Followed the return instruction using their Easy Return label and dropped it off at USPS. The post office lady behind the counter even warned me that “this return pick up agent (meaning the company RL use to ship return merchandise back to them) is extremely slow. That was 12/26/19. No movement until 1/7/20 when USPS notified that the package finally got picked up by the “return shipping agent”. What happened next is anybody’s guess because it has been a week and no update or notifications. $800 in limbo. I expect much better customer care from RL. Time to switch brand.

If anything goes wrong with your order don't trust them to even pretend to care. I ordered a Patch-Pocket Shirt that somehow became lost at the Olive Branch FedEx. Upon calling customer service I waited a ridiculously long wait both through chat and on the phone. After finally reaching someone I'm told that instead of shipping me out a replacement (only 2 left in stock at the time in my size) they open a ticket and I'm told it will take 5 days to complete the investigation. I have received better service from Target! You would think that if consumers are spending close to $100 for a shirt then there would be some kind of appreciation or urgency. Why not replace my shirt, expedite shipping and charge FedEx
the difference?! I'm shocked! I specially ordered slacks and boots from other retailers at the same time to complete my outfit for an event, but because of Ralph Lauren 's poor customer service and poor shipping sources I'm in limbo! I will never order from Ralph Lauren again! From now on I'll order different brands from Macy's or Dillards at least I know that they value their customers.
People please don't continue to spend your hard earned dollars with a company that doesn't value your business!! There are alot of great brands out there! Shop Around!

As others have said, the customer experience with buying Ralph Lauren products is horrific.
I made an order on the week before Christmas and my payment was rejected initially which was odd as it came through as successful from my bank and the money left my account. Ralph Lauren played the "ignorant" card telling me it was my bank (it was not), and I had to wait 3 days for that money to be returned to me.
In the meantime, I made another payment (now totalling over 500eur), for the item using the same card and the payment went through without a glitch.
Eventually the item arrived and on inspection, the gift box it came in was totally ruined, and while the item didn't fit, it was a shame that the presentation as so poor for a "luxury high end" item.
We returned the item in the new year on the 2nd January and it was sent by UPS. Even though I emailed Ralph Lauren, I felt like I was living Ground Hog day as I was asked several times the same details, and they "would get back to me".
Eventually on the third attempt, somebody did acknowledge the return and the following day, the item was delivered. No update from Ralph Lauren however.
After 3 days, I contacted Ralph Lauren to ask about the return and they replied telling me all was good and they would process the refund.
14 days on since I sent the item, I still don't have a refund and I'm still waiting.
I've tried to call their phone number on the website but that number is out of order and my emails have gone ignored.
Avoid this website, but if you have to order from this company, use a credit card and do a chargeback. Don't use a debit card as you'll be left hanging for weeks on your refund.
In the meantime, I've returned a couple of items purchased from a major online clothing retailer and the return and refund was processed in 5 days. Why can't a high-end name like Ralph Lauren be more professional like their competition?

I was a loyal customer for ~6 years. Spend almost $10000 on ralphlauren.com. Never had a problem. But 3 of my last 4 orders were incomplete: #*******448, #*******181, #*******182. I'm still waiting for a refund for order #*******182 (2 of 3 items were missing). Customer support keeps sending same e-mails "we can no longer accept liability for any future credits related to missing packages or items blah blah blah". Worst customer service ever!

I ordered a custom sweater on November 26th of this year. On my purchase receipt via email stated that the sweater would be delivered by December 6th.
Today is December 6th and I still have yet to receive a shipping notification or the actual item for that matter. I contacted Mindee and Lindsey with customer service via chat and both said the item has not shipped, and I should receive a shipping notification soon. What a dissapointment. Considering the price of the custom piece and the notoriety of the company itsself, I am not impressed. This was a time sensitive gift, and I thought I could rely on Ralph Lauren. I don't recommend this company and looking forward in dread to the quality of the sweater now.

I placed an order for a create your own sweatshirt and tried to cancel yet couldn’t even though they give three day to do so. It took over a week to ship the item. When I spoke to a person he was rude so I emailed them and was told how sorry they were and that I could return using the included label, so I did. I have called to see what’s going on with my refund and they claim they haven’t received it yet. It’s been a week and a half at least. I also placed an order for a different item and that’s been over a week and they haven’t even filled the order yet. When you talk to someone it’s the same old story oh it takes up to 12 days to do a refund or fill and order! What!! Well the item is suppose to be here by the 12th yet it hasn’t even shipped. I’m so done with them. They over price everything and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!

It is has the worst customer service for such highly claimed brand. They dont even have policy for their defected product. The colour of t shirt bought bleeded. On contacting them they simply said, "Sorry you are not happy with the product".

Ralph Lauren regent street London!! Wot can I say I brought a coat with a price tag of £400 on it!! Got home to find it had a tag on it ( OH THE TAGGING SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK). So emailed to see wot they could do and was given the response of it will take the store 14 days to get back to you! WOT THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. Also couldn’t get through to anyone as it’s just a call centre SHOCKING!!!!! The store manager MALCOME GILL who told me he would get it sorted, it would be picked up the next day and it wasn’t! I have stayed in 3 days now and have a coat with a tag on! The store is quick enough to jump on you for a sale BUT NOT so good to sort the mistake.

