When we first heard of them we we're iffy too but decided to try them and was amazed, we've been going to them for a lot
We have bought from Parts Geek more then once and I'll tell ya they have great products that are normally a little cheaper then in store and great quality, their shipping says 7 to 10 days normally but order something Friday and we normally have it come Monday or Tuesday. We LOVE THEM and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Working on a '96 Lexus ES300. Ordered two control arm kits and drive axles. Parts came and I got started. 1/2 installed when I realize I'm missing a ball joint. Called the 800 number and swam through their automated menus to finally reach a person. Explained my problem. CS Rep requires that I send the stuff back instead of just sending me the missing part. Stupid people with a stupid policy. Be careful ordering from these guys!

They sent mother wrong part with the right sticker on it. A left hood hinge instead of a right hid hinge. It took three days of pictures notes and bull$#*! before I could try to return the part at UPS. The cost of shipping was only a few bucks less
Than what I payed for the part and shipping to start with. In the end it was a good chunk of wasted time and money. I will never use this company again.

Sent me a rebuild Steering rack. Showed up with a damaged fitting and hydraulic tubing was crushed. Had to repair it myself because of time constraints. If that wasn't bad enough, they stiffed me for the core charge. They will keep your core money. This is the worst parts company ever. Customer service is even worse. You will be dismissed as soon as they hear they owe you something.

I ordered a direct ignition cassette for a Saab 9-5, which when installed, the car would not start. Put old one back in and car started. Swapped them again with same result. New part also made a peculiar smell while trying to start the car. So, I'm out nearly $200, and can't return it as it's electrics/electronics. I'm stuck with a defective new part.

I ordered a new transmitter key fob. They sent me a key fob case, no electronics inside. They do sell both items. The complete transmitter costs about $22. The case only is about $10.50. They refuse to make it right. Very disappointed. Stick with amazon, never have an issue getting things corrected.

Ordered a driveshaft from Parts Geek. Two days later an empty box arrived. So far, Parts Geek has done exactly nothing to make this right, and have instead given me excuse after excuse as to why they can't issue a refund for something I paid for but never received. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

I returned a part purchased from Auto Parts Geek using their required RMA number but never received my refund of $333.90. They were contacted about this problem immediately and stated that they had returned my refund to eBay. When eBay was contacted they declined responsibility and said my problem remained with the Seller. I won't use either Auto Parts Geek or eBay again. You are risking your money!

They are scammers. Ordered 2 hood grills and all the plastic brackets broke during installation. Product came assembled already with no instructions manual. They won't refund or replace
The product, stating that I incorrectly installed it and told me I should have gone to a repair shop, totally underestimating my capabilities. I have done very difficult jobs in my car, including transmission, brakes, etc, so I am very capable. These are scammers. They sell you flawed parts and keep your money. BUYERS BE AWARE!

Partsgeek.com will scam you. They FALSE ADVERTISE EVERYTHING. They can't be trusted. Horrible customer service. I bought pads&rotors from them for $50 they claimed the parts would last a very long time and so on, well i now have to buy all new pads and rotors AGAIN all because they wanted a quick buck from me.
I bought the pads and rotors in july and August of this year. If you want parts that are built to last, go to autozone NOT partsgeek.

Purchased Dodge Journey Headlight and received the wrong headlight. After contacting customer service on 4 different occasions, being put on hold multiple times and being told someone would get back to me in 24hrs I received nothing! Did get a email wanting pictures of the box and headlamp not sure why? I was told I can not return it as it is beyond the 30 days. The absolute worst customer service! Also found replacement lamp at www.carparts.com $100 less which adds insult to injury! Don't do business with the company.

They pulled money from my bank account for an order, and then sent me an email stating how i needed to send a copy of my drivers license if i wanted to get the products id ordered. That sounds like a scam to me. Dont trust this website for ordering your parts. I even called in to make the original order and was disappointed in how their representative knew less about what came in the kit than i did. Dont bother calling in expecting quality advise.

