Contacted Peter Dickson for a puppy, he told me he was in New Jersey but could ship the puppy to me in Detroit, he wanted half down on the puppy(200.00) plus (100.00) for shipping. I paid him through Cash App. 300.00 usd. He sent me a contract to pay him a balance of 200.00 usd when the puppy arrives, I signed and returned the contract . The next morning he sent me a tracking number to the website above. “ Propetshippingexpress.com” contacted me, the guy had a very strong Indian accent, he relayed to me that my shipment was grounded until I pay 600.00 usd for insurance. I tried calling Peter but he would only text not talk. I asked him to explain why he never told me of the 600.00 insurance charge, he told me to pay and they will refund me when the puppy arrives , I said you still own the puppy, you pay them and let them refund you when the puppy arrives. I asked for a refund, he refused, the shippers also refuse to answer calls or live text. I think this Peter person and this fraudulent shipping operation are all in on the scheme.
