, followed up and heard nothing back.
Clothing was fine but the packaging is pretty budget for something that's supposed to be a 'luxury brand', ugly plastic bags. Wouldn't get as a gift.

Absolutely the worst customer service from any website I have encountered whilst internet shopping.
Ordered & paid for 2 items on the 4th July, one item shipped on the 5th July, the other item I was told was not in stock, despite the website having it for sale!
No refund given on the non-dispatched item £150.50! The item that was shipped I sent back & received my refund on 19th July.
I contacted RL CS regarding the Non-Shipped item & was told that Funds placed in authorisation hold which haven’t been debited are released automatically within 14 business days...IT IS NOW 15 business days & overall 22 days & still NO REFUND received from Ralph Lauren. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I have purchased with Ralph Lauren through their internet site several times now. I love their clothing for my infant daughter. It is quite expensive for a baby, but you know that upfront and that is everyones own decision to make. So why three stars and not five? Well I bought one item for her that left me disappointed in quality. It seemed to shrink with one wash. That is besides the fact their items already seem to have a small fit compared to other brands I buy from. Worst thing however is their delivery service. Three deliveries and three times it took quite a long time to get here. Not to mention that UPS claimed to have come to my house but be unable to deliver. Which left me going across town to get my parcel from a pick up point. Fact is however I was at home when they claim to have been there. Benefit of the doubt my doorbell was TEMPORARILY broken. There was no slip left which said where to pick up my parcel. I complained at Ralph Lauren. They did react, but the reaction only told me where I could pick my things up. I think this reflects poorly on their company.

I returned two brand new shirts and only got a refund for one of them. I talked to a customer rep and was told that one of my shirts was used and that's why I didn't get a refund. I have never had that happened before. The shirt was brand new with tags when I returned it and had never been worn other than trying it on.
Also, they kept the other shirt and I wouldn't have known had I not contacted them about my refund.
I'm very disappointed with their service. If you want to return anything to Ralph Lauren. A refund is not guaranteed. It may help if you leave the item in the folded packaging.

They will not exchange 2 polo shirts from large to xl. My wife bought it for me and unfortunately she didn't keep the receipt. They will not take her bank statement so I'm stock with it. They just lost a client of several years. Horrible policies and everyone should complaint about their crazy policies.
