Shipping can take longer than they claim, E-mailing with them takes on average 48 hours for a response, and worst of all: they will refuse the sale of parts they don't seem fit for your bike.
So you have to lie to them, or get your parts somewhere else.

It's not as if i will run a component that is underspecified or unsafe; it's a fork that will just add 60 mm of height to the front end. 10-20 years ago this was standard practice.It's not going to "completely change the character" it will make the angles a bit slacker.
And I wanted an orange Hope hub; first they questioned my choice of color, and after confirming the color they totally neglected my wish and just offered a black DTSwiss hub. As if I never mentioned it.

I damaged the pedals I bought in this store about a month ago. After a short communication and a request for help, the shop was willing to send spare parts only for postage costs. So I bought other grammar components too :-) Come on, my favorite store. I love you.

Selling items from stock that they don't have. Massive waiting times and customer service not responding.
Not notifying the customer nor apologizing makes it worse.

Just wanted to drop a note to say that these guys are amazing.
I've shopped with them for a few years now (~ 5 years?) and have always been impressed by the service and their attention to the little things that matter. For the record, I pretty much do all my bike shopping with these guys (~ 80% of the time).
But my recent experience has lifted that experience even more, where, with not much questions asked and no fuss, they've made good on a fairly expensive warranty issue.
These guys set the bar for customer service, above and beyond all the other mainstay online stores. Living in Singapore, the shipping fee is a negligible price to pay for the experience.
Kudos to the R2 team!

Another great purchase from this bikeshop. Very good prices and advantageous discounts in some products. Fast and smooth delivery and on top of that I catch free delivery at this purchage. They really care about customers. In the past I have dealt with a claim and everything was equipped with absolutely trouble-free. Also communication was excellent. I recommend this store.

Money and delivery charged in advanced for products they don't actually have in stock despite website indicating otherwise. I suspect they then try to source via the grey market. They then claim they are waiting for delivery days turn into weeks into months and still no product - seems a scam.
Do not use this company. Postive company reviews seem as fake as their stock list.

Beware, Australian Customers. If you need to return an item for an exchange you will need to pay for the postage costs (return and resending); not like over Online Stores such as in the UK.

This is my second review of this terrible company. My first and only order was in 2016, a hand built MTB wheelset. In 2017 the rear wheel developed a fault and was replaced. Now the same fault has occurred and I've had to return the rear wheel again. The first time R2 blamed the rim manufacturer for the rims being defective but a second time? This can't be a coincidence, the building of the wheel is obviously poor quality. I emailed to advise I would be sending the wheel back and received the standard reply from Sven (the manchild who shouldn't ever deal with customers with the stinking attitude he has), asking to send a photo, even though i explained very clearly that the problem was exactly the same as before. This is a company who are quick to blame others for their extreme shortcomings and in my opinion should be avoided at all costs.
Update 1: I have received an email from Michael as Sven went on holiday without dealing with or passing on my email. R2 have now told me that Crest rims are defective and it is nothing to with their building skills. I'm not sure why they keep selling them but I have requested a full refund or replacement of my rims with a non-defective product.

I ordered the hubs for my fat bike on November 7th. Availability of hubs was indicated 1-3 days. A week has passed. I wrote a message in the support. They answered only after 6 days that they would ship within 2-3 business days. And now, two weeks have passed after this answer. They do not respond to my messages and do not send my order.

This is my third review of that company. Don't Know why some bad reviews here (maybe rare bad cases), but as long as i buy from them, they are better and better.
I was buying so many things from them and always more than statisfied with ultrafast shipping and great customer service. What is listing in stock, is really in stock. Yes prices are a little bigger than other stores, but that's no matter for me when i find what i want. Thanks once more R2.

I haven't received my product yet but everything seems to be on track. Placed my order and it was shipped the next day to Canada, which is very good. My hotmail stopped syncing with my Gmail right the day I placed my order (crazy horrible coincidence), so I didn't receive any order confirmation or communication from r2-bike. Gave them a call and an employee named Sven was very nice and helped me figure out that the problem was my Hotmail account by sending the same emails to my Gmail account. Later I logged in to my hotmail and found all emails.
Can't ask for more, I'm very happy with this company.
Update: received my rockshox fork today and everything looks good.

R2-bike deserves my highest ratings and full recommendation.
1) Just look at their offer - they have a very wide choice of bicycle components, unparalleled with other shops (at least, of what I've been looking for). And everything in competitive prices!
2) Many of the offered items is shown on the scale! Absolutely amazing!
3) My personal experience. The email contact is great, they reply very quickly. They are always ready to help and advise. The shipping delivery is also very fast, according to the description of the availability given under every item.
And finally the MOST IMPORTANT - SUPPORT AFTER PURCHASE. I had such situation, that I've ordered the headset, that simply didn't fit to the frame. It wasn't my fault, and of course it WAS NOT a mistake from r2 bike shop, just the wrong tech date given by the headset producer. I have asked politely, if I could exchange the item for something else. R2 team agreed obviously, and what was absolutely astonishing to me - I was enabled to make a free return of the item. Everything was done absolutely perfectly!!
That's, why I recommend this shop without any hesitation. And I still plan next purchases in R2, my top rated seller ever!

I ordered two Schwalbe tires from R2-Bike, unfortunately one was defective. I wrote an email explaining the problem, and they have been extremely professional and customer oriented. They sent me a link to generate the document that I used to ship for free the defective tire, in few days I got a new replacement tire. In addition, in the box I received few gadgets. Excellent customer service, very recommended online vendor!

What a company...i ve bought a 8070 Ultegra disc di....they write complète group at a good price...but they are no câbles or charger ....but its writen in very small German....it cost me 200 eur extra ....i ve sent a message....but no answer....never again...You lie on the title....dont write complète if its not....

I've had packages lost and i've had warranty issues with R2-bike.
Tomas & The R2-Bike crew does a good job.
I've got a wheelset built which was superb. I had to exchange the rear hub on a warranty, this was solved very quickly and i could rebuild my wheel and be ready in time for my race.
The package that was lost i was refunded for, I hope R2-bike gets they're stuff/money back from DHL/Postnord.
More shipping options for when you make an order online would be great. I dont trust DHL/postnord with my packages and would like to be able to pick/pay for other/better services.