Their website said it was garunteed to fit and it wasn't even close. After spending over an hour on the phone trying to get throug to them and after being hung up on 3 times I was finally able to speak to someone but that made it even more frustrating. He just kept repeating the same thing, "we cant do anything for you". Their mistake and im screwed with losing $100. Wil NEVER EVER do business with them again! BEWARE of these scammers!

Never again. Truck is down. They advertise a good inexpensive alternator. Wrong one shows up. The don't pay for return shipping even if it's the wrong part, unless you want to wait til they investigate, could be two weeks. Meanwhile I'm down. What should have cost $174 now is costing me 400. Had to order a more expensive one locally, pay for the return of the wrong one, of course I have to wait for the refund so who the hell knows when that will happen. Buy local folks.

I ordered a flywheel and was sent a FedEx tracking number on Wednesday PM July 1st. Knowing that Friday is a holiday (observance of July 4th on July 3rd) I made sure I placed the order so the holiday would have little effect on my delivery. My part sat there for FOUR days until finally was scanned by FedEx the first time Sunday PM. They can't use the holiday excuse. Somebody took off mentally or physically early for the 4th and screwed me on my car repairs. Bad business

Needed two calipers parts came quickly as ordered took three days from MA To IN . Then went to return cores bump bump Bah.... jumped through all their hoops . Tracking number shows delivered. Now two weeks later nothing called to inquire they claim they haven't received anything? I have filed complaints with USPS . Guess we'll see ?? Not worth the 20$ you save on each part . Oh and by the way return core and returns period are on you ! Not a fan

Received a defective part. Applied for a RMA only to find out that they don't cover the cost of shipping even when their parts are defective right out of the box. What would cost them maybe $24 to ship back to their warehouse would end up costing me $80 via the USPS. Hell, I would have even paid the $24 but now I am stuck with a $100 part that I cant use. Never again with this company. They don't stand behind their merchandise. Hell, one star is too generous.

I received the order wrong. I made my return request online, where they said that in 4 to 5 days I will receive an email with RMA #. Then call for 5 consecutive days waiting for someone to answer the phone to find out if they have the correct part that I need, otherwise look elsewhere ... they never answered the phone and after 13 minutes of waiting they cut off your call.
Their customer service is really poor. I will never buy from them again!

Not a human available to do anything but take your money. Core return will cost you half in return shipping. Enough must follow rules for returning cores they could literally make any excuse to deny payment.
Have a question that "help" doesn't address???
"Well too damn bad."
'We will never chat or talk to you in person... ever!!!"
Just buy your part local because it will end up costing you the same in the end.
Never, ever, NEVER again.

I Purchased a 3rd brake light for my Ranger, and although the item arrived in a shipping box that had no dents, tears, scuffs etc, the brake light inside had a hair-line crack (see photos). Returning the item was hassle-free, HOWEVER, I paid $68.96 for the item w/tax, and only received $65.01 back. PLUS - I had to pay for return shipping, tracking, and insurance. Total loss of $16.95 for an item Parts Geek shipped in flawed condition. NOT the way to generate repeat business...

I bought an AC kit from Parts Geek specifically for my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It cost me over $200 but I didn't complain but they sent me all the wrong parts for my car, but a single one fit at all. When I asked to refund the parts they said they will not compensate any money for sending the parts back to them for my refund. I used the cheapest shipping option possible and it still cost me $84 to send back their parts that they got wrong. Worst company imaginable DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I learned the hard way and now have to take them to small claims court, they take your money and send out defective products. Twice. Then they don't refund you, blaming it on their shipper. Don't buy here

Bought a Brake booster for my Toyota from Parts Geek. Took 8 days to get it when they state "Ships in 1-2 days". When part does show up (4 times longer then they advertise)I get a undamaged box with a damaged brake booster inside. NowParts Geek offers a return program. It states " no matter who's at fault, customer pays return shipping " then they they add "recommend insuring item to be returned" Seriously. You mother F_ _kers.
brake booster is smashed on one side & one of two attachment bolts is bent.