Bought some items at a reduced price in the sale (4 polo shirts and 1 shirt). Delivery time is good for the distance (Italy - The Netherlands), and the clothes seem to be of good quality. Naturally, I don't know how they look after washing, but already have a sweater of this brand that still looks very well after several washes. Done some measurements at home to be sure of the right size, and everything fits fine.
Their website could be better, got stuck for some time when trying to fill in my address, because it wouldn't accept my postcode at first. When I tried to chat with their customer's service, I got the message that 'I was being linked to a Ralph Lauren colleague'. This took so much time that I figured out myself what the problem was.

We purchased two clothing items at an outlet store in Clarksburg Maryland on Dec 1st 2019. The items were too small so we tried to take them back for an exchange. We lost the receipt during the holidays and they claimed they could not find any proof of our purchase in their system so they refused the exchange and we were stuck. We went home and found the receipt which had the transaction number. When I called the store to ask them why it was not in their system they told us after the first week in January they wipe out all previous year's transactions. So customers without receipts who did not do a return during the first week in January are SOL! We had been shopping there for years, but not anymore.

DO NOT BUY THEIR BED SHEETS or anything else for that matter! Not only are their bed linens scratchy and irritating on the skin, their customer service is terrible. Sent multiple emails asking questions, took weeks to get responses, only to have them tell me sorry that they did not honor or stand behind their products. And basically said tough, you’re out of luck unless they have a defect. Greedy company.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We don’t do that, we can’t do this. We will cancel your order with pleasure. We can’t change the colour, if the original colour ordered is unavailable, we can’t call the store for you to find if the item is available, do it yourself. Pure waist of time, they cancelled my order in 5 days and didn’t send any notifications or apologies. What is the purpose of online chat, if they can’t provide any real assistance, but can only tell you the order status ( that you can easily see from your account!!!).
Take some lessons from Zappos group on how to treat your customers.

I have been trying to find a specific shoe Polo Ralph Lauren Tedd suede sneaker for the past few days and have probably put at least 3 hours into it. You would think it would be somewhat easy considering I have every identification of the show. However, the website of Ralph Lauren is an absolute joke. There is so much imagery that it takes 5 minutes to load the homepage. Then, after finally finding the show the screen for selecting color, size, and city comes up only to discover that you are not able to select the color or size. The entry tab does not allow you to do so. Its extremely frustrating considering this is a global major show company with issues you would not expect a smaller and new company to have.

My daughter spent 50.00 on a jumper for xmas for me.

I was at the 447 Great Mall Dr, Milpitas, CA 95035 today ,I bought something for my wife but after purchasing I decided to change the size ,I went back to the guy who I bought my cloth from, a lady was front of us and told the guy I can wait to finish the business with me, but the guy said don't worry he is just came now !!!!! and he is behind you!!!!! I got get shocked and then noticed the guy did that because he did not want to loose another sale and had competition with his coworker, wow ,Hopefully the manager of this branch do something about it .It was really rude

Bad product for the price you pay. First wash the blue dye run to the white part of the polo shirt and ruined my other whites in the same wash. From reading other reviews, their dye seems to have same problems with other garments. Never buy Ralph Lauren clothing again.

My horrible/irritated/annoyed/worst online shopping experience ever!!! I was trying to buy 2 coats online since 7 am in a morning and by 2 pm in afternoon I learned that my account was blocked and nothing could be done about it! But before I leaned that, there were endless texting with a customer representative, waiting on the phone for 30 min for an another customer representative, talking to different banks about my credit cards since none of my existing credit cards went through their system.. and half a Sunday through to understand what a big fool I was to waist my time on a Chinese label brainwashed company that has no respect and care about their customers and it’s own reputation.

I purchased a cap for my wife for Christmas, when she opened the present she noticed a ring of dirt around the inside rim, it had been worn by somebody and sold as new, I returned the hat and the assistant went out the back and returned with it wet and cleaned, however it still had the dirt marks on the inside rim. They told me it was not faulty and although they didn’t have the same hat. I asked the store manager if she was going to put the second hand hat back out for sale as new, her response was “it’s nit faulty!” I can’t believe a brand like Ralph Lauren would sell second hand goods - a charity shop at exclusive prices,,
And the assistant who served me originally just didn’t care or worse did not check to make sure the item was new,

What were they thinking hiring this woman! The current manager is horrible too! This store and previous managers used to be great here. What the hell happened???? In previous years, I used to shop here all the time, but NO MORE! They lost my business!!!

I ordered a size 42 dress and got a size 44 dress on which the ticker says size 42.
I was very disappointed because the size didn't suit me, and I think it's a lack of credibility and professionalism for a prestigious and famous brand like Ralph Lauren.
I demand that they give me a refund or other dress with the right size
