Better hope whatever you order comes perfectly because dealing with the seller is impossible. Even if the item is defective they expect you to pay to return it AND charge a restocking fee. Its actually more expensive to return items then it is to get the refund. Absolutely no respect for the buyer and terrible at communication.

I ordered a $64 humidifier from Walmart.com thinking I was buying from WALMART with their excellent service and easy to return policy. So when I tried to return this product unopened to my Walmart store they informed me they could not give me a refund because I had bought it from the Walmart Marketplace online. Nowhere online did it give this information and policies or I never would have ordered it. Not only does Ojcommerce charge a whopping restocking fee of 50%, I had to pay for shipping it back....which as it turned out would cost me $85 dollars from VA to Oregon. I will never order anything from Ojcommerce and warn others every way possible to BEWARE! UPDATE...Just learned that wonderful Walmart is sending me a refund for the product even though it is not their problem. I love Walmart.

Avoid these people at all cost!!! Read the reviews and trust them, there are no good reviews of these folks. This has to be the most incompetent company out there. I don't know if they are deliberately messing with people to rip them off or if they are just so incompetent that they cannot get anything right. I purchased an item, received something completely different. Then trying to rectify the situation has been an exercise in frustration and futility.

Purchased a mirror from this merchant via Amazon. Mirror arrived broken in 100 pieces. Immediately initiated refund request and was stonewalled. No reason given for denial of refund request. I also would have accepted a replacement. Do not do business with this merchant.

My wife ordered a microwave stand from amazon. After she told me she ordered the stand I looked at the description and I immediately realized that the unit was to wide for the space she was planning to put it. Within 2 HOURS of her placing the order I logged into our account and cancelled the order. At that point we just assumed it was over. However OJ commerce basically ignored the cancellation request and shipped the stand anyway. 2 days later we received an email stating that the order had already been sent to there warehouse and it was nothing they could do. That was a flat out lie. All they had to do was login to there Fedex delivery manager application and cancel the delivery themselves. So 5 days later we come home and there is box sitting on our front porch. I immediately contact amazon customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do because the order was placed thru the marketplace. So I reached out to oj commerce and requested an RMA. They approved the RMA but told me we had to pay for the return shipping cost and pay a 20% restocking fee. After checking with UPS & FedEx we found that to return the box paying consumer rates would be almost $100. The stand cost us $251 dollars. So we are stuck with this thing that we have zero use space for. All I will say is this. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE IT IS EBOLA.

OJ Commerce sold me faulty furniture. They refused to even discuss the condition, problems, or defects of the purchase. They refused to discuss an exchange, return, or replacement parts. Avoid them at all costs. I quietly told them I would do so in the future and they acted as if this type of reaction is common. This company should go away as it does not provide a service of value.

I started ordering a rake from what I thought was Wal-mart last winter. I had no idea I was NOT dealing with Wal-mart. Wal-mart canceled my order, saying it was not available. I contacted them and they said it did not come from them instead it was from OJCommerce and I would have to take the matter up with them. OJC told me it was out of stock and call back in a month, which I did. Then they told me the next time, as they instructed, the same story. Now today they said to call them after the first week and June and they should have it. I am through with ordering from Wal-mart! The tree dies from the top down and it is obvious that this is the case here. Unless you have no options, avoid Wal-mart AND never purposely buy anything form OJCommerce. I do not know how; however, there is a scam going on.

I bought the 20 Cabinet Door Spice Clips a week ago and love, love, love it!! My doors are smaller and wouldn’t fit most rack lengths. This kind will adapt to any size door and it looks like it will last for years.

If you are thinking of buying an item from OJCommerce do yourself a favor & dont do it! Terrible company & customer service. They sent me a cat condo in the wrong colored ordered & it was damaged. They refused to send an accurate color ordered undamaged or accept a return. Instead they offered me a 15% discount to keep as is, which i didnt accept & they didnt care. They offered no other resolution. Supervisor nor manager would speak with me & I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in the end. This was purchased through Walmart & OJCommerce was the seller. Walmart would not help & said I had to deal with the seller. OJCOMMERCE also has ALOT of complaints with BBB you should look into them & be aware.

-Nonexistent customer service.
-awful return policy
-no cancellations once they "print a shipping label" even though item days from shipping.
-They charged $300 more on Walmart site than their own and wouldn't honor their lower price.
-Walmart couldn't get them to accept the cancellation so they told the shipper to return the item to the sofa to the manufacturer's warehouse and ate the cost.
-American Express and Walmart are investigating this scam operation.
-DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I purchased a bathroom vanity from OJ Commerce via their amazon store. It arrived fine and was installed without issue. A month later the wood began to crack on both sides. They referred me back to the manufacturer and then the manufacturer told me Oj would handle it. Months have gone by and they refuse to honor the warranty or replace it. I am out a $900 vanity.

