You’d think a company would know that false advertisement is illegal. My “fully functional” phone can’t be used for calls unless it’s on speaker because the ear speaker doesn’t work when I’m on call. I also can’t listen to music, or anything else for that matter, through earphones because it just plays out loud. They tried to tell me that sometimes testing doesn’t show faults, I doubt it’s tested as these are two BIG faults. Absolute scammers, don’t bother buying from here.

I ordered my sons phone well over a month ago and did not ever receive it so in the end cancelled it and asked for a refund that I was told would be in two weeks as taking longer because of the virus, but the refund was not given then told by the 1st of June and still not in the today told by the 10th of June and as this is what my son with learning disabilities has paid for and over £400 hundred pounds I just can’t let it go and not sure this company is a scam so please people go else where!

Absolutely terrible experience first ordered a phone which they advertised as in stock, waited 3 weeks and wasn’t delivered. Cancelled order have now been waiting nearly 4 weeks for my refund I suggest you avoid this company
Also there is no telephone number all customer service is via email avoid this company

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! it is not worth it I promise you! Their devices don't work in the first place!!! I understand the current circumstances we are under but this is unacceptable. I have waited too long for my refund and I am starting to think this is a scam! I bought the iPhone X on 24th March. It was faulty! So I returned it on 30th March after trying to resolve the issues with them, but they were useless. My device was confirmed as received on 6th April. I was told I would receive my refund within 14 days. LIES. I was then told to wait until 15th May. LIES. They have now extended the delivery date once again!!! This is a scam!!!!!!!! Give me my money back. Never will I ever use such an awful service.

“Do NOT BUY”
They are cheating with customers. I bought iPhone 6s and said good condition. Battery is not good at all. It lasts for five minutes. Now I can use phone while charging. My advise to everyone not to buy from them.

I bought an iphone 7 plus from this company, after being reassured by the positive reviews on a certain site. I can now see these positive reviews aren't real, the real reviews are similar experiences to my own. They cleverly populate the feed with positive reviews 24/7 pushing down the negative ones whilst upping their overall score.
I had no updates from this company after purchase, when they missed the delivery windows twice, I got the exact same automated reply each time I emailed, saying delivery would be the following week. I smelt a rat and starting doing some research. I wrote an official cancellation of the purchase, which they agreed too. They set a date of almost a month to complete my refund, I'm told this isn't legal. I have read many people like myself have never received their refunds. I've been forced to get my money back through the bank.
It appears this company is advertising mobile phones they simply don't have. Most like me don't get there orders fulfilled, but if you read the real reviews many have been sent broken phones, then the company blame the customer for damaging it and fleece them again.
Avoid at all cost, the worst company I've ever encountered, I feel like a fool for falling for the empty guarantees plastered all over their website, they're crooks pure and simple.

DO. NOT. BUY. please do not. Before buying check fb group quick mobile experience and issues. We are a thousand people who experience issues with them. Never got order sent, money not refunded. Over 1000 people are complaining and THEY REFUSE TO REFUND SOME NHS STAFF.

Irised ID 282135 This is an authentic review. I bought a phone from Quick Mobile Fix for £349.99. The phone I received from them was faulty and I sent it back to them after 5 days asking for an exchange or a refund. I have still received neither 6 weeks later. There are thousands of complaints against this company. Avoid at all costs.

Quite simply I am 54 yrs old my family I would estimate order/buy more items on the internet than 95% of the population, from Vapes to vacuum cleaners, tv’s clothes food, wine and plenty electrical goods you name it but I have never,I repeat never had as bad an experience or even close to it than with this company So appalling I’m still not convinced they are real however if takes till my dying day I will find out and bring them to heel.
Seriously nobody would believe it possible unless I provided the ongoing email trail since I paid approx £400 for a refurbished mobile phone 7/8 weeks ago - but should anyone provide me a bonafide reason for doing so I’ll happily oblige particularly if from the fake/real (unsure still that’s how bad) company itself would happily discuss on phone, in person (at a distance of course) or in small claims court which is where this will be heading.

Purchased iPhone 8 and it had a faulty camera. Sent back for repair and they said it arrived with a smashed screen which they blamed me for causing. They said that meant the 1 year warranty was now voided and wanted another £270 to repair phone. I refused as I knew the phone was in perfect condition when i sent it back except for faulty camera and I had sent it back in exactly the same packaging that they sent it to me in and with the carrier they recommended.
They then sent me back a badly smashed phone that looks like it has been tampered with. I am £265 out of pocket and very angry especially as I have seen on various review sites that other people have had a similar experience.

Ordered a phone for my son (he used his birthday money). 2 weeks and no phone. Chased and was told it would be anothetb7 days. Waited another week and still no phone. Cancelled the order and was told 14 working days for a refund. 20 days later and still no refund. I have. Ow been told I will have to wait until July. Absolute con.

DO NOT DI BUSINESS WITH THIS THIEVING COMPANY. It isn’t worth the punt hoping you with get what you have paid for.
Ordered phone 26/02/20, standard delivery time and thought nothing of it. Delivery day can and went with no update from QFM. chasing email sent QFM responded with the QA excuse. I gave them the benefit of doubt and waiting some more during which time I read the reviews and alarm bells rang as the excuses used all had similar theme.
I eventually cancelled my order and was advised I’d get my refund in 14 working days. QFM again didn’t make that promise and after several emails have now said refund won’t be processed until May 14th.
QFM have broken every promise to deliver and refund me my money. They don’t have the decency to inform of delay and are trying to extend the time past 90 days for people to dispute the transaction via their card provider.
I have escalated to my card provider and trading standards.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!

This company is shockingly bad. Making poor excuses every time I ask for exact answer. They have supplied flawed phone and it meant to be in pristine condition - the phone was returned immediately and since then they are making really pathetic excuses for phone not be refunded due to coronavirus and phone was returned much earlier then Covid19 outbreak... I’m still fighting to get my refund and it was purchased via Dividebuy - I will be probably paying for device that is it physically with me... no is going to comment this. If you’re considering purchasing ANYTHING from them, please think more than twice.

It didn’t come at all because after 2 months of waiting I decided to get a refund which then they told me was going to take a month from when I originally got my refund confirmed. However, it say refunds take 14 working days but apparently not
