5 stars for Raileasy customer services! A problem with booking seats for my child (which would have meant him having to change carriages and seats numerous times during a long journey without an adult) was resolved with care and urgency. Thank you for your understanding and swift action.

only way to contact them is to cancel your ticket, everything else they just have no interest in helping you
despite the reply ... a phone number ... i'm over seas not paying for that, no email address for queries, no online chat, just 'cancel form or pound a minute line'

Disappointed to find that I can no longer have my rail tickets posted to me, otherwise I find the system to buy them very straightforward.

I went to my local station to collect tickets. It came up with an error so I tried again and it said my tickets had been issued! These were tickets back from London to Glasgow so I was worried as to buy them again so close to a trip would have been expensive. I emailed Raileasy last night and by 10am the next morning the whole thing was resolved. They acknowledged a fault in the printer then unlocked my tickets to be collected by any card (which was brilliant). Gave me clear instructions on what to do. Then when they saw I had my tickets a cheery 'Enjoy your trip' further email. Thankyou so much - a pleasure in this day and age to get such prompt personal service.

I wanted a return trip to Scotland and opted to try split ticketing via Raileasy. The good news is that the website was easy to use and gave me a number of options. But thats the end of the good news.
On the way up my train was delayed at Birmingham due to people on the tracks ahead. So we were diverted, then held whilst power was restored, and then joined a string of slow moving trains to Preston where the service was terminated.
I arrived in Edinburgh about 3 hours late, i missed my last connection to Aberdeen and had to cough up for a very expensive hotel for the night (it was Edinburgh fringe week).
Next morning i had to buy a ticket Edinburgh to Aberdeen as my ticket was LNER only.
I eventually got to my destination.
The return trip went sorta well, but one leg from Leeds to Manchester was supposed to be a first class seat, but they put a replacement bus on. Can you get a 1st class bus seat? No me neither.
I contacted the Raileasy help line, but they say to go into denial and tell you to contact the individual rail companies and sort it yourself.
As i had additional costs with hotels i fear i will end up standing these myself. Raileasy are rubbish at sorting problems out, they may be ok if everything goes well, but get a problem and your on your own.
Did i save money on the tickets? I doubt it, and i am now knee deep sorting problems out that this bunch dont care about.
So i recommend you book direct with a train company and avoid the risks here.

I think the system is great, except when I ask for 2 seats faceing each other with a table with a window view isn't too much to ask. Only to be allocated 2 seats 3 rows apart and a view of a pillar. When we want to travel together, that means together and not 3 rows apart.

Raileasy's customer service were absolutely amazing when I recently had to change some tickets due to a funeral. They were so kind and helpful in sorting out new transport for me, and explained everything really clearly. A straightforward and efficient service with some really lovely people working for them!

i simply misplaced my tickets like people do in everyday life sometimes you lose things
they will not help me get them reprinted
i have the booking ref, seat number, train times
my tickets are for a specific journey
why on earth can i not reprint tickets i have paid my money for???
they have £130 of my money and i have nothing
there solution spend another £130 on two new tickets
there is no customer service here
there phone line also charges you at ridiculous rate
Use a company that provides e tickets
You can never go wrong then.
In response to raileasy reply
The rail networks policy is very out dated
And they should be protecting there paying customers
not making money out of there misfortune
Let’s say you were robbed on the way to the station lost your ticket or lost your wallet with the ticket in
The only way to get another is to buy one even when you have the confirmation email with specific seat number and train times
So you couldn’t resell the ticket or anything
It makes zero sense that you can’t reprint again
It’s laughable and needs a serious rethink
Protect paying customers.

Got all the way through booking and registration process to find a £2.50 fee (for £17 ticket = 15%). No mention of booking fee anywhere before - should have checked Trustpilot. Booked direct with train co instead and no fee.

Absolute joke of a company. I purchased two open return tickets one set of which was not used, not stamped nor put through a machine. I sent these back as requested via recorded mail to simply be told that I was lying and their word was final. These are no cheaper than booking direct with the train company and far easier to process refunds. Avoid this company at all costs. Extremely unhelpful and just another middle man to deal with when there is an issue.

Bargain at Monsoon
I was in town in Edinburgh & popped in to have a look at 50% sale.
Seen a pair of navy leggings & was not sure of price. Asked Zara & she gave me the best news ever. Leggings were £25 now down to £7. Immediately tried on & yes they fitted.
So quickly up to till to pay & get loyalty card at the same time.
Thanks to Zara asking if she could help me.

Recently booked 3 return journey's. Website very easy to navigate. My only criticism is tickets have to be collected rather than posted to my home.
