My phone case is lovely I’m very happy and would definitely recommend the product (iPhone X suitcase phone case w/stickers). Slight discrepancy with a customs charge as it was my understanding the delivery and shipping was free/included (unbeknown to me this did not include customs), and in any case I believe my item should have been under the UK customs threshold, but after contacting the team through their Instagram and explaining this we was able to come to a resolution which to me demonstrates they are customer focused and reliable.
