Do not shop from here!
Terrible communication, extremely late delivery, no tracking, items missing and products extremely poor quality (from China).
I can only assume this is a fake website.
After looking further into the company it seems to have changed names and used similar excuses (unwell child/on holiday etc).
Have reported to Instagram and will be sharing these reviews with other users.

Nope! I wish we could review on the website or Instagram, because then at least I would have been warned! Ordered a baby shower gift for my friend in September 2020. There was an email saying slow shipping times due to COVID. I prompted her in October and she said “it should be leaving us this week.”
It’s now the end of November and I LUCKILY noticed a refund from her in my account. No note - no email, nothing to say the item wasn’t coming!
Bad business. I wanted to give her a chance as her line said “I’m a one-mommy-business” but looking at the other reviews it doesn’t seem unusual for items not to turn up. Don’t buy.

I ordered two skirts for only one to turn up about 2 months late!! I messaged the lady and she took a long time to reply. When she did reply she would then take weeks to reply again. She eventually said she would refund me, but she never did! Yet instead she blocked me!! Gobsmacked really. My sister also had a similar experience as many many others have too. Why is this woman still in business if she doesn’t know what she’s doing? Conning people of their money and time?

I ordered a Christmas gift on 11/27. I reached out to them via email on 12/4, in which I was told that it takes 7-10 business days to ship, and that it was day 2. 12/24 I reached out to them again via email with no response. Then again on 12/27. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Seriously bad customer service! Sent the wrong dress and then had to argue the toss about getting an exchange, although I still wanted the original dress it never arrived, I did receive a refund...eventually. I wouldn’t use again, very bad customer service.
The second dress in the order I received was nice but over priced.

I only gave it 1 star because I had to give something to write a review. My daughter ordered a two piece for my granddaughter it arrived extremely late & for it to be totally the wrong thing with threads hanging off & stains also extremely poor quality. Having paid to send it back & get a refund in July she is still waiting, we have emailed so many times & my daughter has messaged her on a regular basis & still nothing. Do not at any cost order from this company there is absolutely nothing about it that even warrants that 1 star. They are in effect stealing from customers & something needs to be done they have taken my daughters money & we have proof that she has been offered a refund but it just hasn’t happened & I honestly don’t think it will

Terrible the quality is so bad (all Chinese stuff) and the owner so rude I was waiting for a refund it took months. I think is a scam web shop I should have never ordered ? never got an invoice or a receipt of payment which is illegal!!! This lady called Lacey Walcott from London is a thief!

I would not even give her one star if I could.
Terrible service and very slow response. I originally placed my order in May 2019 and after chasing for over 1.5 months, my order arrived with 2 wrong items out of 3. And none of them came with tags (she said it's because they are sale items, which does not make sense at all). After another week of communication, she agreed on a refund and one exchange for the 2 wrong items.
I have promptly return the items to her and it took her 2 weeks to confirm the receipt of my return and promised my refund and exchange will processed within a week.
Now 2 weeks had gone and I am still chasing for my money and the item she's supposed to return to me. She has stopped responding to my messages and I have lost my tolerance on this poorly managed business.
She had excuses like going on holiday / need to take care of her child / child on summer holiday ...etc. But that doesn't do justice to the amount of time I have spent on my order (May - July 2019). Let alone the POOR QUALITY of the only one item that I have on hand.
I would not shop again with Oh My Baby and don't be fooled by the photos on her Instagram - the quality is extremely poor and everything is over priced (even when they are on sale) - they are all cheap stuff found on a Chinese version of eBay (Taobao).

Oh my baby - Extremely unprofessional Store!
I ordered 9 styles in the fall of 2017
After endless mails, I finally received a package in January 2018
I ordered 9 styles, I received 4 pieces, and what I received was not correct.
Wrong style,
wrong size
and really poor quality
The woman at the other end of the mail-Korrespondance seemed extremely unintelligent or just trying fool me.
Not answering my questions, often she was rude too.
Much later In the proces - and after many emails back and forth she claimed, that she had repaid the money, only afterwards she asked for account information! I did not receive the money and she did not respond to my questions on this matter.
In The end of 2018, she gives me store credit, but it did not work!
In the spring 2019, the store credit suddenly worked, I made a new order for my store credit, now its July, and of course I have received nothing!!!
Either she is extremely unprofessional, a cheater or deeply unintelligent.
Stay away.
By the Way - I think the positive reviews are fake! They are from the same few days and similar language!

