They steal your money and will never respond to you after many attempts. They simply do not care.

I purchased a pair of sneakers, tracking says I received them however I did NOT. I've tried numerous times to contact them,they never respond. Either refund my money or give me the product.

I never knew anything about them but out of the blue I started getting e-mails from them about some kind of "credit" I had & better use it before it was gone. So I took a look...well that "credit" wasn't exactly what we think of credit, it was credit off of the wholesale price. Ok, I did place an order anyway. Totally wish I didn't! I got bed sheets set because my most comfy ones just ripped & the ones I got in this filthy (outside) bag I opened up with gloves on (we still have to be very careful) looked BEAUTIFUL, then after washing my hands & just feeling them, they even felt nice but taking a closer look...they were a TWIN size, I ordered a FULL size! Even the return slip inside said FULL! I'd tried to get in touch with Opensky twice already to ask some questions & only found a tracking number show up in my fedex account so called that company prior to getting these sheets. It's a good thing so I actually had someone to call. It sounded like his personal number but he gave me the customer service number to that company, the company who made the sheets. All they told me was that they'd request a refund, no other options because they were out of stock. I wrote back, asking about other colors, other sizes...bigger or course & never heard back from them. For over the next hour plus I went back to Opensky looking for sheets & this wasn't easy, nothing comparable to what I bought but there were many options at the time I bought them!
Interesting that today I got a message from Opensky talking about my item was delivered, even though my last message was clearly in that thread talking about the item I got was the wrong item!
They wrote back & said they'd send me a return label & not charge me for the shipping but I need to GO bring it to a UPS place within a certain time so I can get my refund. They apologized for not getting back to me sooner but had to prioritize the messages. Still didn't acknowledge the fact that my last message was about the wrong item! I responded about what is going on & my own situation being ill prior to the pandemic & I barely left my home but now I don't leave plus of course I shouldn't have to pay for shipping for an item I didn't purchase. They shouldn't be asking me to GO anywhere & should automatically offer UPS to come pick up their mistake. I was even more worried now if they were treating new customers like this, I wasn't sure about the new order I placed but waited for a response. This rep had responded quickly before but I waited & since she didn't respond, I sent another message asking to cancel the order I placed not even 12 hours ago.
I can't believe this is how this company treats their customers especially with everything that is going on. It's not that I could have been a customer but I'm a human being! To tell me to GO somewhere & the ONE thing that you are doing for me is NOT CHARGING me to send the wrong item back...WOW, thank you! Worst customer service in a lot of places lately but I think this tips the scales! Send me something I can't use, an item that I didn't order then tell me (someone who is mainly bed bound & has no way of getting around) to GO & bring it to be sent back to you.

Embroidered Pillows were only a "print" of embroidery on cheesy cotton fabric. Very unpleased Require a full refund of purchase price and shipping.

I ordered a pair of ankle boots. They not only don't look like the picture they are so poorly made!! No tag for size or material. Not stamp as shown in pictures. I will not order anything else from this site again!

I made a purchase and for some reason or another... the purchase was cancelled. I checked to see if maybe the item was out stock. It was not so I proceeded with trying to purchase it again. This time it went through and item was shipped. After waiting 2 weeks.. I received an email stating the item had been delivered, but I did not receive it. I emailed the company and they said it was delivered to the wrong address and that they would re-ship the item. Here it is another 2 weeks later and still nothing! They claim to have contacted their merchant to re-ship and that they have received no response from them. Sounds fishy! This item was supposed to be a gift and I am highly disappointed and upset with the whole situation. I was really looking forward to gifting it. I don't recommend purchasing anything from them. Having to wait over a month for an item is complete bull$#*!! Buyer beware!

I returned an item to open sky per their return address that they sent me and the ok'd they sent me a fake address and shipped back to me postage due of $107.00 What a scam company and the worst customer support ever

Received defective item.
There is no port to insert the charger into.
There's just an empty hole with no connector.
No way to charge it.
It is defective and useless.
I think this was previously returned by another customer and should not have been resold to me.
They sent me a prepaid return label and I sent the item back to them.
I got a refund, but the ordeal was onerous. They should never have sold the obviously defective item,.which evidently was the very last one in their inventory, because they removed the item from their site. It was the last one and it was obviously defective but they tried to pawn it off on me. They just wanted to take advantage of a customer for a lousy $25 sale.
Seriously, I really resent people trying to take advantage of me.
They don't like this review and are willing to pay me more if I remove this review.
Not gonna happen, screw them!

