I agree with the majority here. Partsgeek is a terrible company to do business with. I wish I would of researched the company before I purchased their products.

It may be partly my fault I didn't noticed their outrageous shipping charges. they fool you into a low price just to stick you 200 % markup on shipping. shameful old way of doing business.
shop around your part number, you'll get a much better price , including shipping from many companies.

Don't deal with these clowns. A total rip off and aggravation no help at all. They send me the wrong tail light assembly and they would not accept the return past 30 days. What difference does it make. Not like I changed my mind, they sent wrong part and it took me longer than 30 days to try and put it on.

I ordered a pair of hard to find windshield wipers for my Subaru. They took 5 days to get here, arrived in a plastic bag and inside both factory packets were ripped open, and adapters were missing. Its not worth returning, so into the trash it went. Nasty cut rate outfit - never again. Give this website a wide berth!

I paid them to ship my parts UPS overnight. I got half my parts over a week later and the rest was sent to the Post Office and I had to drive 20 miles to pick them up. Their service department said that they had no control over how parts were shipped even though they took my money to ship overnight. These guys are the worst. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional hacks!

Terrible customer service even spoke to manager Anthony who assured me an answer to my missing parts a month later still no replies piss poor service. After reading the reviews on this company I see why everybody seem to have an issue I recommend you buy local universe cost you twice as much money because I never did get my parts it's been six weeks now they don't seem to care once I get your money you're done just ask Anthony!!!

My daughter wrecked her car I had her as part of learning order the parts to replace it. Unfortunately we ordered from parts geek it cost half as much to ship as it did for the parts themselves shipping is a rip-off here. Two parts were short because the box that they all came in was horribly wrapped. We called they were rude but submitted a claim to UPS. they told us it would be up to 30 days for UPS to complete their investigation. I asked if they would cancel those two items and give me my money back and they could deal with UPS take the parts back. They flatly refused my daughter. They hung up on her gave her a run around and we're generally rude and abusive to a sixteen-year-old. I called and told them I had stopped payment via the credit card company and they could work it out with the credit card company that they would I would hold their money up to 90 days.
Absolutely horrible company never do business with them as hundreds of people seem to have found out.

Received damaged wheel for Subaru Forester and received RMA quickly. BUT BEWARE: Buyer is responsible for return shipping regardless of who is at fault. Shipping is cross country and will cost more to return than the item is worth. What started off as a good purchasing experience has ended in "I will never buy anything from Parts Geek again".

I ordered a power steering rack for my Ford 2009 F-150. The price was great but it did not last. I have been trying to contact customer service all morning. I was disconnected once. Don't waste your time, energy or money. Look at their reviews and it will tell you everything.

I called to order specific parts , and was assured i was getting what i needed. Well exactly one week later the parts arrive, but both parts are the exact same with different part numbers. I specifically told the guy who took my order i needed 1 driver side lower rearward control arm and 1 passenger side lower rearward control arm. Due to their mistake im still waiting for my front end to be fixed.

I ordered an alternator for my bmw. They sent me the wrong one. They charged me to ship it back they offer no exchanges like giving me the right one they were supposed to in the first place. It's been two weeks since I've returned it. I have not received my money and have not been contacted. I would not recommend this site to anyone! I can't believe they r still in business! I ordered CHEVY parts, got sent FORD parts. I double checked my order before I submitted it, and after it arrived checked again to make sure I didn't goof up. Filled out a form for the RMA #, it came in an email the next day. I thought, well this isn't too bad. WRONG!! $162 to ship back an $118 dollar part. What kind of Legit Business refuses to pay for return shipping? NO ONE - that's who. Never, and I mean NEVER order from this place.

I ordered exhaust for my Honda Pilot. Everything was processed the next day. The tracking order for UPS was bogus. I attempted to call their "CUSTOMER SERVICE" After being on hold for an absolute unacceptable amount of time, I was greeted by the RUDEST and uncaring person I had ever spoke with. I got no help and ask to be transferred to a supervisor. That's when I met Dwayne. Dwayne must be a trainer because he is just as rude and unhelpful as the rest!! I was told that UPS damaged the exhaust and returned it without delivering it to me??? Needless to say I had to file a dispute with the credit card company to be refunded! Can I give 0 stars?

Website crashed several times, still took my money. I followed ALL prompts via their website to contact customer service and received NOTHING. After 20 minutes on hold I got a representative that HUNG UP ON ME after i mentioned they took money.
Im a college student who was just trying to find a replacement grille piece. Hope they enjoy my 25$ I lost after hours of searching for a DIY fix. Ive ordered one from Amazon with no problem but they didnt have the drivers side available this time. Wish they did.

19 days later and im still waiting for my money to be refunded. Im very disappointed with whoever is in the refund department, i shipped their part back at my own expense, i lost more than i gained. Never again will i shop with partsgeek or recommend them to anyone.

I bought some KYB shocks through PartsGeek.com. KYB's website says they have a lifetime warranty on shocks. KYB also directs you to contact who your purchased the shocks from for warranty service. PartsGeek would not service my warranty. Their response was short and rude, and they didn't leave the name of who responded to my warranty request.
Additionally, I went to review the broken part on their website. I left it a 1 star review, which they did not post. The only reviews they post to their website of the part are 5 star reviews to encourage them selling parts.
PartsGeek is only out to get your money.

Heater core arrived in an opened box, damaged,(both tanks dented). Shipping box had no damage at all. Obviously was shipped damaged. Return took almost 30 days! Little to no communication. Had to have eBay step in. Same Spectra heater core is available at AutoZone for $20 less. Would never buy ANYTHING from this company again!

Part was reasonably priced, and arrived quickly, but was the wrong one for my truck. That was not my fault, the website said it was the right one. One of the main connectors at the base of the steering column was different from the one they sent me. Rather than fight with a return, I was able to use my old clockspring connector by cutting it off and reattaching it to the partsgeek clockspring by soldering and heatshrinking the 6 separate wires (color coding was close, but not identical, but location in plug looked similar). It ended up working, but was a PITA. My original connector is on the right in the pictures, the PartsGeek connector is on left and was a different shape.

Partgeek is the worst parts dealer I have ever had to deal with I spend at least $1,000 a month on parts an I have never seen a company ship an empty box to a fed ex in pheniox arizona and they won't just return my money to me they said they have to contact the warehouse an find out the problem if I was you I would go spend a few more dollars an buy the part somewhere else Bc these people are a joke an don't need to be in business I can't beleive they have made it this long SHIPPED AN EMPTY BOX TO FED EX

I ordered a trunk lock for my Cadillac it was a GM lock but didn't fit my Cadillac I should have just thrown the money in the trash it was under $20 but the part was wrong just easier to eat it and never buy from them again I'm restoring the Cadillac and I'll just get my parts elsewhere they just want to fill the order with the wrong part don't use them stay away from them

Ordered a trailer hitch. I got one, just didn't fit the one I ordered because it had the holes for mounting beveled out, like it was welded different than the other side. When I called, they blamed me for ordering a part that fits a 8000# tow capacity vehicle when mine is rated at 5000# (the only rating for a Frontier) verified by the dealer. Told me I would have to pay for a replacement. I called my credit card company-- I didn't pay for it and not paying return shipping for something that was their fault to start with-- not including the pieces missing (1 bolt, 1 lock washer and three flat washers). It had been opened before.
