Ordered a bouquet of roses for my daughter on Valentine's Day. They wilted within two days of arrival. When I contacted pro flowers they promised to redeliver so I rescheduled. Nothing was delivered.Their excuse was that they were no longer delivering that arrangement in Madison Wisconsin. I have contacted them again to find out when the replacement delivery will be but they are ignoring me.

Ordered flowers for funeral on FRIDAY for same day delivery! They took my $ and NEVER sent the flowers! Had to email and call numerous times before they would even ADMIT they hadn't been sent! Place three orders from Proflowers for Feb. 12th for Valentine's Day. Delivered two but not third. Called customer service which ppl from India has that dept. I could not understand anything this person was saying. NEED PPL THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH ESPECIALLY HANDLING ISSUES. Ordered a dozen Roses for my wife for Valentine's Day a day an a half before Valentine's Day. Price I thought was high for a plain bouquet of roses. My wife works for a high School so I thought I would send some flowers to surprise her. I could have bought the same flowers at Safeway for $40.00, but Pro flowers were a hefty $128.00 with tax, but I needed them delivered. They were "Not" delivered. I called around 7 or 8 times and got disconnected 5 times. The other times I was on hold for maybe a half hour until I gave up and hung up! When I finally got ahold of someone the next day it was someone in Asia that was unapologetic and said they tried to call me which was a lie, and that they had a mix up. They couldn't deliver today because it was Saturday and the school was closed! I told her I changed the address to our home address last night so my wife would hopefully get them today a day later. By the afternoon the next day nothing! I cancelled the order and received no apology, or coupons, or flowers, or nothing! Never again will I use Pro flowers!

The dozen roses I had delivered today was such an embarrasment. I work with my wife and I threw them into the dumpster beacuse I was embarrased to give them to her. I spent $100 on this and I will now have to buy them again omw home. They came in a box all wrapped up, scrunched up and depressing looking by a UPS delivery guy wtf.... Never again from this company!

My mom didnt receive her flowers on Feb 13 and I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes four different times. I asked to speak to a Manager and they always would say give me two minutes and 30 minutes later I hung up.

To say that I was disappointed and embarrassed.... oh ya! I bought a Groupon for ProFlowers. Beware they add crazy delivery charges... care charge.... blah blah... My total purchase price of almost $70 looked like a $5 bunch from a gas station! Most of the flowers were either wilted or petals were scarred. I've added a photo....

I ordered flowers the 5th of February with a delivery on the 13th. My flowers do not show up. When I call they say, " Oh, we can deliver on the 18th." I do not need them then. Poor customer service. If anything I would've appreciated a call beforehand.

My daughter always buys me flowers from ProFlowers every time there's a problem the flowers are either dying close to dying in really bad shape and when you call customer service you might as well be talking to a wall cuz you don't get no answer FTD needs to release ProFlowers from their companies because it's a horrible company that products are horrible the photos you see I just received those from my daughter for Valentine's Day on Saturday February 15th 2020 picture taken Saturday February 15th 2020 I wouldn't send those flowers to a funeral

My 91-year-old mother Was supposed to be delivered flowers On 02-12-2020 and they never were delivered. After I did all the research I realized they stated it was damaged. No response no follow-up no phone calls, no nothing. I called them and their phone number went to a busy Tone. They did the same thing to my office manager with her mother. I also emailed them numerous times, Then finally I got an email and stated they would take $10 off the next purchase. The next purchase? Seriously? Again still no response today from them. I told him I wanted the flowers delivered and my money back if they wanted to continue my business. All I hear is crickets. If this happened to me in my office manager in a town of 5500, I wonder who else they screwed over?

I ordered flowers for my wife on february 2nd for delivery on February 10th. The flowers were never delivered and when called they made no explanation as to why. I will never use this company again and do not recommend them. You cannot understand their customer service people..English is not their first language. I will stick with calling local florists directly.

I received the "lucky in love bouquet" on Valentines Day. Nice box but garbage inside. I was embarrassed, I felt bad that my son got ripped off. The tag said that there was a vase. No vase, it probably would have been broken anyway.

This place is a scam.. My husband had flowers delivered to me to my job on Valentines Day, all of my coworkers gathered as I opened my gift, and to my surprised I opened up a box with brownish flowers some were half dead hanging on for dear life. Not only was it embarrassing but my husband paid $200 for roses and a lavender basket! Stay away from this janky place!

Flowers arrived frozen on Valentine's Day and literally died that same night, even though the "directions" they sent were followed exactly. The flowers were for my mother who is grieving my father's death. Valentine's Day was his birthday and he always sent her sweetheart roses for V-Day even though it was his birthday. Not only was it a huge waste of money, the dead flowers did the OPPOSITE of what they were supposed to do and just reminded my mother of my father's death. I reached out to ProFlowers multiple times with no response. They don't answer their phone and don't respond to email. I send flowers all the time with great experiences. This is the first and last time I will use ProFlowers. All they had to do was respond, but they didn't. Save your money and use a different service. This company is horrible, doesn't deliver flowers when they promise to, and lies constantly. I ordered flowers for my mother on 2/10/20 for Valentine's Day, as I do every year since her husband died, I was promised a 2/13/20 delivery date. They not only didn't show up on Wednesday, so I called and was told they'd arrive on Valentine's Day 2/14/20. Second promise broken. They still did not arrive. I call again on 2/15/20, and was given a refund, which I deserve because their company did NOTHING they said they would, but I just wanted my mother to get her Valentine's Day flowers. They said that's not possible. A flower company says they can't still send my mother flowers, which she deserves. They care NOTHING for the customer. Don't order from them!!

Ordered 12 days before Valentine's Day and order was to be delivered by 6:00pm. Wife never received and I called and finally got through after a 45 minute wait on the phone. Rep called florist and said they would deliver to home address by 9:00pm. Of course no delivery and I have been waiting on hold for 45 minutes and still no answer. Thanks for nothing Proflowers...not reliable and will not use again.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers on Feb 3rd, a stargazer & lilies bouquet, the one they actually use as a cover for their website. He asked for them to be delivered on the 13th (hoping to avoid the 14th rush and error proofing his order). He ordered on the 3rd, I didn't get anything the 13th or the 14th. He called on the 14th and asked what happened. They told him that they didn't know and they would get something out to me on the 18th. So I got a dozen 1/2 dead roses delivered on the 19th, in a chipped vase and I must say that the lack of care was extremely obvious on ProFlowers end. Nothing Pro about what I got. Oh and I should mention that one of the roses was so bad it had to be thrown in the trash. Shame on you! Pathetic. My guy would never allow delivered flowers to be my only gift, but others do. They're expensive and when you pay $35.00 for delivery alone you better make it right! He called and attempted multiple times to get them to fix this and this was their version of fixing. :( Don't even ask about a refund, they'll offer you $0.48 cents!

I ordered 18 long stemmed roses 3 full days before Valentines day. Late on the night of Valentines, the flowers had not arrived, I got no notice by email or phone, and no one was answering the ProFlowers number. It was only on the day after Valentines that i was able to reach someone to cancel my order. They said the could deliver by the 18th -4 days after Valentines day. I will never order anything from this company again. I picked them originally because their name popped up first on a google search.