I have written them about the mixer, I used it once and during that time it quit working.
I haven't heard from them. They wrote me that they had corresponded with me in facebook, I can't find it.

I purchased a pair of Crystal earrings from an online shopping company called opensky I waited many weeks and then saw a note that they were lost in transit and they were never delivered to me I sent a message to customer service and they send me an email saying they refunded my money there is no way that's possible because I used a prepaid card and there is no way you can put money back onto a prepaid card I message them back and then I emailed them about 12 times and they have not responded to me once I notified them that there is no way possible they could have refunded my money because I used to prepaid card and they are non reloadable you cannot make deposits on them put money back on to them or anything I gave them my PayPal account information because I have a MasterCard and I also gave them my PayPal email and requested that they please refund me my money I emailed them this was weeks ago and I have continued to message them and email them and I haven't gotten one response it is ridiculous they do not have a phone number I have looked them up and asked every search engine to help me please find the phone number to this company and there is no phone number to contact customer service or a manager which is who I need I'm hoping to file this report with a resolution I want to notify you that this that's online shopping company his terrible they have no managers or customer service I can't believe they do not have a phone number I just want my money back I'm hoping you could please help me get my money back I notify the online shopping community that this company this is a scam in my opinion and they're stealing my money.

I placed an order for a Handbag collection, leather. Upon receipt, its plastic. Several attempts made to contact Open Sky with no reply. I decided to investigate further, and my "leather handbag collection" is available at Walmart for 5 dollars cheaper. It is true, you get what you pay for. This will be going straight into my Goodwill pile and I will NEVER order from Open Sky again. Best of luck

I still have not recieved my refund and i already sent back the product. It has now been over 3 months that this has gone on. No one has responded to my messages on there website since i made the return. I do not have money to waste. I want my full refund and theg have made no attempt to do so. I ordered an umbrella for the yard. They sent me a broken poker table. I requested a return. They sent me a return shipping label but it was lost in my junk email. By the time I found it they said it was past the 30 days to return the item and I can no longer receive a refund!! This is absolute crap!!

No Customer Service replies to several emails other than generic acknowledgement replies.
Tried to make two attempts ordering. Both attempts resulted in order pending email then my account gets locked out and told to contact Customer Service. Its been a week with no reply.

I've bought items from Wish so I assumed this site would be basically the same. They are far from it.
You can never talk directly to anyone, emails are the same automated message that someone will get back to you in. 4-5 business days.
I get the items are coming from China so I expect them to take about a month and plan accordingly. These weren't gifts they were for me so I could wait.
I ordered two purses and only one came. Checked tracking and after two months item never left China. Sent several emails stating if they do business with these companies they should be able to get in touch with them
Finally I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Consumer Affairs. I sent them evidence to the tracking that it never arrived, then my credit card bill showing I had been charged.
Not until then did I finally receive a message from someone named Amish S that they were looking into the matter. Apologized for any inconvenience and they had contacted the seller but to no avail and a refund was issued
I haven't checked my credit card as of yet but it was more than I had heard from them in months
Update to my review, I did receive a credit after all...not long after my post. Along with the credit I received a letter from Opensky asking if the purse should arrive if I would send it back...the purse never arrived

Trying to return my blanket that I ordered but no one will respond. Somehow Facebook intervened when I messaged the company when I tried to contact them and then said they closed the claim in opensky's favor. Seeing all these reviews doesn't give me any hope that I'm going to get my money back. Sad that companies like this exist. Don't order from o!

I ordered headphones which was defective ( unusable product cheaply made not worth a $) when I tried to return it I got the run around, after about 3 weeks of trying to get the promised return label I finally gave up. I do not recommend ordering from this company

I have ordered a pair of monogrammed earrings, a beach dress and a pink blouse from Ooen Sky. One earring is longer than the other so I look lopsided - won't be wearing those and can't return - they're monogrammed. I ordered XL beach dress and XL blouse - they "fit" like a Medium. I'm like "What the Hades?" and then I see the clothing is from China. Evidently, the Chinese must me really tiny. I missed the window to return the pink blouse & the beach dress was, of course, nonreturnable. To make a long story short - will not be ordering from them again.
