I read the other reviews before ordering from PAOM, and just assumed that they were flukes and everything ran smoothly. Boy, was I wrong. I ordered in November and was told I'd have to wait up to 6 weeks to receive, which I did. I was patient, and then after those 6 weeks elapsed and I hadn't heard anything, I reached back out. I was told my order had been shipped, was given a tracking number, and was told it would be there within 2 weeks. When I track the shipment, all it says is 'pre-shipment,' which means they just printed out the shipping label lol. I was also told I had already been refunded 10% for the inconvenience, however that is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND on my card or bank statement, so yet another lie. Still, I waited patiently, and nothing. Then I reached out and no one responded. I have reached out again, and have heard nothing.
I don't know what the f*** is wrong with these people but they are severely unorganized and I feel as though I have basically just been scammed. I have never experienced something like this before. I am upset. I am not made of money, and I feel really disrespected, like they essentially stole my money, which is what they have done since I have not received a thing.
I never write reviews, ever. But I felt really compelled to because I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. Even if it seems cool, please, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. You will never receive it, be treated like s***.
What a horrible, disgusting company. Please, if you're reading this, don't order anything, it is like throwing your money in the toilet.

I had similar issues with P. A. O. M. as many other customers stated in earlier reviews. The customer service is non-existent, their estimate lead time is already long (yet, for some reason they still can't produce the product in time) and the product arrived completely different from what they had described. I had a bandana made that was supposed to be printed on both sides (stated in their description) but unfortunately it was printed on one. The material used for the bandana was of poor quality. This is upsetting because their rates are higher than most in the same field of production. Their terms and conditions state that if the product arrives not as described than we are obligated to return it. Yet, this custom product was a gift for a friend. Can't ask them to return it now can I?
Bottom line:
Avoid P. A. O. M.

Terrible costumer service.
Contacted them 4 times following my order and no one ever answered.
I finally received my order (4 weeks later than expected).
The fabric used for the dress is not pretty at all. Looks like a potato sack.
Don't buy from them.

So disappointing. Feel like I was robbed by these clowns.
Like so many others - I've had a terrible experience with PAOM.
2 months to deliver. Shocking lack of customer communication.
TRASH end product. Super low-resolution, rubbish quality print. Going in the trash.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

I ordered a linen shirt. The cut and fit were great. Nice attention to detail and decent sewing. Impressed! The printing on that material however is garbage. Muddy gross detail. I threw my order in the trash and obviously would suggest not using this service as there are no returns. The custom design feature on their website shows a vivid image that's clear. What I got was unrecognizable.
I also ordered pants that were made of very cheap polyester. Not great print either but otherwise acceptable. Maybe some of their products are ok but there is no warning about their website about linen looking blurry and gross.

I ordered a custom button down shirt in May of 2018. I was very patient and waited over a month before contacting customer service to check on the status of my order. Evelyn made herself out to be very nice and helpful, and we kept regular correspondence for about two months.
During this time, she told me first that the shirt was finished but they had forgotten to ship it. I waited about a week before asking for a shipping number. She told me she didn’t have one but assured me it was on its way. The status of my order on their website, however, indicated that the shirt had still not even been made.
I remained patient, expecting a custom product to take longer than usual. I continued emailing Evelyn, and she kept telling me that it was on its way. It was in mid August that I finally lost patience and told her that the occasion I had purchased the shirt for had passed. As there was no evidence of the shirt ever having been made, much less shipped, I asked for a refund. I was told by Evelyn that they do not offer refunds, even if I had not ever received the product I had paid $80 for. She offered me store credit, which I told her would not be satisfactory because I do not plan to order from PAOM again.
She never even replied to this last email, and as of July 2019 I have received neither shirt nor refund. I have not even received the store credit that was offered, which I would have used to create a shirt printed with the text of this review.
Do not buy anything from this store if you would not like to be scammed, stolen from, and lied to.

Accidentally ordered a size that's way too small in haste. Emailed as soon as I could with some "high priority" options they had available to upsize it. They completely understood and obliged, getting me the correct size.
AWESOME print quality but for some things, I would suggest going a size or 2 up, but I'm more than happy with what I received.
It was a design I made myself and so I just wish you had the ability to actually view the back side of the shirt and ensure a great print all around, which unfortunately led to the downfall of the back right shoulder looking a tad askew. Don't know why they can't have a back view like they do for the front. I even emailed about this issue and all they did was edit MY product and ONLY mine to say "The product is printed on both sides." No technical improvements, which was a lot more hilarious than it was disappointing I'll be honest.
All in all I am beyond excited at how things turned out and I am incredibly happy with what I've got. Fantastic customer service. I just wish they had a better interface to view ALL sides of an "all over print" product.

Took 5 weeks to deliver order despite their guarantee that orders will be shipped "within four weeks". After weeks of back-and-forth with their customer service team, they finally provided shipping information. Everything is made and shipped from China. The shirts were not what I ordered - design was supposed to be on only one side with a solid black back but instead was printed on both sides. For a totebag and two tshirts i paid $95 and waited 5 weeks only to receive items that were not made to specification. I just emailed them for a partial refund (the bag was fine) - we'll see what happens.

Really shady company in my opinion...I have been trying to ascertain from them how an item with my design on has managed to sell with no record of the sale and no payment to me (I know someone who bought it). I have enquired three times now and as yet no explanation...
I also purchased something myself a while back and the print quality was dreadful.