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I placed my order on 31st May, I didn’t receive it until 8th July. I didn’t receive any pro-active communication from Oh My Baby, when I chased the order 3 weeks after ordering they promised it would leave that week but that kept happening for a further 3 weeks. When my £160 order finally arrived, half of it was missing. Oh My Baby hadn’t notified me of a refund for the missing items. Other items which did arrive were the wrong colour and/or the wrong size. Other items had been substituted altogether. They have basically pulled together what they had in stock, not bothering if it wasn’t the right size or colour or even the actual item I ordered. When I first emailed to complain about missing items they said a refund had been processed when my order was dispatched. I called my credit card provider and no refund is pending and as I didn’t receive and itemised bill or refund notification I have no idea how much it should be. Completely unprofessional and appalling custom service. They stated they are a one woman business struggling with over 800 orders that month but I don’t believe that is any excuse for poor service and processes. If you’re prepared to take the orders then be prepared to serve them correctly and with care. Otherwise limit the quantities available for sale to a size you can manage. They’ve basically put together what they could, even if not the right size or style, to avoid having to refund me for items they didn’t have in stock. They haven’t responded to any of my emails since and I have had to take it up with my credit card provider.

Absolutely atrocious customer service.
Ordered 8 items on 1st June, website guidelines said up to 14 working days for order to be processed, and received part of order on 29th June. Rest STILL missing.
Of 8 items ordered, 4 arrived, and 2 of the 4 were incorrect colours. Was advised this was what was available on website, but as per other reviews, it did not say this anywhere on website and I was not contacted.
After a couple of emails promised one of missing items would arrive by today, and shock horror, it hasn't.
I have asked for proof items have been sent and been met with no response.
I am contacting credit card supplier to start charge-back process as goods never received. Such a shame as clothes are lovely, but have never come across service like this.
To add insult to injury, the owner clearly has time to post Instagram updates but not to fulfill current orders.
Absolutely atrocious service and will never order again.

I made an order for 2 pairs of sun glasses for my daughter on 9 June and expect to receive them in a few days up to 1 weeks'time as usual but I have no sign of goods arriving at all and it is 23rd June already. There is no tracking number or link to check when the goods will be sent. I sent a text on Instagram to ask and the owner did not even say sorry or anything to comfort except for the fact that she has just been back on holiday:). Even so assuming she has been back from holiday as she said, I emailed her to ask when she will send the goods but she did not reply to me. No wonder why so many 1 star.
1 more point, I bought the goods on their website just because I see a lady with 2 little lovely kids advertising for this website and they look very cute and trustable. I believe they do not know that the owner of this website is that rubbish. Another lesson for me: be careful even when a trusted people recommend you to buy something. I wish the lady who advertised for this website knows these bad reviews below. Advertising for someone who sounds to cheat other people is a huge mistake!!!! I think I will have tell her about these bad reviews and my bad experience

If I could leave zero stars I would! This woman is a thief! I ordered something over 3 months ago and never received the item and still to this day has not given me a full refund. She gives excuse after excuse for not refunding the money. So unprofessional AVIOD at all costs!

Having ordered on multiple occasions, I’ve never been disappointed. Gorgeous clothes that always get compliments when worn. The one time I received a wrong item and then had postal issues, the problem was resolved and I’ve happily shopped here again and again.

So let me start, I was fed up of high street brands where my child was dressed the same as everyone else's kid in the city, so I shopped around online until I came across this store. At first, I was a little put off by the bad reviews on here, but after ordering all I have to say is...don't be!!!! I have ordered several times from this small online business and have received good quality items within a reasonable time postage period. I have given 4* simply because I feel free delivery could be offered when spending over a certain amount, but overall I am happy with the service I have received!

Can’t praise oh my baby enough. Everything I’ve ordered is always delivered with in the time stated at checkout and communication is always 10/10. Everything I’ve ordered for my daughter has been great quality clothing and always fits perfectly. I love the range of different clothes they offer. One of our favourites!

My order took over a month to arrive and when it did it was the wrong items. After a lot of messaging I was asked if I could post my items to the lady who’s order it was (I refused but offered to return them to the seller) but wasn’t answered when I enquired about my items. The seller has now stopped responding to my messages so now I’m stuck with two items I didn’t order which don’t fit my daughter and I have had to pay for the privilege. Very disappointing. The poor quality clothes do not reflect the price charged for them. I won’t be ordering again

Very cute looking children's clothes, but in reality poor quality sent directly from China and very bad costumer service. Like others here, received one faulty item and another in wrong colour. After many emails back and forth owner refused to exchange for correct colour but I was made to pay for return postage and posting replacement. Very disappointing.
