Plan to fly my wife and daughter to Florida. Trip canceled due to current pandemic. My older daughter was traveling on the same flight. She booked directly with American Airlines, I used priceline. She received 100% refund for her flight. Priceline offer credit to fly later. Not considerate under the current national state of emergency. Will go directly to airlines in the future

Price line does not even deserve a 1 star. During this horrific time in the world you can not reach them by phone or any other means. The US has said no traveling and my destination will not let you in. Priceline is no where to be found to help resolve my issues. Will NEVER use them again and will recommend every one to do the same.

Do not waste your time and book a hotel through these corporation. They are not concerned about you well being at all. After booking a hotel through them I asked for a refund because I could finally come back to my home after having my septic tank pumped. Chase was his name he is a supervisor! Please fire him immediately but I'm sure nothing will be done. Look at all the crappy reviews!!!!!

Absolute theft. Reservation made for car rental in July 2019 for April 2020. Reservations not refundable regardless of the Corona Virus. Priceline walks with thousands of customers money without rendering any service. Exploitation of the virus killing Americans all over the country. I will NEVER use Priceline again. May all their greedy self serving executive officers catch the Corona Virus and kick the bucket.

I didn't realize Priceline went down the crapper before I recently booked a room in Treasure Island in Vegas.
Originally, the bookings terms stated that I had 3 days before arrival to cancel. A week after I made the res, I realized I could save $75 by canceling and re-booking the same res. I did NOT realize Priceline removed the 3 day cancellation policy on the new booking. Now, my sales meeting has been canceled because of the Corona virus and Priceline is screwing me on my reservation. They do not answer the phone.
Bunch of $#*!s.

I used this company for the first time to rent a car while visiting my mother after flying from Maine to Florida There was never a clear understanding about changing my date of reservation or getting no reschedule or refund if I changed my dates to travel. There is National Emergency for the Corona Virus right now forcing us to change our trip dates and if we go now we could potentially infect my 81 year old Mother. They refused to change the date and said they are sorry. Sad sad and shame on them. I will never do business with this company again and be sure to make sure everyone hears this story. Shame on Priceline.

Priceline is quick to grab people's money but when you have an issue for them to take care of, they put you on hold for 8 or 9 hours
This is unbearable

I tried to book a five star hotel with Priceline, but I thought it would be fun to russian-roulette it and get one of 3 five-star hotels in Vegas. They gave me three choices, The Palazzo, The Aria and the Venetian. After trying to get one of these I ended up with a three star hotel 20 minutes from the Strip. I called them and tried to tell them it was a mistake on their end, but they told me that it was non refundable and that they "understand where I was coming from". Seeing as I am going out of town and would only be there for one night, I though it would be okay, but then my card was charged yet again! I looked and now I have two reservations for the same night in a two star and a three star hotel respectively. I guess when you combine them you get 5 stars! I called again and they told me there was nothing they can do and that they confirmed there are two contracts from me and I would not be able to do anything about either.

My husband and I are just so thrilled with our recent experience with Priceline! People, don't even bother reading negative reviews, because we couldn't have had a better experience!! We can only imagine how hard this time has been with all the grumpy, disappointed travellers due to the COVID19 issues, but we were handled efficiently, and compassionately from start to finish. When they say they will call back, they honour that commitment! Priceline, you've got fans of us, and we will recommend you to our large personal and professional contact list.

Companies that take advantage of you during time of world crisis are scumbags that do not deserve our business. Do not book through Priceline.

I have nothing but good things to say about Priceline. Was due to fly out on the 15/3/20 and I was able to cancel the package I had booked of a vehicle and car due to the virus outbreak 1 day before I was due to depart (held on as long as I needed but the news got worse by the day). First the hotel then a few days later I called back to cancel the vehicle, agent was totally understanding and helpful and made the whole process stress free. Both refunds came 4 days after each phone call and fully reimbursed. Will rebook again when the time allows. Regards, Happy customer all the way from New Zealand

No sympathy nothing during the middle of the covid 19 breakout. Thanks for charging me full price for a flight that I couldn't take and would have trapped me in California. No option of a change of date or partial refund. Enjoy your money you're stealing from people affected by this. I hope you go bankrupt corporate middleman business.

I had booked a hotel stay in St. Louis but then tested positive for the coronavirus in Colorado. Priceline refused to refund my money. The alternative could have been me showing up to the hotel anyway and spreading the highly contagious virus all over the place (my symptoms are mild but I am positive) but Priceline doesn't care about the community. They care about money and lining their pockets. My customer service agent, Emma, was extremely RUDE. Horrible human. Emma....chat agent on the morning of 3-13-20, needs to be fired. It's bad enough I'm sick and then she is rude as could possibly be and actually disconnected the chat even though I wasn't finished. I waited 149 minutes to speak with a human. Condescending woman. Hardly decent customer service.

I booked a car rental through them for thrifty for the weekend of 3/20-3/22. I even purchased the extra insurance online. My trip was cancelled due to the corona virus and they told me my trip was non-refundable and non-changeable. I tried to cancel well in advance of my trip. You would think a company like this would be willing to either refund or allow you to use your reservation at a future date. They are taking advantage of people in a time of crisis. Taking your money and giving you nothing in return. I will NEVER use Priceline again!

I went on priceline to purchase a ticket for my daughter to come home this morning. After I filled in all the billing and submitted, it gave me a window with a spinner that said I had just booked my flight. Then a message that I had to correct my paasenger info. I couldn't find any itinerary info and then I looked in my account and they had charged me for a ticket but not booked me one. When I called in they said there was no longer that ticket available and they would return my money in 24-48 hours. They refused to transfer me to billing to fix this today. Told me to call my bank. I've never had anything like this happen. They got the money I need to book my daughter's ticket. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Booked a car through Priceline. The event was cancelled, my trip is cancelled. It is March 24. When I call there is a recording that they are taking care of customers who have rentals in the next 72 hours. I figure by the time I'm actually able to talk with a live person it will be too late to do anything and I lose the $217.04. I get that they have a policy of no refunds but this virus is an international crisis and provisions should be made to help their customers. My guess if Priceline will lose a lot of business over this. They certainly lost mine.

Pre-rented a car through priceline and had a reservation assigned to Advantage rental cars. Was talked in to an upgrade at Advantage desk in Denver after I agreed and paid advantage they said SORRY we can't apply any amount you paid to priceline if you change your reservation. So basically priceline screws you and Advantage screws you by talking you into an upgrade and then charges full amount with no credit for what has already been paid to priceline. Bend over and take it or avoid priceline.com

Worst possible company. Coronavirus is shutting down endless events, schools, venues, etx... Priceline says you are SOL as they have a no refund policy. Coronavirus is not their fault.

I am very disappointed in priceline due to the fact that I have hotel reservations for Friday, March 20, 2020 and was unable to cancel after being advised that there was a travel ban Due to the coronavirus reached out customer service advised this is out of my control was offered a 5% discount was all they can do stated the cancellation could not be granted due to their policy even in the emergency situation which is out of my control

In the listing for hotel the add posted fee cancellation. I always look for this. We book upwards of 60 hotel stays per year. Once the reservation was confirmed the policy stated no cancellation on express deals. I had no idea it was "express deal". Stay away from Priceline. They will agree to cancel then claim you will receive a cancellation fee matching to cost of your booking
I would somewhat understand if I was attempting a last minute booking. However I was booking for a room 2 months in advance.
