It's been over 2 weeks since my home furnace has not worked. It's also been under 50 degrees. I'm seventy years old and feel that this has been unfair and should have better response. I still don't know if or when the unit will be repaired. I would at least like to be informed of the repair schedule.

The dryer repair guy didn’t really fix the problem said it was a vent/duct problem and the duct guy says it’s a dryer problem. Just get the run around.

We are new home-owners, a few weeks ago end of Oct 2019 we had to place our 1st repair issue through ORHP. The initial call was easy to set up. The 1st guy dispatched out came but couldn't complete his job because he advised an "electrician" needed to come out and do something before he could proceed with completing his job. The Electrician came out and did NOT call the correct telephone # to notify us they were on their way. Because my son had to leave for work, he told my son if he left he would be able to wait for me because someone had to be home or he would leave. I cut every car on the road to make this call. Before my son left he called me one more time and asked me what the Electrician was supposed to do WHAT THE HECK! I don't know what he was dispatched out there for. I'm the customer, you should know BEFOR-HAND on what needs to be done.
When I arrived, he had everything closed up and told me that there was missing parts and he didn't know if it was covered. I placed a call to ORHP while he was still there (on speaker) and the ORHP rep asked me to hand the phone to him. He didn't even take the call and told me he had other appointments he needed to go to WTH!! I called the company he was dispatched from and voiced my dissatisfaction with them. Then I called ORHP and told them how rude he was and that we NEVER want him dispatched out to our house again.
I asked ORHP to break down the procedures when another "skilled" trade is dispatched out, they told me the 1st skilled trade will leave notes for the 2nd skilled trade but its clear someone dropped the ball because the Electrician didn't know why he was dispatched to my property.
Luckily my husband was in touch with the Heater technician and updated my husband on what the Electrician should have done. We have NO IDEA what the Electrician did when he arrived to my property. It was crystal clear the electrician clearly didn't follow instruction from the notes the Heater guy left. He totally did something else which had NOTHING to do with the issue we were having. So ORHP you paid for that Electrician's services and he didn't follow through.
Technicians should not be asking the home-owner what needs to be done especially if they were dispatched out by another technician. Detailed notes should be provided to the next technician. Homeowners should be fully informed in great detail on the current situation and what the next steps are until completion of the jobs.

I Called you because or gas water heater was not heating. I call Old Republic and they sent a repair man who said he had 33 yrs of
experience in the plumbing field. He said we needed a new water
heater or he would order the digital accessories attached to the
heater. I told him to order the accessories. he said ok. The next
day I got a call from Old Republic telling me the repairman said
he does not fix whirlpool water heater like mine. In the meantime
the next day I accidentally met a plumber in a store by my house
and told him the problem he told me to call my son at the house
and instructed him to reset a buttom near the bottom of the water
heater. The water heater pilot light and has been working since.
the Plumber said the repairman should have known about a reset
button instead of trying to rip me off for more money. I called Old
Republic and told them about this dishonest company.

We needed to contact Old Republic for a number of repairs. Each time the repair work was exemplary. From the filing of a claim to the timely response of the service people everything was excellent. The service people were knowledgeable and were able to determine the problem in a short amount of time. The call center staff was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. It explained clearly and in appropriate detail the steps involved in having repairs completed. Old Republic is a reliable company. We base our opinion on approximately 5 service claims in the first 5 months in our new home.

I didn’t like the need to put the plumber on the phone because the job was over $150. They are busy people and asking them things that are on the receipt seems unnecessary.