I have been trying to ascertain from PAOM how an item with one of my designs on has been sold without any record of the sale or payment to me (I know someone who bought the item). I have enquired twice to the email address I was given and have as yet received no reply.
I am actually inclined to think that the whole company is shady and they are taking advantage of people. The one time I bought something myself, with my own design on it,(to test how it looked) the print quality was terrible.

I have a fairly long history with PAOM. I want to love them, but I am severing my connections and this is why.
I was a PAOM collaborator, a winner of their endowment award, which was very exciting for me. I loved the idea of the company and thought it was such a cool opportunity to upload my artwork to clothing. When I received my pieces for the endowment award a few of them were defective. I didn't complain since they were free, I could edit out the misprints in model photographs and I was grateful for the opportunity.
Once I was advertising and people were buying my stuff, I was getting store credit instead of payments. When I switched to payments I noticed orders were no longer showing up, however people would say "I ordered this piece today, I'm so excited!" I would always have to contact the company and confront them. Seemed like the system was glitchy, but this was never fixed years later. Now it says I've never received any orders ever, and none continue to show up.
In a last attempt to use PAOM services, I decided the only way this will work is if I buy the pieces myself and sell them on my own website. I bought 90 pieces, 10 arrived defective. Before I wrote the company I wanted to double check the order quantities to make sure everything was there. My order receipt didn't exist. It wasn't in my email, of course it didn't show up in my PAOM account, because none of my sales ever show up there. So I had to remind the company a few times to send it to me while they were working with some website glitches.
Several weeks later I finally received my order receipt and the qtys were good, so I proceeded to try and replace the defective pieces. Colors were faded, there was missing detail, there were dark spots on yellow areas, dark ink smudges. I understand that stuff like this happens and I knew it was an inconvenience, but being rude doesn't help anything. So I had a cordial conversation with their customer service person, Evelyn, and she sent me the propper paper work to submit my return for replacements. I also checked with them about my royalties payment and they said November orders were due to go out in March. Long wait, but I was fine with it as long as it was going to happen.
A few days later out of no where, I get an email from the company's co founder Meredith Finkelstein. I am just going to go ahead and copy/paste our conversation here. Note I did not add or delete anything from our convo:
Meredith:
Hi Lorien
I see you have a massive return for over $1000 much of which we already paid you in royalties.
This is very disconcerting
Me:
Hi Meredith,
I have no record of PAOM paying me. I don't even know how or where to check my account payment info. When I reached out about payment Jesse Finkelstein said November order payments (when I ordered) go out March 20th. I have a collab star so I was told I should be getting a regular payout , but I have no idea if this is coming in via paypal, straight to my bank or at all? I signed up with my account so long ago and there is no place to check or change this info. When I click "download payment history" it says I have no orders yet. There is 0 evidence of any account activity/orders when I log into PAOM. There isn't anywhere to check my order receipts either.
I had to email you guys to ask for my receipt once I received my order to double check the quantities and I had to wait several weeks to receive the receipt. I ordered around 90 items, so I wanted to check my quantities before I sent an email about the defective pieces incase there was anything missing. I sent photos of the defective pieces to Evelyn and she sent me a return form. This is all very time consuming and I haven't had time to get to it yet, but yes I had 10 defective pieces still in their packaging that I was hoping to get replaced.
Any info/help regarding my royalty payments would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Lorien
Meredith:
Hey
Let me know if you want us to close your account -
Me:
Hello Meredith,
Close my account? No, I am just trying to get replacements for my defective items. And since you said I have already received royalties, do you have any record of these funds being sent to me, because I do not? I would really like to get this cleared up.
Lorien
Meredith:
How are they defective we really cannot do business like this
Me:
Meredith,
I already had this entire conversation with Evelyn and sent her photos. Mostly fabrics have stains, weird spots on yellow areas, a couple pieces were printed poorly and the colors were faded so there was missing detail. I bought these in bulk to resell, so I could not sell these at full price in my good conscience. Your responses feel very unprofessional and are confusing me. You are not answering any of my questions.
Meredith:
Can you send me the photos - For a return of this amount and from a collaborator no less is really unprecedented and has raised a lot of flags -
Me:
Meredith,
Keep in mind I ordered around 90 items, about 10 were defective. I wanted to get replacements after sending them back. Why is that unprecedented and flag raising? I already sent my photos and sorted this out with Evelyn. You are raising many red flags for me right now by not answering any of my questions regarding my royalties. At this point, due to you attitude I am nervous to send my items back because I worry you would not send replacements.
*attached photos of defective pieces*
-----
end of conversation. She never responded. Because Meredith said "I already received my royalties" and she wasn't answering any of my questions I got very worried and felt like she was messing with me. I felt like her behavior was very odd. If any was to be mad about the quantity of defective items, it should have been me, but I know that being rude doesn't help anything. I later emailed Evelyn with my royalty concerns 4 days ago and sent a follow up email and still no response. I'm not even concerned about my returns any more and now my main concern is receiving my royalties. They owe me $1369 minimum from my personal order and then I have no idea how many items people have bought before that that never showed up on my account page.

They were quite true to their production timeline and shipping estimates. I received my international order approximately 5 weeks from payment. I was really worried about getting the wrong size, so I sized up. Happy I did as the garments run incredibly small. Their measurement guides are pretty accurate, so make sure you check those. I'm an AU 10-12 on top and ordered an XL. It fits just right, with no tugging on the buttons, and is the perfect size along the shoulder seam. Normally I would order a M, so yeah — the sizing is a little off. The quality of the garment print is not as saturated as on their website, but I expected that from previous reviews. I haven't worn the item yet, so can't comment on the quality of the garment when worn or washed. Don't expect too much, order during a sale, and you'll be a happy camper!