Bought a twin bed w/trundlefor $80. Seen another on Ebay for $128 so I knew the price seemed cheap so I e-mailed company and asked if there was a mis-print. The guy from OJCommerce said price was right and order if I wanted to. 5 days later get a message from Ebay saying order was cancelled and their putting money back on my credit card. Price was a misprint and OJCOmmerce could care less. Very unprofessional company. Called and spoke to a rep from the company who was like too bad for you attitude. Don't waste your time with this joke of a company.

Absolutelly the worst seller.
I bought the item (vent hood) form the OJ.
Upon arrival my contractor suggested that some measurements didn't add up ( not transperent on the site) .I requested the return and had been slapped with the 20% restocking fee which $106.00 .
Not a single time I was able to communicate to the rep before the return (got hanged up)
It is absolutelly wrong to charge restocking on the item that never been installed even removed from the box.

I ordered a futon on walmart.com website didn't realize it was a merchant and not walmart. The futon is unstable the legs aren't lining up and I had to buy the items it was suppose to come with. Contacted this company they sent me a replacement and not to my surprise the same damn issue I requested a refund and I have not received it reached out and no response. This is a scam company and walmart needs to end their contract and dealings with them entirely.

This company is a vendor on Walmart.com They advertised a distressed barn door. We purchased it and when it arrived it was a completely different looking product. It looked painted dark brown versus stained, it was a solid color versus weathered and it had no distressed textures as advertised. I reached out to start the return process and they ignored me after requesting an image. It wasn't until I filed a complaint against them that they responded to my email stating "We just now sent a message to the warehouse"...the warehouse? for what? To approve a return? To look at photos? it's been 8 days since I requested a return, they've held my money hostage and refused to respond hoping I'll go away like it seems many of their other victims have. I have filed complaints with the BBB, FTC and Attorney General. Hopefully they will not be permitted to continue to perpetrate fraud through false advertising.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. HORRIBLE customer service. Nobody cares they got your order wrong. Everything is done at their pace, which takes at least few days for anything to change. They tell you someone will work on your order right away, and when you don't hear anything back, they say oh it'll take a few days. Called to get a shipping label sent to me and they rep told me someone just told her that they would process my label and send it to my email asap. Waited over half an hour to call back and apparently the warehouse just got up and left for the day instead of doing what they told their own coworker they would do.

Ordered a year ago. Received two boxes for my daughter's dresser, stored them away for when I would need it. I went to build it the other day and behold, 2 boxes filled with the same exact items. No screws.. No metal, no nothing. So I email the company just asking for my missing parts since, I know I can't return it. They call me the wrong name (bizarre since my email. Is my name) and tell me. They do not accept refunds. Right I got it, I wasn't returning anything, I just want my missing pieces??

Very Unprofessional company with terrible Customer Service that should not exist on the Market. It sells cheap poor-quality products and they know it. As they have a lot of returns due to the defective and bad quality stuff they sell, their return policy requires Customer to pay returning shipping cost + 20% restocking fee. That is how they make money!!! Stay away from them!!!

I purchased a 7.5 ft. Kings wood White Fur Pencil Tree with clear lights from OJCommerce, through Walmart’s Marketplace, for $137.33.
Not as pictured! The tree pictured and what I received are two different trees. Poor quality item. No amount of fluffing will make it look full like the picture. The pole and joints (which have black on them) where the branches attach are visible. The branch brissels start about 6 inches away from the pole, the bare area is wrapped with yarn, so there is no way that it can hide the pole. Also the branches are spaced so far apart on the pole that they do not cover the bottom space or pole. Contacted the company within 40 minutes of receiving the package. They sent a link with their return policy. They require me to pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Given the quality of this tree, I can see why they have such a return policy. I’m sure they have lots of returns, and need to make some money somehow! Won’t order from them again!!!

This chandelier is even prettier in person, and perfect for my tween daughters sitting area that is being made for her room for Christmas. I would, however, recommend that you check your ceiling is made for the hooks provided (if not a wire installation) and will work. Our home is a log cabin, so the ceiling is wood, and once through the wood, there was nothing to attach to. I ended up having to go to Lowe's and buy a bigger hook to attach to ceiling, but this was all my fault, and not fault of Ojcommerce. The shipping was fast and all items were intact and bubble wrapped so nothing would break.

IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM, I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING BACK AND PAY A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20%!! SO THEY GET YOU THERE BECAUSE TO SEND THE ITEM BACK IT WILL COST ME OVER $100.00!!! THEY GIVE AMAZON A BAD REPUTATION BECAUSE AMAZON AGREES AND ALLOWS THEM TO USE THIS POLICY. EVEN IF THE ITEM HADN'T BEEN DAMAGED IT WAS JUNK!! OH THEY ALSO WANT YOU TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM IN THE PACKAGING IT CAME IN....CAN'T DO THAT WHEN THE BOX WAS DAMAGED AS WELL AND THE BOX HAD TO BE TOTALLY TORN APART TO GET TO THE ITEM.
